I love this Ralphs location so much! I drop in sometimes in the evening after work to walk off my Starbucks and pick up some Household essentials. Aiden and the other Team Members always welcome me back with a warm and hospitable smile and there are always lots of great deals going on in here! I treated myself to a big bottle of Tropicana Orange Juice and some yummy Prime Rib Pupperoni for my Doggie Security Guard, and my favorite Celeste Frozen Pizzas too to power up hustle with Sexy Ninja Turtle Food ;0) I always appreciate how Professional the Team Members are in communicating courteously to bring all our items to the registers ten minutes before closing time, and how they have different bag options for us to pack up our purchases neatly. I'm extremely disappointed with how Ralphs on Limonite handled a fraudulent $100 Amazon gift card issue tonight. I purchased the card, had the activation receipt, returned within minutes, and was basically told "there's nothing we can do." Jeremy showed zero concern, zero urgency, and zero effort to help even though gift card tampering fraud is a known nationwide issue. As a paying customer who had proof of purchase and activation, I expected at least some level of professionalism or willingness to escalate the situation. Instead, I was treated like it wasn't their problem the second the transaction was complete. People work hard for their money. If your store is selling compromised gift cards, customers deserve support -- not indifference. read more

This location is great and you can take care of much more than just picking up groceries. They recently did an upgrade and it made shopping much nicer. There is plenty of parking and has additional stores in the shopping center. They have a Starbucks, florist, sushi area, hot food for a quick lunch, bakery with deserts that actually taste good, fresh meat counter that can fry your fish, and a pharmacist. The staff are very kind and helpful. The store stays stocked and organized. I even like the unique touch of decor that represents the Eastvale. read more

Highly dislike self checkout in the morning. Miss the interaction with the cashier, especially Leticia. Things just aren't the same in the store anymore. Not much interaction between employee and customer making them feel welcome. When asking for things it seems to be a bother to some. When requesting to have a check stand opened, it seems to be an inconvenience for someone to assist. Occasionally run into a few of the old time employees and they understand my concern but aren't decision-makers. read more

Closed early tonight despite website, posted store holidays hours on doors that were up prior, noticed gone when I went tonight. I arrived at 9:40pm - Store was set to close at 10pm on 12-24-25. Employee was at door only letting people exit. I asked why they closed early, employee just stated they were closed andrefused to answer my question, so I asked for a Manager. Manager comes over and says he has a lot of paperwork so he closed early. Never apologized for the inconvenience, a lot of other customers were unhappy about tje unscheduled early closure. Went over to Von's across the street, they were also open till 10pm. Was able to purchase what I needed, Employees were friendly and helpful, lots of registers open, so easy to get things done fast. Highly suggest avoiding this Ralph's till they get better management. read more

I usually swing by this Ralph's for when I want some cereal or snacks! I'm out in Eastvale occasionally for some business, and my drives end up being a little late, and I'm really grateful that they're open so late! It's usually so quiet and not that crowded when I go because it's late, but the few times that I've gone in the day time, there are a lot of registers open. All that aside, the reason I wanted to write this review was because of the exceptional service I received time and time again from Matthew (he's the store associate who's name tag says I love Monkeys which was what caught my attention initially hehe). He's super nice and very patient every time I visit and have a question or need help finding something. The energy of this store is always very lovely. My experience here has always excellent. The staff is great professional and friendly. Leroy and the guys in the meat department is great. Always accommodating and helpful. All the non-food items are locked in a separate section where you have to check out separately now...basically you need to wait in two lines to check out. Store has terrible customer service. Products are stocked with incorrect, lower, prices. Leading customers to want to buy them and being shocked at the register with double, triple the cost advertised. The cage around feminine care is ridiculous. I've never seen an empty look so board. When I tried to purchase tampons and a gift card. He refused to ring me up for the gift card. I had to pay for them there and then go wait in line at the front to pay for the gift card 2 transactions. Honestly, go to Albertsons or Vons both within a couple miles. Save yourself the headache. i'm a regular at this location and don't get me wrong, the employees and store itself are great. the managers, however, is a different story. the main one, Kelly, is a total b!tch to her employees. the way she yells at them IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS is so wrong. it baffles me how someone like her can be a manager anywhere. her actions probably explain why there's constantly new employees. they probably all quit or transfer out to not deal with her. read more

