Love coming to this Stater Bros! They have a newly remodeled store and I love the sushi area. I wish they had a bigger deli area, but I hear they are cutting down on what deli meats they are ordering, so I guess that makes sense. went in line to buy a pack of ceviche and the lady at front said , "I'm closed". Silently I turn around to go to the next line and she said "can't you see my lights turned off". I turn around glance at her and see she was talking to me. Silently I still go to the register next door. To my new cashier she says , "I can't believe we have to deal with these fucking people all day", and she just walked away. I still silently paid for my 1/2 pound of ceviche which was also sad because it had no flavor(truth). I can't believe she said that out loud. So rude and disgusting. I didn't say a word that entire time(not feeling chatty). My childhood Stater Bros really made me sad today. It's like I got bullied on my own porch. I always remembered everyone to be so nice. This stater brothers has always had regular good workers. But today I came in at 10:25 pm on a Tuesday and noticed the store was pretty empty didn't really see no one. After trying to find some special juices I didn't have luck so I came back to the front by the cashiers and noticed a girl putting up some new specials or signs and I approached her and asked her about the juices I was looking for and she said aisle 8 on the left, so I went there and thought I almost found them since they looked similar so then I noticed her coming to check because she thought she made a mistake and she told me sorry they are on aisle 7 and walked me to them and she made sure I found what I was looking for and she waiting until I confirmed that I found my correct items which was really nice of her. I asked her if she was the store manager she looked more profesional and she was the manager she looked tired but she seemed like she could work another shift like nothing. So many Stater Bros products pushing out national brands. When I complained to corp office I was told Stater Bros products are the same quality. No they are not. It may look good on paper but not in my kitchen. I picked up a pack of Stater Bros bacon it was almost all fat. Went to look for pre-cooked burgers there were none. But in its place was stacks of un-cooked Stater Bros burgers. I've shopped at Stater Bros for years. But I'm getting tired of having to go to other stores in order to get the national brands I want. They have gone way overboard on Stater Bros products. read more

I went in recently after the remodel and WOW the produce section is very clean and beautiful. Everything looked so nice and fresh. The produce manger Isaac helped me. He was very attentive and helpful. I have a small business and I'm always picking up some Chili peppers for my restaurant, he told me that he can place a large quantity for me in advance and I can go pick it up. That makes it so much easier for me when I am out at my restaurant. Great service. Nice and clean department. read more

Went in to purchase a simple Visa card for a birthday and was told that its "illegal" to purchase visa cards with a credit card.......what ? Ive done this many times before and never was told "no we cant take your money because its credit". Worker and Manager were both very rude and clearly didnt want to help or pay attention at all. Take your business up to Vons as they were very happy to accept my payment method with no questions which was not ILLEGAL !!!!! read more

The worst store ever, I bought 147.14 worth of items at the Norco California store and they completely forgot to give one of my bags....I was in Sonia's line on Monday at about 12:30 pm ...she was friendly at first but when I told her bye, she looked suspicious...the person who packed my bags also looked out of it...I told her I wanted five bags in which I did not receive so possibly my food was taken......I am a senior and should not have to go through this...I am extremely upset about this. I spoke with the manager ( Mario ) and gave him my information so that he could look up the transaction on the video...her said that he saw them give me everything....but they did not ..I will never shop at any SB again....I am through....I think they put my food back, which they should not have....or Sonia or the bagger took it....please look into this matter before you lose even more customers.....that kind of behaviour will have you losing a lot of money This is what did not receive Lettuce Turkey sandwiches (3 count) Shrimp Louis sandwich... This location has been my go to for over 20 years but to be honest I never even thought about giving it a yelp review until today. Luke thank you for being so kind when I made a mess in your isle. Helping me with the water I busted open. Running up and helping me was amazing. Omar, thank you for always being so awesome when it comes to helping me out with any weird or needy requests I have of you. Sean, thank you for always making me laugh, you are awesome brother. Stater Brothers is like they say your hometown market. The thing I love most about shopping at Stater brothers is the butcher shop. The butchers are always extremely friendly as in this location and very helpful. If there is ever a cut of meat that you need they are more than willing to go out of their way to help. You just do not find this attention to detail and customer service anymore. Grocery stores all basically do the same thing sale groceries. How stater brothers put himself above the crowd is by consistently exceeding one's expectation when it comes to customer service. We shop at a number of Stater Brothers and this is consistent across the chain. Have to say again love the meat market. This is where we get our Christmas ribeye roast, Thanksgiving fresh turkeys, and always a wide selection of amazing steaks to barbecue. Man I'm getting hungry just writing this thing. read more

