Hello Aaron in the meat department I want to personally recognize you for outstanding customer service that uplifts everyone. And I want to tell you how awesome and kind you are. You made everything right today with the help of your store manager. I look forward to visiting your meat department very soon.

Expired products past sell by date on shelf

Not sure what is going on with these stores lately. Switch from Stater Bros to Ralph's due to volume of expired products on the shelf and experiencing the same issue at Ralph's. Not just single items but multiple different items and brands well past expiration date. These photos taken on 5/4 and products expired on 4/20

Stocked as clearance, rang up full price. Associate went to check, removed clearance signs and bottles that were in the clearance section.

Noemi, David, and Jeff really impressed me with how energetically energizing and helpful they are when it comes to their Customer Service Skills at the checkout station! David especially surprised me with how patient and fast he is with his Hustle while closing the store, and he still managed to serve with a great attitude and lots of fun and relatable conversation while sending us off to have a wonderful evening! Jeff and Noemi are so warm and kind as well and beam so much friendly high caring and helpful sunshine with their high tide Professional Finesse ;0) Thank you guys for helping me get cash back with my somewhat problematic magnetic stripe tip card and showing me fun tricks on how to get it to work by using the denim from my jeans or pressure from my fingers to get the stripe to slide effectively! I also want to thank the Albertson's Management for filling the store with so many adorably cute and charming Mother's Day gifts and flowers!! I was able so snag a lot of cute balloons and stuffed animals to decorate our house for an early Mother's Day Dinner tonight which made our pictures so much more lively and special. We also tried the Wilson's Creek Peach Bellini Sparkling Wine which turned out to be a big hit during dinner too and is currently on sale for about $13!!! Thank you to the young Gentleman who helped guide Mom and I to the sweet wine section and informing us on the most popular brands with the Community!

I had a very concerning experience at this location that needs to be addressed immediately…read more I was shopping with my daughters (including my 8 year old) when a supervisor came down the aisle with a cart while my kids were going to grab chips. I was standing at the end of the aisle, and I clearly heard him say "f*ing move" under his breath directed at them. They heard him say it! And I also clearly heard him say it. This is unacceptable especially toward children. When I asked if there was a problem, he said "nope," then went to the register and gave me an intimidating stare. The behavior felt hostile, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for someone in a supervisory role. I reported this to the store manager and was told it would be handled. However, when I returned to the grocery store. The same employee was still working and gossiping about us while we are shopping and checking out. Both of my girls were very uncomfortable and upset to see this man again. Which raises serious concerns about how situations like this are handled. No family should be made to feel disrespected or intimidated while simply grocery shopping. This is unacceptable behavior from any employee, but especially from someone in management. If this is how supervisors treat customers, it reflects a serious lack of accountability at this location. I expect this to be properly investigated and addressed, and I will be following up until it is.

There produce prices are unbeatable tho , so if you eat lots of fruit and veg this is the place to go. I prefer early hours but the self checkout is usually closed, but the line is never long at 6 am or so. My guilty pleasure is diet soda and this is the cheapest place that I can find soda so this is usually where I go as well as sparkling water in the can. I also usually stock up here because you just can't beat the prices. My favorite thing is the self checkout most people don't realize they can this is where you can get rid of all of your coins when using self checkout as it's rung up so fast so I often will bring a whole lot of pennies so I can get rid of the pennies especially as they're no longer in production so I highly recommend bringing your change here. The meat area is not exactly what I would want. They don't have organic chicken. They don't have organic or even know antibiotics ever pork, but they do have grass fed ground beef, which is nice but it's the only high-quality protein that they tend to carry so I do have to go to another store for my chicken, my pork and any kind of. What I do love that they have grass fed milk or the last time I was there and they have grass fed butter, but so far they haven't expanded their dairy to be organic so you don't have cream cheese or cottage cheese that's organic and I'm hoping one day they bring that.

I also like the bulk section, which makes it easy to grab exactly the amount you need without overpaying. The store itself is pretty no-frills. It can feel crowded during peak hours, and the layout takes a little getting used to if it's your first time there. Lines can get long, but they tend to move at a decent pace. One thing to keep in mind is that you have to bag your own groceries, which some people might find inconvenient, but it's a small trade-off for the savings. Overall, it's a practical place to shop if your main goal is value. You may not get the polished experience of higher-end markets, but the consistent low prices and wide selection make it worth the trip.

I especially love the prepared meals, the deli, and the klatch coffee shop! I regularly get food at the deli since they have gluten-free bread for the sandwiches. And the strawberry Matcha at klatch to has me in a chokehold! I have had a couple not so great experiences, but the staff and management never fails to make it right. What led me to write this review after so many years is the overwhelmingly great customer service provided by Christina. She is one of the shoppers at the store for pick up orders. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate me. When she delivers your groceries to your car, she greets you by name, looks you in the eyes and smiles at you. There have been several times that an item is out of stock and she actually takes her time to message me and waits for my response to see what other items I might be interested in. There was another time that I had turnips on my order and only asked for three and because they were so small, she told that she threw a couple more in there for me ! Today, I had vinegar in my order and for the second week in a row, they didn't have it in stock. I think she remembered it from last week and apologized that it still wasn't in stock. It really wasn't that big of a deal to me. But what turned this into a great experience, is that she apologized when she handed me my items through my window. And even gave me two little treats for the inconvenience. She is kind and considerate. I could imagine that she has done this for other people and has brightened their day as well. I work in customer service. So on the consumer side, I am always recognizing really great and really bad service. I don't know Christina personally, but in just the few encounters that I have had with her, I can tell that she was a great hire. This is the type of person that everyone wants on their team. Someone who is kind, loves to serve others, and is willing to go the extra mile to make for a great customer experience. You don't ever know what someone is going through, so kindness and consideration can really go a long way. I have had good experiences with the manager at sprouts too- Danielle! The person who helped me was Steven Morales. Of course, I asked for the most affordable cut available. He seasoned it with Malibu seasoning and steakhouse seasoning, then I asked him to separate the bone and tie the roast, which he did without hesitation. The roast was almost 19 pounds at $7.99 per pound, coming out to about $145. Yes, Costco may have better quality, but for almost $400--who can afford that right now? Since I had to work Thanksgiving morning, my only option was to cook it in the oven while I was at work. I set it at 190 degrees and let it cook for 10.5 hours. I want to thank Steven for his excellent work and for helping me get meat that I could actually afford. The roast turned out great--good, juicy, and very tender.
