I never used to shop at this Ralphs or any Ralphs location until recently. Back in 2014, I started coming to this location to rent movies from RedBox and drive to my friend's house who used to live right down the street. Then when I would return the movie a day or two later, I might've stopped inside to browse through the selection of fruits and veggies, but the prices were much higher back then. Fast forward to 2025, I've noticed that this Ralphs location is offering a much higher selection on fresh groceries at decent prices. Lately I've been on a health cleanse and have been shopping here for convenience and higher quality selection for groceries such as turkey meat, pomegranates, celery, etc. The pomegranates are huge and fresh!! The service is fine, employees are friendly, but I try to use self-checkout as much as possible. The ambiance seems a little dark, but that's just probably me. Me and my Mom came on Sunday to buy some groceries. We picked up a protein milkshake box that said it was $22.99 on sale. We were charged $27.99 and when we went to tell the manager apparently it was misplaced on the shelf and we were in the wrong. There were a few boxes of the same item in front of the price which is why we were sure it was $22.99. We only grabbed one of them and they gave us a hard time inferring we were in the wrong when one of the workers must've misplaced the item. read more

This is my local Ralphs and typically come in more than once a week. We usually go through self checkout since the workers here don't ever greet us. Today I came in to return something but did not have the receipt. I understand this is annoying but these workers need to work on customer service. Elisa was having a conversation with other staff and was not professional when we approached her lane, after we came up to her she was clearly annoyed with the transaction and automatically assumed I wanted a gift-card for the exchange when I was clearly going to buy something else. Elisa did not let me know it was going to take a half hr to load onto the Ralphs card so I couldn't use it for my purchase. I understand the transaction was annoying but theres no need to act rude with the customer. This is why we always just use self checkout since Staff isn't ever friendly. read more

I don't know what happened to this Ralph's location. It seems like it went down hill when they got a new manager. The last manager was always out on the sales floor doing what needed to be done and making sure customer service was great. I know because I always heard him reminding his staff of customer service. Now, finding a grocery cart by the entrance is almost impossible. The vegetable area has a lot of rotten veggies and fruit. You can tell the store is not as well kept as it was before. Customer service has also gone down hill and it all seems to come down to management. I shop at this location because it's across from my home but I would rather shop at the Vons further away from me when possible. read more

The staff in this Ralph's are condescending and rude. I've been shopping here for 20 years and basically got yelled at by the gray haired lady there because I asked a question about how to check out. She then told me I was wrong then treated me with a highly condescending attitude because I couldn't scan some grocery. I was literally asking her for help. You can't treat people like this. We are your customers. As for me. I'm done. You just lost me as a customer. I'm not up for this sort of treatment when all I asked for was help. read more

My wife and I went to Ralph's today off of Green River we met the (new assistant manager/ Fred - and one of the new cashiers Jacob he was very helpful, courteous, and very polite, the Assistant manager, Fred, very positive and upbeat, extremely helpful. Sadly I have to give the Deli a bad review. I had placed an order two days in advance for a 24 piece chicken. I showed up to Ralph's and when I asked for the order it wasn't even done....! Why have the option to place the order a head of time if you guys won't even check your online orders? Now I'm having to wait an additional time for them to make it. I ordered it for my 4th grade last day party and wasn't even done yet. I just hope it's done right and not raw just because they are in a hurry.. Just call or walk in. Make sure to get a receipt because last time I walked in to place an order they didn't give a receipt or anything. I was lucky to have the online confirmation order. 1 star because this store is great to shop... during the day! That's when all the staff are friendly. The night staff on the other hand was not so friendly - they seemed annoyed I disturbed their conversation as I asked for help to checkout alcohol since all the cashier lines were closed. The lady who was a bit older had long hair and long uncut finger nails was assisting me at the register was not the greatest at giving customer service either as she was talking to me in this annoyed tone. If you don't mind receiving awful customer service in the late night, this is the place to be. Worst customer service through the self check out. My system was telling me to wait for help twice and the lady working in that area would not help me and kept her hands in her pocket. She wanted the gentleman (checker #501) that worked there with her to come and assist me. It took so long to complete my 6 items self check out. I would like to recognize an employee who went above and beyond for me today--Robinson (couldn't see the whole name tag, so I'm guessing). Today I went to pick up an order and mentioned how the app only offers one alternative when something isn't available. He asked me what I would have gotten instead. When, I told him he said: Let me pack your groceries in your car, then I'll check. He went back into the store and was unable to find what I wanted. BUT, he brought out another possible substitution. Wow! Talk about service and critical thinking! I so appreciate this employee going above and beyond! Hope he gets some kind of recognition. read more

I've been going to this Ralph's for over 2 years. You need to do something about the guy who works in the deli. Dark complex, black afro, glasses. Been there for around a year. If he moved any slower, he would be going backwards. He never listens to what you want. you have to repeat it 2,3, and sometimes 4 times. Today, I stood there for 10 minutes while he sliced 1 yes 1 pound of ham for a customer. Yep had to be told 2 times what type of ham. Didn't want to wait any longer, so I went shopping and then left with nothing from the deli. read more