Shortly after I overheard him encourage a co worker and if that's not enough he went above and beyond to help me with my meat selection. This location had a face lift a year or two ago. Its an older store and now with the Albertson's closed up the road one the few grocery stores around. It is on the small side and parking can be a pain some times. There are a lot of smaller business that draw a crowd, meaning the parking can get irritating with some of the drivers that zip around the lot. If I had the choice I go to the newer location up the road on Hidden Valley, but in a pinch I will swing in here. They do have an School's First ATM inside, which is another draw for me, but again the newer Stater's has a full branch inside. read more

This store is so clean. Love how you can ride your horse .. tie up and shop. Also love the tables in front of deli .. love the online coupons and how it is family owned .. Bought some salmon and fresh hot chicken Packed up in saddle bag .. got on horse and rode home. Customer service amazing .. was able to make a special leg of lamb order to pick up in two days. Took 10 minutes for this slow kid named Christian A. to be told that there were no pre packaged tri tips. Then for him to say to me that there is so I walk over to prove to him there is none. Uncomfortable, rude staff. I do my best to avoid this stater bros, even if it means driving to a further one. Not only that, but if you're another race besides white you get a lot of dirty looks and the staff is no help. I get it's Norco, but it's also 2020. read more

She went out of her way to help me pick out the best produce when she was so busy with a big smile on her face!! It's people like her that work at depressing stores that help make someone's day!! A well lit, pretty nice Stater Brothers? Who knew!!!? They had some great specials on their seafood so I dropped by here after going to a billion 99 Ranch stores kind of late at night before going to my friends seafood night. I picked up some snow crabs and cocktail shrimp and it was like $20 or so. What a great price!!! I was definitely happy. :) (I didn't eat seafood for about a month btw.) LOL! read more

I went there to buy meat for the first time, meat was phenomenal, great customer service.

Now a days it's normal to see men's restrooms with changing tables for babies.When they don't have them, luckily my wife is able to change my son in the women's restroom becuase women's restroom ALWAYS have changing stations. Unfortunately this location has two unisex restrooms of which neither has a changing station. I had to lay my son on the dirty floor in order to change which is unacceptable. Please fix this so other parents aren't forced to change their babies on a disgusting bathroom floor. read more

I just want to write a review for the exceptional service I received from Stater's today and always. I call in once in a while to order their fried chicken in the morning so I am able to pack it on our way of town. Staters doesn't normally have their chicken ready until 10 am or so but they are always more than happy to get it ready earlier if you call ahead. The girl I spoke to did as she said she would and wrote a note for the morning crew, I called this morning and they new exactly what I was calling about and will have my order ready for me on time. It is rare for a company to even provide customer service with proper follow up these days. Let alone courtesy customer service with a smile. Exceptional service. Attitude from the cashier "Brandon" and when I politely asked to speak with his manager he became very child like and said "he'll tell you exactly what I said." I think I'll drive a little further away, where you can grocery shop and be rung up by someone with class. read more

Have gone there for years. The only gripe I have is the quality of the meat is not what it used to be and I hate the misters on the vegetables. The water makes the leafy vegetables deteriorate faster in the frig. read more
