Watch the screen when the cashier rings things up!!! Multiple times I've discovered the price listed and the price shown on instacart is NOT the price I've been charged. I just purchased some chicken nuggets, listed at $3.99 yet I was charged $7.99. Same for chips, spaghetti sauce, and other items. And there's no price listed at all on many items. Ever since the new owners took over there's been pricing issues, so watch the screen, as I got caught up catching that I missed it. read more

Love coming here, they always have good deals on certain items. The employees are always friendly and it is usually a hunt for some good stuff if you can find it. I try to look at their ad before I go so I can see some of the deals, and find it as a treasure hunt when I go into the store. Will be back! read more

It's too bad that this store can't be like other Grocery Outlets. This store always seems to have one reason or another to not have items in stock. Usually, they say their truck delivery was delayed. I can go to 2 other Grocery Outlets not far from me, and they always have their advertised products AND their shelves are stocked. Since the Norco store opened, I don't think I've ever seen the store fully stocked. It's almost a joke to even go there. read more

I stopped in here to pick up some alcohol for a party, so my review is focused on the beer/wine section. They have very good pricing and I found plenty of beer options, even beer snobs will be happy with the options. The folks working the register were super nice. I found another fun aspect, if you live in the area you can ride up to the store front and coral your horse while you shop. See my picture. read more

Amazing service. Cashier greeted me with enthusiasm and one of the girls stocking items went to the back to find me pita bread. No One does that for you anymore. I'm not close by but stopped by before picking up my dog from the groomers down the street. I was definitely impressed with this place and would come back if in the area. read more

This store has the friendliest employees! They are always greeting you with a smile and kind words Their stock of items is good and they have fabulous prices on items that I normally pay 2-3 times more for in regular grocery stores or "health food" stores like Sprouts or Mother's. The quality of meats is great for organic choices. They even carry raw cheese! I wish they would carry organic cream and cottage cheese but I guess you can't have everything! it's my favorite grocery store in Norco! I shop the one in Costa Mesa too but it's not as clean and the selections are snot as good as this one. I'm definitely a weekly shopper here! read more

We all do it, we all shop for groceries for something small or big, where I live its about maybe 10 to 15 minute drive from me, but is not around the corner either, which I do not mind, this location, is a good grocery store a decent variety of foods and goods, again, exported goods and foods, along with other essential items, very clean and helpful workers to. Its not to often I shop here, but I recommend if you are tired of the same old same old stores, this one is worth checking out if you haven't already. It is a great choice. So Grocery Outlet just opened up, and it's close to home! Grocery Outlet is reminiscent of ALDI, but larger. The combination of groceries and a few oddball items like umbrellas is what prompts that comparison. GO is on the smaller side as a lot of the current grocery's stores go, but they have plenty of all the everyday items you might need. Sure they may not have all the unusual items that I need occasionally but we will see. Good selection and prices seemed really good too. Of course my wife will be the final judge on prices... This will likely be my normal stop when I need a grocery store. Good place! read more

I use to Love coming here before. Such a convenient grocery store on my way home from work. After being under new ownership I find myself disliking a lot of things. I went in this morning and found a 6pk of a skinny popcorn for 1.99. Tons were on shelf btw. When I went to pay it rang up 2.99 I told her it was 1.99 and that more were on the shelf. They refused to honor the pricing on the 3 bags I was buying even though they saw for themselves and said someone put them in the wrong spot. Another thing I dislike is they are no longer taking Amex and seem to be carrying less items that old owner use to order. It's a shame it was a place I would shop often. read more

I've only been to a grocery outlet a couple of times (in other cities) and I was underwhelmed. My son and his girlfriend were visiting for the day, and wanted to check out the Norco store (they frequent the Pasadena store). I was pleasantly surprised by the selection, the overall layout of the store, and the friendly workers. We ended up buying quite a few things. I will definitely be going back soon! read more

Love this clean cute store. Very convenient as I can simply walk to and from. But....seeing a Doberman in there today isn't exactly what I want to see in a grocery store. Norco is super animal friendly which is great but not really jazzed when seeing it in the grocery store. It wasn't a service dog either. read more

If you don't have one of these around where you live I feel sorry for you. You can find high quality food items here at insanely affordable prices. You're not going to find everything here as it's not a traditional grocery store selling the most commercially available food items. However, you will find the most amazing things here If you're a relatively healthy eater. If you've been wanting to try vegan items, they have a great selection to start from big vegan brands that won't break the bank upfront on this journey. read more

