I waited for my invoice and I did not receive it until the next day. I found out I was double charged for an item I didn't receive. Went back to the store to get my refund for an item I Did Not Receive but unfortunately they couldn't help! So now I have to call customer service. SalonCentric is a great company but a trial and error on finding a location with good customer service per se. I haven't been in this branch on a negative note although you would wish they're a little bit helpful. One tip to SC patrons, visit the branch in Corona CA. It's bigger, newer, and cleaner. That place is a lot better and the manager, Robin is fantastic! Robin helped me beyond expectation. I really commend her for what she does for customers new or existing. Worst Salon Centric in Riverside county. Very miss managed. Every time I go here there's an issue, sometimes it's just the system not working properly or fast enough and that's ok and understandable but there's been multiple times when I place orders and then drive up there and they don't have my order and some of the workers seem a bit careless. Today I was literally told by the employee that they got my order but misplaced the printed paper and never got my stuff. He apologize and asked if I wanted him to grab the stuff for me still.. like seriously. I wasn't on a huge rush so I went and picked the stuff out myself but it's happened before when I was in a rush one morning running late to my client and my order that I had placed the day before wasn't ready. I mean cmon if you saw the email and printed out the order why wouldn't you just go get the stuff and have it ready? Anyhow I don't usually shop at this location and I'm not planning on returning, just hope they get it together. read more

They get one start for carrying what you need but when it comes to service there is a manager there with dark brown hair and short that is so short and mean when you ask her questions. Basically I feel this place has no customer service. I hope they change things around because from what I have heard alot of the other ladies that go there including some of my old teachers from rcc cosmo school said they get the same vibe. I plan on calling corp. If it consists. The salon centric in orange off katella is way better all around and have smiles on there faces. However the other day I was In there with my daughter and we were just looking at the different sales and a worker not sure If she was the manager or just an employee asked if she could help us find anything... Went in today for the first time with a friend, I always do my shopping at cosmoprof but today I decided to check salon centric out.! Never Again!! The girl at the register was so Rude!!!!! I obviously didn't have a card from them so she asked for my license and I gave it to her and when she asked where I worked I told her I was freelance so she said my card would be limited.! Really? Hmm.. I never heard of that before I'm licensed so I should be able to purchase whatever i want/Need. ?? So she continued putting my information in and told us to walk around cuz "it was gonna take a while!" Lmao She had such a bad attitude! ! we decided to wait patiently..then when she rang up my stuff my Redken developer said it was on sale for 5 but she said no 10! Then she continued treating me as If I just got my license yesterday, just letting you know I've been licensed over 8 years. Never have I gone to this store because I find everything I need at cosmoprof, and never will I go back thanks to this girl. Salon Centric you should hire a better staff. Someone who appreciates there job and costumers. I didn't get her name but she had a ombre with turquoise in it and one of her sides shaved down. if your new to this store or even a new hairdresser DONT go here.! Go to cosmoprof off la Sierra.