Adelita in flowers is awesome! She created some centerpieces for our son's rehearsal dinner and they turned out great; the room looked so nice. I like coming to our neighborhood Ralph's. The team members are always friendly and the customer service is beyond excellent. From the minute we drive in: the parking lot is clean, carts put away, windows clean, entrance free of debris, aisles swept and mopped and the hot food fresh and ready to eat!! The sea food section is always stocked and the fruit ripe and fresh. Terry and Alma (I hope I got the supervisors name correct :0 ) are great. They know when it's my time to cook because that's when I purchase the hot food lol The flowers are always fresh & beautiful when I pick up a "just because" bouquet after work for my wife. I went last night around 9:30 (they are supposed to close at 1am) the right entrance had two signs and a trash can to block it and didn't even open the left one had a huge line of cart blocking it and I had to walk through a checkout line to get to the store. Idk what the purpose of this is, or if you guys are trying to discourage customers from coming in late but it has happened more than once and it's just annoying and looks bad. read more

I stopped at Ralph's grocery store this evening on Green River Road to pick up turkey from the deli for grandkids. I went to the deli and ordered sliced turkey -the clerk behind the counter in the deli section took the smoked turkey to the slicing machine -just 5 feet away from where I was standing - and was going to start the slicing. I looked at the slicing machine and told her to STOP. The machine was filthy. I mean filthy- with meat hanging off if it and pieces of ? all over the trays. I said -please don't slice the meat on that machine!!! It's dirty!!! I asked her. Don't you clean it.? "We clean it at night" was her reply. I insisted she clean it and she did. I think the young ladies at the deli counter need more training. read more

I've been shopping here for six years. Generally it's a pleasant and friendly place to shop. Today I was surprised to find a rude employee named Madison. I ordered online for pick up for the first time. I wasn't aware of the protocol of waiting in the car and sending a message of my arrival. I asked Madison about picking up my groceries. She replied 'What about it," I said "Pardon me?" She repeated "What about it?" She then pointed toward the parking lot and said "The bring it to you.' Then she went to her coworker and said something and laughed. Just a rude bump in the shopping road and I'll still shop since the other employees were courteous and helpful especially the young man who brought our goods out and unloaded them to our car. Kudos for offering a functioning and efficient pick up for groceries. I was able to put my order in a day in advance and they put my order together within the time promised. They kept me up to date on the progress and then I was able to let them know 10 minutes prior to arriving that I was on my way. Upon arriving I parked in a designated spot and then checked in. Within 5 minutes a sales associate came out to tell me my order was on its way to my car and then 5 minutes after that I was loaded up and done. What a difference, in particular with Walmart's horrible grocery pickup. I highly recommend Ralph's, they know what they are doing, which is very helpful in these times when picking up groceries is much more than a convenient luxury, but rather a necessary and helpful service. read more

I was not aware that this location no longer helps customers put their groceries in their cart after purchasing. Well, this evening Liz checked me out and after I paid for my purchases she proceeded to help the customer behind me, leaving my groceries for me to put into my own cart. It wasn't busy, and I feel like placing groceries in the cart for a paying customer is still a standard but I may be wrong on that. Needless to say, I will take my business to Albertsons down foothill, prices are better and the employees are much more accommodating to paying customers. read more

Best deal- mark downs on meat, ready prepped salads. They aggressively reduce pricing on meats and produce, especially a few days out from expiration. They do a great job with their bakery and floral items as well. Yes, the store has not been renovated and it's very busy a lot of the time but easy center to get in and out of. With groceries and inflation being out of hand, this is my go to place to look for a deal without compromising quality. I used to swing by Sprouts off of Ontario as well but they only mark down items like meats nearing the sell by date but only 35%. Most of the items I see marked down at Ralph's are at minimum 50% off. Every penny counts! read more

Not sure why they don't put shopping baskets by the doors anymore. It has been ongoing and not just a fluke that they are out of them at the front entrances. This makes it very inconvenient for customers. I find myself searching the check out aisles or finding the baskets near the customer service area. I can see other customers frustrated as well. I understand that during covid there may be necessary cleaning duties associated with baskets but this does not seem to be the case as there are never baskets at the entrances and I've never seen an associate working on getting them clean or restocking them. Aside from that I find this store to be well stocked and generally well kept. read more

Not as friendly as they want people to think. About 25 days ago they installed eight industrial fans/compressor on roof top for refrigeration. They have been running 24/7 with 60dBA noise much over the City Ordinance. Turns out they did not apply for permits, did not do a noise study, and did not have the project inspected before turning it on. The noise has been causing sleepless nights, and ruined the peace and quality of life of the residents in the 30+ years community behind the store. Wonder what their facilities department was thinking when they installed weight fans together. Someone did not do their job right, and now the residents of about six houses behind Ralphs store have to suffer. read more

3 stars because I do like coming here, but only during the day. The employees at night are incredibly rude. Even though this is so close to my home, I might do my grocery shopping somewhere else on the way home from work just so I don't have to deal with the negative energy of some of the checkout ladies at night. Bread getting Moldy few days , Expires rapidly at Ralphs stores???? Everytime I had bought bread (baguettes, rolls sliced sour dough breads), after 2-3 days they have been rotten, moldy taste. I complained about this to bakery as well as manager. It must be something in the dough bread being made that don't last and expires. Why don't I have same problem going to Vons or Walmart, Or Sprouts buying bread. I have fresh bread for at least 2 weeks before bread expires. The manager told me they will look into dough making to see if they can do something different. The bagel bread also gets very hard after few days too. Other stores bread are softer on bagels. I haven't seen any new changes made within last 2 yrs of complaining few times so Ralphs store will be losing my business there. I have turned over to trader joes costco, and vons more for my shopping. read more
