I checked in today to stock up on highly nutritious gourmet Doggie Food for my Puppy Prince Shadow and really appreciate the great selection and high value deals they offer here for Pet Owners! I bought a huge bag of Large Breed Chicken and Rice flavored mix for Shadow as well as a $2.99 Box of yummy Gravy Bones as well. I needed some more bottled water for La Casa and was able to find a fantastic deal on a Ralphs 40 bottle pack of their Signature brand as well! Gina was a wonderful Cashier and full of infectiously energizing smiles, laughs, and high caring hospitality! Thank you to the whole Ralphs Team for keeping the Neighborhood Supermarket so gorgeously well maintained and staffed with positive and friendly professionally chic personalities! read more

We visit Ralphs a couple of times a month to buy catfish and have it fried at the counter, and my family did most of our grocery shopping here and used the pharmacy often. We have not had negative interactions with the other employees. This review concerns the male employee working at the fish/seafood counter on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at approximately 3:30 p.m. After waiting for him to finish helping the customer ahead of me, I asked whether he had any catfish available. Without looking at me, he mumbled, "Whatever's in the case." I couldn't understand him, so I asked him to repeat himself. He repeated it in a rude, dismissive manner and then turned back to the other customer. He later explained that catfish was available in the frozen-food aisle, but I was asking about fresh catfish at the meat counter to be fried there, as we usually do. The issue was not that the store might have been out of fresh catfish; it was the lack of courtesy and the way I was spoken to. I had a similar experience with this same employee last month, so this was the second negative interaction with him. After this experience, I am seriously considering moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy and doing more of our grocery shopping at Stater Bros. or Smart & Final. I'll fry the catfish myself next time rather than deal with that attitude. I hope management addresses this employee's customer-service behavior. read more

Good experience shopping at this location. Came during weekday afternoon and it was quite pleasant. I was able to get this weeks grocery in under 30 minutes. Efficient staff at checkout and fresh produce was being stocked. I did go and browse the bakery area and found some goodies that had clearance stickers. This makes it easier to splurge a little on cupcake and cheesecake when it's around half off. Helps justify my purchase. Overall good experience. All the prices matched the ticketed item. This store even has a gas station next to it with good gas prices. These rates are similar to Sam's Club and Costco prices. read more

This location is great and you can take care of much more than just picking up groceries. They recently did an upgrade and it made shopping much nicer. There is plenty of parking and has additional stores in the shopping center. They have a Starbucks, florist, sushi area, hot food for a quick lunch, bakery with deserts that actually taste good, fresh meat counter that can fry your fish, and a pharmacist. The staff are very kind and helpful. The store stays stocked and organized. I even like the unique touch of decor that represents the Eastvale. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with how Ralphs on Limonite handled a fraudulent $100 Amazon gift card issue tonight. I purchased the card, had the activation receipt, returned within minutes, and was basically told "there's nothing we can do." Jeremy showed zero concern, zero urgency, and zero effort to help even though gift card tampering fraud is a known nationwide issue. As a paying customer who had proof of purchase and activation, I expected at least some level of professionalism or willingness to escalate the situation. Instead, I was treated like it wasn't their problem the second the transaction was complete. People work hard for their money. If your store is selling compromised gift cards, customers deserve support -- not indifference. read more

Ralphs - Grocery Near Me - Eastvale, California

FYI: When you treat loyal customers like thieves, don't be surprised by the kind of energy you attract. Out of all the grocery stores in Eastvale, this one feels the most suspicious and hostile. Ironic, considering how overpriced everything is (aka White-Collar theft). And the whole separate blocked off area where you have to pay twice is fucking ridiculous. Maybe start by respecting the people who actually pay to be here. I did not appreciate the tiny Hispanic lady with long grey hair side-eying me like I stole something when the stupid self-check out machine mistakenly set off. Use common sense. Check my receipt and look at the cart if you want. In fact, check ALL my receipts and calculate how much money I've wasted at your store. Taking my business elsewhere. BYE. read more

Highly dislike self checkout in the morning. Miss the interaction with the cashier, especially Leticia. Things just aren't the same in the store anymore. Not much interaction between employee and customer making them feel welcome. When asking for things it seems to be a bother to some. When requesting to have a check stand opened, it seems to be an inconvenience for someone to assist. Occasionally run into a few of the old time employees and they understand my concern but aren't decision-makers. read more

Nasty customer service. They treat people wrong. The foods they sale are expired. The co workers there talk nasty about there customers.