Most of the time it's OK, but lately the produce selection has been pretty terrible. There have been so many bugs in almost every item I've brought home... even after rinsing vigorously! I have accidentally beheaded many caterpillars and have brought the items back for exchange. There is also one lady who usually works in the self-checkout (long brown hair, petite, red lipstick) who stares me down every time I check out as if I'm stealing things and isn't very friendly to me but will be friendly to other customers. I like that they have fried chicken wings/thighs, and other hot foods right next to the deli. This was my second time getting the fried chicken wings. It's $6 per pound. The first time I bought it for a potluck... it was a hit! And I didn't have to cook! Yay! So, this time I got it because I was craving fried chicken and, again, too lazy to cook. Depending on the pieces you get, the smaller ones tend to be more dry, but the skin is crispy! I get the bottle of chick-fil-a sauce too for my dipping sauce. read more

It's 12:45 on a Saturday afternoon at the Ralph's deli. Nobody in line but I've been waiting 5 minutes (not an issue at all). A lady comes out from the back so I asked if hot wings were going to be made today? She doesn't even look at me and says "Idk i can go check if we have any"........ummm.....okay? I brush off her miserable energy and start ordering a few drumsticks for my son. She cuts me off and says I'll be with you in a minute and continues to do what she's doing not even looking up at me once. After a couple minutes she finally looks up and asks what I want, so I order 3 drumsticks. She looks at me like I'm stupid and says, "why would you get 3 pieces when you can get 5 drumsticks for $5 and points out into the market area". It would have been nice if she wasn't so rude and miserable. The vibe she gave off was not trying to help me save money but to relieve her of having to grab the chicken herself and put it in a bag. I tell her nm the chicken and I call her out on her miserable attitude and then she changes her tone when I tell her to get her manager. Her manager was professional about it but I'll NEVER go to this deli again. She was elder and I felt bad at first that she's still working but with that attitude the sympathy faded real quick. I dont understand why people give this place such bad reviews! I have dealt with a few workers and have had a pleasant experience. The deli have been very quick and helpful. I have asked workers where certain products are and instead of pointing it to me, they actually look for it themselves as to make my life easier! I did have problem wit some of their produce, i bought strawberries and not one day in the fridge and they rotted. I blame it on myself for picking the bad ones usually, but i picked the best one out of the whole section and it was still bad. Very limited at the time too. Found out they have a section blocked off with its own cashier that has shampoo, deodorant and other items, most of which I needed. I asked the cashier if I could get my other items first so I could just check out once but the answer was no. Lame. Customer service is really gone away since the pandemic. I'm in the store several times a week and it's just not getting better employees are treating customers like we are bothering them the kid that was working the deli counter went to lunch for 30 min. So we were patient and waited but when he came he said he had to make chicken first so I got a manager to talk to him and I received some of the things I wanted because nothing was prepared for the day so I have to say today was my worst Ralph experience. Ron, the checkout attendant was extremely rude tonight. He was cherry picking customers to serve at his checkstand, and directing the rest to self check. When pressed as to why, his response was "I pick and choose who I want." When I asked to speak to a manager, Ron refused to, and stopped replying. I had to phone for a manager to intervene, and even then they weren't much apologetic. It would seem this is an acceptable standard of service. I've resided in Eastvale for nearly 20 years, and the service at Ralphs continues to tank. It's quite unfortunate. This is my neighborhood grocery store, and still I find myself shopping out of town, often near work, to avoid the abysmal customer service at this location. In fact, tonight's experience at Ralphs @ Limonite/Eastvale CA was the worst experience I ever had shopping for groceries. I can't believe that an evening service manager, Fawad, would be so rude, call a customer a liar, threaten them and throw them out if you speak out... well, that's just what happened. Seems like this store has a customer service problem. I guess Ralphs doesn't realize that customers have choices... there are other stores just across the street where I know we will be treated 200% better and never have the need to ever set foot into a Ralphs store again. Ralphs is a massive chain, but helpful people are the reason keeps on going. I was in there the other day and needed help finding red mangoes as they're not always available depending on which stores you go to. A friendly gentleman I believe named Gus pointed me in the right direction and even helped me look for them in the produce department. In the end, I went home with five mangoes, they're my favorite! Easy to navigate through this huge store. The produce selection is fairly assorted. I saw jackfruit, okra, pepino melons, dragon fruit, dates, and lots of organic options! Their meat department is unique in that they fry your fish for you AND season any type of meat. They also have plant based meat: beyond meat. Their cereal section is unlike anything I've seen before!
