Juan at Incredible Carpets and Flooring was extremely helpful. They have a huge showroom with all the styles and colors you can think of. I was at a crossroad of wanting to go with a modern look but also not going crazy modern. We decided to go with a 7.5 inch wide laminate flooring he recommended us which has grey with undertones of beige which was exactly the theme we were aiming for. We also ended up going with "Bianco Antico" for our countertops which they fabricated and installed. Their PRICES WERE AMAZING and so was the installation! I have been working with Sam on a couple flooring projects and each time they do a wonderful and clean job. We shopped around for the best price and Sam was able to meet or beat the quotes I received from other flooring contractors. When moving into our new house we had a small issue with some of the other contractors that we were working with and Able, the carpet installer went out of his way to change our schedule to meet the needs of the other contractors that were working in the house. We had a big job for them and on the 2nd day of the installation it didn't seem like they were going to get our job done. When Sam called me to ask if they can come back the next day and I explained our move schedule Able worked passed 8pm to get our job complete so that we can move in on time. Working with contractors for many years I understand that projects get derailed all the time but Able and Sam never complained and always tried to make things work out. The only thing you should be aware of is that they won't fix the creaking in your floors before putting down the carpet so if your able to be around for the installation day I recommend having some wood screws handy so you can fix your creaky floors before they lay the padding. We had a slab leak recently so needed new floors asap. The company that did the demo had to remove our kitchen and broke the countertop while doing that so we needed new countertops as well. Our flooring is grey and was done by Pedro in two days . It looks great but there are randomly creaking noises. We had granite prior but went with quartz . Looked great in store but when installed the colors seem to change ? They came a second time to fix it but still not a match. Below are pictures. Sam is very personable and I enjoyed doing business with him. I feel bad about asking them to swap out the counter just to see it still doesn't match - while I'm not happy about the look of the countertop there's nothing I can do. read more

This is the best flooring place we have ever been to! We spent a long time in the store picking out engineered hardwood floor for our home and at no point did we ever feel rushed. Fred was very patience with us and answered any questions we had no matter how trivial they were. The prices was really good! We went to other stores in the area to compare and by far these guys were the lowest. I didn't see too many tile flooring but they had plenty of wood, vinyl, laminate and carpet to choose from. We settled on the Garrison II Maple Wheat (hard carved). Fred said they will be there the following weekend and sure enough they were ready as promised. read more

I've never dealt with carpeting before in my life (and I'm a 21 year old girl) The guy in the shop took me around the shop and told me all about the different types of carpet and taught me a few things I didn't know before. He was super helpful and nice. He even suggested that I shop around at other places and told me what to look for on their carpet samples. He gave me prices and his business card (I think he might have been the owner) and I was on my way with more carpet (and laminate and hardwood which they also sell) knowledge than I knew before. My neighbor works in construction and was going to install my carpet either way, but we had to buy the carpet and I told the man in the store that and he didn't once push installation on me. I already had a floor type in mind when I called incredible carpets as they were mentioned by the floor manufacturer as resellers. I compared pricing with all other places that sold the floor and they were by far the cheapest for the floor and the actual install. I worked with Sam and he was so helpful and patient. Funny thing is I ended up changing the style of flooring after consulting with him and could not have been more pleased. Pedro was our installer and he definitely knows his stuff! They installed about 1500 sq ft of laminate and also did base moulding. We had a couple of schedule hiccups and floor length issue but Sam quickly fixed. We ordered American Hickory and it made our house pop! The quality is way up there. We had an unfortunate plumbing incident and our wood floor was under water for an hour or so. I received official quotes from M&M design flooring, Pat's Discount Carpets and Magic Carpet. Pat's "Discount" charged $50 to come out to the house and quoted $4,000 above the rest. In the end I chose Incredible and I'm so glad I did! I did not find the material I wanted in their showroom, so I almost wrote them off. I found what I wanted elsewhere and Incredible sourced it! (Coretec One luxury vinyl planks- Buxton, 100% waterproof). So if you don't see it in their showroom, ask!