I'm a weekly customer I appreciate the staff for always being nice, welcoming & helpful.

This place is getting worse !!! You block all the detergent , so that needs to get paid separately .. if you have any food items you need to get in line again to paid for those separately. How inconvenient for a consumer . read more

Closed early tonight despite website, posted store holidays hours on doors that were up prior, noticed gone when I went tonight. I arrived at 9:40pm - Store was set to close at 10pm on 12-24-25. Employee was at door only letting people exit. I asked why they closed early, employee just stated they were closed andrefused to answer my question, so I asked for a Manager. Manager comes over and says he has a lot of paperwork so he closed early. Never apologized for the inconvenience, a lot of other customers were unhappy about tje unscheduled early closure. Went over to Von's across the street, they were also open till 10pm. Was able to purchase what I needed, Employees were friendly and helpful, lots of registers open, so easy to get things done fast. Highly suggest avoiding this Ralph's till they get better management. read more

I usually swing by this Ralph's for when I want some cereal or snacks! I'm out in Eastvale occasionally for some business, and my drives end up being a little late, and I'm really grateful that they're open so late! It's usually so quiet and not that crowded when I go because it's late, but the few times that I've gone in the day time, there are a lot of registers open. All that aside, the reason I wanted to write this review was because of the exceptional service I received time and time again from Matthew (he's the store associate who's name tag says I love Monkeys which was what caught my attention initially hehe). He's super nice and very patient every time I visit and have a question or need help finding something. The energy of this store is always very lovely. Another big thank you to Matthew for all your help always! read more

My experience here has always excellent. The staff is great professional and friendly. Leroy and the guys in the meat department is great. Always accommodating and helpful. My service today at the deli- Noam and Matthew were so nice. Mr Matthew made fresh chicken for me and other customers were so grateful. All the cashiers are personable and friendly. Thanks for the new in house Starbucks. Continue what you are doing by keeping the store clean, safe and giving great customer service. I appreciate your staff and their hard work! read more

I went to Ralps last week! And was coming in there to purchase fried fish from there seafood department. While picking it up there was a different worker there by the Johnny! He was helping a customer in from of me. once he noticed I was waiting he helped with my order! He was SO knowledgeable and gave me suggestions on the kind of seasoning to put on my fried fish! I told him no one never suggested anything to me! I have found a great guy to fry my fish from now on!! Dinner was PERFECT!! Thank you Johnny!! read more

Went here for the last time today...this place is a disgrace. All the non-food items are locked in a separate section where you have to check out separately now...basically you need to wait in two lines to check out. This is an upper class area where the average home sells for a million bucks...what's going on? And the prices have gotten insane...$15 for a 12 pack of Bud Light and $11 for a 12 pack of Coke. This place is a joke...never again. read more

Store has terrible customer service. Products are stocked with incorrect, lower, prices. Leading customers to want to buy them and being shocked at the register with double, triple the cost advertised. The cage around feminine care is ridiculous. I've never seen an empty look so board. When I tried to purchase tampons and a gift card. He refused to ring me up for the gift card. I had to pay for them there and then go wait in line at the front to pay for the gift card 2 transactions. Honestly, go to Albertsons or Vons both within a couple miles. Save yourself the headache. Don't bother calling customer service, you will never get through. read more

The flower department lady is actually really rude with zero customer service... so dismissive.

Johnny from the meat department is absolutely amazing!!! Always clean great customer service and he make bomb fried fish

i'm a regular at this location and don't get me wrong, the employees and store itself are great. the managers, however, is a different story. the main one, Kelly, is a total b!tch to her employees. the way she yells at them IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS is so wrong. it baffles me how someone like her can be a manager anywhere. her actions probably explain why there's constantly new employees. they probably all quit or transfer out to not deal with her. read more

I like that they have fried chicken wings/thighs, and other hot foods right next to the deli. This was my second time getting the fried chicken wings. It's $6 per pound. The first time I bought it for a potluck... it was a hit! And I didn't have to cook! Yay! So, this time I got it because I was craving fried chicken and, again, too lazy to cook. Depending on the pieces you get, the smaller ones tend to be more dry, but the skin is crispy! I get the bottle of chick-fil-a sauce too for my dipping sauce. read more