Bargains on top of bargains on top of bargains. Huge parking lot, located away from everything. Customer service is amazing and this location is so organized. They have products that so many different grocery stores carry from Whole Foods to Costco. They sell a wonderful range of items catering to different diets and ethnic groups. I found baklava made and imported from Jordan for a decent price and it was fresh and tasty. They have Minor Figures Oat M*lk barista standard for $1.99. They have impossible burger patties 2 packages for $5. They have mushroom jerky, vegetarian dumplings, a great selection of frozen meats all for decent prices. They have matcha and lion's mane powder and much more. They even have ready serve protein shakes, juices, and smoothies for a fraction of the price. They don't have all my favorite grocery store items but they have a pretty damn good selection. They have medications, beauty supplies, cooking ware, and much more. They don't carry everything all the time and that's the downfall. If the people are buying they're going to run out and who knows when they'll restock. read more

They have some of the coolest things I've ever seen or heard of...every trip is an experience...I go here to get my son's vanilla flax milk it's the only milk he drinks after being breast feed as a baby...it taste the closest to it...they are one of the only stores that still sell it and it's always in supply here...the prices for everything are reasonable...they truly sell everything here from pots and pans to iPhone chargers...I can't rave enough about this place read more

I love this place until.... I love the deals and varities that you get at Grocery Outlet compared from other stores. The only issue I had as a deaf/hard of hearing, the lady at the register was trying to tell me something as I'm placing my groceries on the belt, I asked her what? She repeated and I asked her what, and she repeated herself again, and I told her I'm hard of hearing and deaf, then she said, oh nevermind. One thing that bothered me is she was not willing to help me with the communication process and gave up in helping me with whatever she was trying to ask. You never do that to a deaf and hard of hearing person. I will still shop here though. read more

I shop once or twice a week here. The staff is so welcoming but especially the cashier Debbie. She has the sweetest kindest personality and it is always a pleasure seeing her and I wish employers would take more interest in hiring people that actually care! I drive up from Corona to shop here. Great store, super-friendly and helpful staff that actually recognizes you every time you return. I get as much of my regular shopping done here each week as I possibly can, then Staters is my fill-in for anything they don't have... probably only once a month is needed there. Was hesitant to try this Grocery Outlet because I had a bad experience with the one on Madison in Riverside! Since they're individually owned I decided to give this one a try and I'm so glad I did! This place is okay if all you want is snacks. I don't really think anyone could do their regular day to day grocery shopping here if they tried because they are consistently not carrying many basic cooking or kitchen necessities. If you get a good deal the food is most likely going to expire within the next month if not he next week. They let customers in without masks in thus putting other shoppers and their employees at risk. It would make more sense to just get all your shopping done at stater bros or a neighborhood walmart where they have everything you need plus some for a few extra cents. Theres also tons of items there that they sell at a dollar/99¢ store for cheaper, so are the "bargains" even really saving you anything? read more

This place is okay. I could never see myself doing my actual legitimate grocery shopping for the week here. They don't have many basic items like salt or tin foil and not many things you could make a solid meal with. Theres often missing items or expired items on the shelves and I'm not sure why when they will have tons of people up front and they won't be doing anything in the actual aisles. I doubt its the employees faults but you think the store would look a little better seeing as how new it is. There are often missing prices as well especially recently and also theres sometimes rotting fruit. This place is good for snacks but in my opinion, thats about it. As a side note, I really don't like that they allow people who don't wear masks to come into their store even after asking them to put a mask on. They are putting other customers and their employees at risk just for a quick buck. read more

I think from now on this is my go to store for snacks. My kids eat me out of house and home. I got fruit snacks, goldfish, cheeze its, lots of frozen foods too. I love these butterscotch oatmeal frozen cookies.. they were like a pizooki. So delicious and probably 2000 calories. I also loved the frozen French bread pizzas. I thought the soda wasn't discounted, but most other things were. I even liked their greeting cards. Customer service was awesome! Checker was super nice! Store was really clean! read more

I've never visited GO before but it's my 'go-to' store now. I find everything I need (well not baby food but that's a not a need for me), quirky items, necessary edibles, great appetizers and snacks, fresh produce, interesting decor pieces. Lots of healthy organic choices but buy what you like when you see it--because the next week it might not be there. The store is bright, neat, organized, refreshing and inviting, items are nicely displayed without too much clutter, floors are clean, shelves are neat. Prices are prominently displayed as well as what one might well have paid elsewhere for the same item. And, the sales associates are warmly welcoming, quick to offer guidance and direction with friendly courtesy and a genuine smile. One feels valued and appreciated walking in and being served and sent on your way! Thanks to the hardworking family and associates who work here to provide an enjoyable, adventurous and rewarding shopping experience with attention to personal 'small-town' service and efficiency! '= I found delicious authentic almond vanilla biscotti, Ugly's Kettle-Cooked Potato Chips from Pennsylvania, chocolate-covered pistachios with probiotics (!!) and green matcha tea coconut water. No one in the store but employees I stood at the register for a good two minutes well the checker and another checker we're at the next checkstand gossiping instead of worrying about their customer.
