This B&BW is pretty big and I knew I would find what I was looking for. It was 2 scents I saw online, but wanted to smell them first, before ordering. I didn't like either of the smells and would have been right up in that store exchanging. It was a regular shopping experience for me..... nothing good or bad. read more

Bath & Body Works - Shopping time. - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Eastvale, California

I some here often and every time the service is wonderful. The workers are always so helpful. They have really great sales throughout the year and I especially like the order online ans pick up in store. The parking is easy but difficult to gwt in and out of the shopping center. The store is always clean, neat, and organized. read more

It was quite literally an empty store. I'm looking at 4 associates in the front, only one person is helping out. We are just looking at each other making eye contact. The faster I get out the store the faster you guys can chit chat. Makes me only want to do pickup. Unprofessional and unorganized FOR NO REASON. read more

It brings me some disappointment to leave such a negative review being that I come to this location quite frequently. Today I must've allowed time to get past me and I go to this location to try and pick up some car fragrances and I don't think anything of it because the doors are open and I have some associate shout from the middle of the sales floor " sorry we're closed!" The tone was incredibly condescending, quite embarrassing to be honest because there were still customers inside of the store and you would think that if you still have people shopping in the store and you don't want additional customers coming in, you would ensure that the doors are locked to begin with. Instead, you decided it be appropriate to embarrass your Incoming customers in front of your pre-existing customers. Next time, learn how to help mitigate from being any type of misconstrued misunderstanding pertaining to your store hours by either having somebody designated to the front of the store to kindly direct people out of the store by letting them know you're closed as opposed to shouting from the middle of the sales floor that you're closed. Professional courtesy goes a long way. read more

Everybody is so friendly. I order my items online and they are ready for me to pick up in a few hours. The process is so convenient.

Assistant store manager Bri was very kind and helpful with helping me pick perfume and candles for my mother. She was patient when I was indecisive and helped me decide what my mother would like best. My mother was very happy with what I got her. read more

It's been a year since this location and it is still my absolute favorite. I came for the soap sale and Kat and Cynthia helped me and made my shopping experience so smooth. There were a lot of people and I did have quite the haul but they were both so patient and kind. Excellent customer service! I wish them nothing but the best. Thanks Kat and Cynthia! read more

My new favorite Bath & Body Works location! I was hesitant to check this spot out because, let's be honest, sometimes customer service can slip a little close to closing time. But that was definitely not the case here! I came in about 20 minutes before closing on a Friday night, and the team was so friendly, welcoming, and super helpful with recommendations. Huge shoutout to Kamren (I think that was his name) & a sweet girl whose name I did not get (but she said she just started there 4 days ago) for going above and beyond - they were extra kind, patient, and truly customer service-oriented. If you're looking for a BBW location with the best selection and an unparallel team, this is the one. Can't wait to come back! read more

This is a newer BBW in the Eastvale shopping center. There are anchor stores like Lowe's , Kohl's,and Target in the plaza.I came in to redeem my air freshener reward . I like that they had the candle scent version of the air fresheners available so I could smell it before I chose. Employees were friendly . read more

Called this store to put an item on hold, it was 7:02 pm so 2 minutes after the had closed, they told me they had several of the item in store, but because they were closed they wouldn't put it on hold for me, even though they answered the phone, and had I not been on hold I would have been on the phone with an employee before the store closed. I decided to just order it for store pickup, immediately after getting off the phone. Come the next morning my order wasn't fulfilled and when I called they told me they sold all in store. Horrible customer service. read more

Always greeted with professional and quick service. I'm aware of every single promotion the minute I walk In the door and what I love the most is that the team members are always transparent about what I can ' get ' with an online vs in store offer, reminding me to check my offers and helping me pair products to meet my coupons. I never feel bombarded when I shop here by over zealous staff but rather them consulting to help me make the best buying choices. I know it sounds silly coming from a fragrance and beauty brand store but it really makes a huge difference. Bravo on the consistent brand and customer experience training! read more

Stella is amazing! Excellent knowledge, customer service and just genuine care for her customers.

I just wanna shout out Emily, Tina, and one other employee that I didn't get the name of (long medium brown hair, essentially runs the front end). They were all super helpful and apologetic for how busy it was. Despite a group of 8 taking their time at the register to ring up their items individually, which took about 20 minutes, the employees were as speedy as they could be and multi tasking to help multiple guests out at once. Great customer service, friendly attitudes, and definitely some of the best employees I've ever encountered at a B&BW. Would 100% return to this location just for the service Ended up spending only about $80 because of all the sales going on, and Emily definitely did her best to help me find some nice products for my very picky mom as a gift, while she was out on the floor. Store was super clean and organized, and the employees were trying to get everything stocked as fast as possible ! read more

I can't believe how dramatic people are. It's barely sprinkling and these two girls just closed up shop. Every other business in the center is open. I came here for the hand soap sale which ends tomorrow. I'd be willing to bet they won't honor the sale after the date. I checked with the corona store and they will be opening so it's not a company policy, it's just the people at this location. read more

This store is awesome everyone super friendly and Aime (cashier) was so pleasant and helpful

My first time in this new location. The store was nice and quite a good size. Aime helped she was very attentive helped me with everything. Told me all the deals I got wall plugs, gift sets, and sanitizers. I love shopping where the employees are helpful and know their products. That's what makes me spend more money. read more

Amie is amazing. She is friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. She deserves a raise!

I spent my time shopping and picking out what I wanted for fragrances. I got up to the register and they had the air fresheners on sale for three dollars. I picked one out of the jar in front of the sales clerk and she rang it in and she said it was not on sale. She called the manager after she said she would give it to me for the three dollars because she saw me take it out of the container and the manager said no she needs to be charged full price as it's in the wrong spot. Sadly, because of their very poor customer service, they lost a large sale over three dollars they didn't care. read more

Busiest day of the year is candle day for Bath&Body works. Employees here were so rude, seemed extremely mad. No one was helpful. The manager was the worst! He did not know how to explain why coupons weren't allowed and was very rude and disrespectful about it. Cheer up Eastvale employees! read more