Most of the time it's OK, but lately the produce selection has been pretty terrible. There have been so many bugs in almost every item I've brought home... even after rinsing vigorously! I have accidentally beheaded many caterpillars and have brought the items back for exchange. There is also one lady who usually works in the self-checkout (long brown hair, petite, red lipstick) who stares me down every time I check out as if I'm stealing things and isn't very friendly to me but will be friendly to other customers. Other than those 2 issues, this Ralphs is pretty well stocked. read more

I love the Ralph's here! It being open 'till 1AM is really helpful for any latenight shopping. More Asian products such as Mapo Tofu sauce packets would be nice (Staterbros carries them), but I appreciate all that we have anyways :) Also, the employees are so helpful and friendly; Johhny at the Meat department was especially kind and delivered exceptional service! read more

Love this Ralph's! It has wider aisles, employees monitoring number of customers going in, clean and organized, easy to find items in w/out getting lost. I miss Ralph markets so much, where I'm at, it's Stater's territory - obviously it originated out here, but I wish they had Ralph's too, they have lil more variety & this one was well stocked. Area is a little busy/congested, but worth going to this market. read more

The little manager at the self checkout needs an attitude adjustment. If you don't like working with people go sit down. The prices are what brings me in Ralph's. I dont understand why people give this place such bad reviews! I have dealt with a few workers and have had a pleasant experience. The deli have been very quick and helpful. I have asked workers where certain products are and instead of pointing it to me, they actually look for it themselves as to make my life easier! I did have problem wit some of their produce, i bought strawberries and not one day in the fridge and they rotted. I blame it on myself for picking the bad ones usually, but i picked the best one out of the whole section and it was still bad. Very limited at the time too. I am wondering how they go about taking out old produce? read more

It's 12:45 on a Saturday afternoon at the Ralph's deli. Nobody in line but I've been waiting 5 minutes (not an issue at all). A lady comes out from the back so I asked if hot wings were going to be made today? She doesn't even look at me and says "Idk i can go check if we have any"........ummm.....okay? I brush off her miserable energy and start ordering a few drumsticks for my son. She cuts me off and says I'll be with you in a minute and continues to do what she's doing not even looking up at me once. After a couple minutes she finally looks up and asks what I want, so I order 3 drumsticks. She looks at me like I'm stupid and says, "why would you get 3 pieces when you can get 5 drumsticks for $5 and points out into the market area". It would have been nice if she wasn't so rude and miserable. The vibe she gave off was not trying to help me save money but to relieve her of having to grab the chicken herself and put it in a bag. I tell her nm the chicken and I call her out on her miserable attitude and then she changes her tone when I tell her to get her manager. Her manager was professional about it but I'll NEVER go to this deli again. She was elder and I felt bad at first that she's still working but with that attitude the sympathy faded real quick. Maybe customer service is not for you m'aam. Your behavior and attitude was sad to see from someone at your big age. read more

Customer service is really gone away since the pandemic. I'm in the store several times a week and it's just not getting better employees are treating customers like we are bothering them the kid that was working the deli counter went to lunch for 30 min. So we were patient and waited but when he came he said he had to make chicken first so I got a manager to talk to him and I received some of the things I wanted because nothing was prepared for the day so I have to say today was my worst Ralph experience. Not all are bad employees but I can count the good ones on one hand. read more

Ron, the checkout attendant was extremely rude tonight. He was cherry picking customers to serve at his checkstand, and directing the rest to self check. When pressed as to why, his response was "I pick and choose who I want." When I asked to speak to a manager, Ron refused to, and stopped replying. I had to phone for a manager to intervene, and even then they weren't much apologetic. It would seem this is an acceptable standard of service. I've resided in Eastvale for nearly 20 years, and the service at Ralphs continues to tank. It's quite unfortunate. This is my neighborhood grocery store, and still I find myself shopping out of town, often near work, to avoid the abysmal customer service at this location. The attitudes of the staff are definitely not reflective of the community that they serve. read more

I drive farther to Stater Bros because they have real people working the registers. I hate self-checkout; something inevitably goes wrong.

This is not my usual grocery store but was in the area so popped in for a few things. Found out they have a section blocked off with its own cashier that has shampoo, deodorant and other items, most of which I needed. I asked the cashier if I could get my other items first so I could just check out once but the answer was no. Lame. I get blocking off the area if people are stealing but to have to check out twice is just dumb. Won't be shopping there again. read more
