We have been in this community three years now and no we do not live in the apartments across the street from this Ralph's. Lettuce is $1.69 each, so I'm trying to find a large one. The produce guy thought I was handling them too rough. I told him how much lettuce gets thrown away, so I'm looking for a large one. This doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be. They always seem to have only two registers open at the most for single lines into the grocery aisles. That's not a cool thing when we're supposed to be social distancing. They do have do-it-yourself check stands but those are typically backed up as well. The cashier and bagging person are very inefficient. Vons is much faster and the staff is exceedingly nice. read more

I have been here countless times and always found what i needed at a fair price and the service from all the employees has been wonderful. If you shop the sales as well as the amazing managers specials prices are great, when not on sale it can get a bit pricey. I went by to purchase my food for the week and found a large hairy and smelly dog inside the market with no visible sign as a service dog like the state law requires and when asked the manager said " oh we're not allowed to ask for the permit " but I said it's the law I don't want this animal to contaminate the food inside the stores . Word to the mgr forget the idea of not asking because you may offend the person , what about the law , clearly you're breaking it and I don't want to shop there anymore ..what a disgrace ...next I'll see a snake or other animals ..it's a market for humans not animals .. read more

i'd like to specifically thank Kelly in the bakery department. today i drove all the way to ralphs (there's not one anywhere even remotely near me somehow) just to get a slice of chocolate cake. i had been craving this specific chocolate cake for days now so, after checking online that it was in stock, i decided to make the drive. when i got there i was devastated to see there was in fact NO chocolate cake slices on the sales floor. that's when my hero, Kelly, arrived. i asked if there was any way she could cut me two slices of my desired cake and she happily helped. if it weren't for her i would've driven all the way home heartbroken and empty handed. thank you Kelly read more

Moved to the area about 6 months ago and was hesitant about Ralph's because of my old local store. But I was pleasantly surprised by this location, it's clean and organized l, staff is nice and efficient and I love the drive up service.. I placed an order in the morning of Super Bowl Sunday none the less and my order was ready for pickup within 3 hours. Kudos to your store and staff! read more

This 5 star review is for The shift leader at my neighborhood Ralph's named Maria. She is an excellent example of a great leader. During this Covid-19 crisis I have watched her running around the store helping customers find what they need as well as manage her staff so that her store runs better. Yesterday there was long line at opening. Maria was very communicative with everyone in line as she let the seniors in first. She checked back with the rest of us often to let us know what was next. When I was shopping in the store Maria was out on the floor helping customers. Then again I see her running the checkout lane as I was leaving. She's always so positive and I think she should be recognized. It's actually a joy to see her when I go to the store. It's nice to see someone who really likes to help people and loves their job. read more

It's hard to understand the bagging policy at the Ralph's on Green River. Help me understand this. Their dry goods come in by people they don't know, their own people open , pick, pack and place the food on the shelves. We in turn pick those goods needed load them up in the carts. We proceed to put those goods on a conveyor belt that gets handled by a checker with NO gloves. The issue starts here. I will get charged $0.10 per bag unless I bring my own bag. So I bring my own bag, and after my bill of $129.00 comes through the bagger says "because you have your own bag. I can't bag it for you. You'll have to do it yourself." Get this. The reason is because he can't handle the bags I brought in. Never mind everything I explained, it's their policy. Why can't the bagger do this? What about gloves, What about the money I spent & showing appreciation for the business I just gave Ralph's 2-3 times a month spending basically the same amount. Is it me, or am I seeing a complete disconnect for appreciation of the customer spending their money there. I will say that there is no issue at Stater Brothers in doing this. Which is where I will be taking my business. Knowingly or unknowingly they know the word appreciation by making the customers experience feel good all the way through the sale. read more

Granted this is the closest grocery store in the area, I don't remember the last time I shopped for fresh food at Ralphs. I usually now go to the store to get some snacks, chips, salsa, eggs, and other day to day necessities [if necessary]. It is walking distance from my parents house so it makes it very convenient... just in case I ran out of shampoo and I am staying over. It is open till late. Their white wine selection is not that appealing but I am glad that there is a store close by that has various alcoholic beverages options though. P.S. I have to rate this Ralphs a FIVE plus! I have been shopping here for over ten years! The florist, Daisy. Is so fantastic! She has done housewarmings, parties, graduations.....all for my family! Love her! I dropped off a special vase today to have her "fix something special in!" No words! Beautiful! She knows my style....it always comes out prefect! When I picked up my arrangement she had left for the evning, left it for me with a note regarding price. I checked out with the most wonderful manager by the name of Theresa.....her name tag says "Person in Charge!" .....Love that, lol. She offered the most courtesy I have ever seen.....such a delight!! Even joked about her "title - person in charge!" I want that title! She was a delight!! Professional, courteous.....excellent addition to Ralphs "person in charge team!" Love this store! read more

In the past few trips to this store I have come to the realization that if I want to get everything on my grocery list then I should just drive a few extra miles to stater brothers. Ralph's produce section is not great and (maybe just my opinion) expensive. The greens are usually brown and the peppers are hardly in stock. The meat and seafood is actually good and I want purchase the items; however, trying to get service is extremely difficult. I maybe exaggerating but it seems like nobody is ever at the counter. I kept trying to do my grocery shopping at Ralph's because it is just one street away from my home, but I think I am just about ready to give up on the store altogether. read more

This is my neighborhood grocery store so I frequent this place ALOT. Pretty much every day. 2 Words: Double Coupons! if you are a coupon saver... this is the place to be. I worked for Ralphs all through high school, so it will always have a special place in my heart. As a matter of fact, I worked with some of the folks in this location. I love that Ralphs pays attention to freshness. The meat and produce departments prove it. When I want a nice piece of wild caught fish, or a thick rib eye, this is where I run to. They even have a fryer! Yup! You buy, they Fry. Sometimes ill go and order my fried fish, then do my shopping while I wait. Its actually really good! The Customer service is always stellar. The willingness to help is genuine, and the employees here really know their stuff. The store is always clean, and there are always shopping carts in the bays. My Favorite section you ask??? THE LIQUOR DEPARTMENT! Oh how I love thee Ralphs Liquor department! For starters they have a must buy 4 price, and a single unit price. But the prize is when you buy 6 or more and you get 30 percent off ALL of your bottles. You save so much money!! My wine supply is pretty good these days. They also have great sales on top shelf liquor. its a win, win. Lastly I love to get to the register and have all of my items scanned, and then typing in my Ralphs club card discount to see all those discounts kick in. Makes me warm and tingly all over. Ralphs certainly isn't a bargain supermarket, and can be pricy compared to their grocery store neighbors. But, I love my neighborhood Ralphs. Sometimes I don't mind paying a little extra. read more

Always here, like at least 4-5 times a week. Very convenient location for my family and easy to run in and grab a few things but close and convenient enough that it's not a big deal to go back. Great selection of produce, Boars Head in the deli, and the guys in the Meat and Seafood department are awesome! The bakery is also great, try their tiramisu bar cake next time you go in (It's delicious!) Everyone who works the register is great and usually they'll open up a register if they see you waiting for more than a couple of minutes. No self checkout at this Ralphs yet but they do a great job of keeping everyone moving. read more

I thought all Ralph's were the same. However, the packaged greens, cheese and tofu from this Ralph's stayed fresher longer than the Ralph's I currently shop at. They must be better at maintaining the cold chain during receiving and stocking. They also seem to be better at maintaining adequate stock of my favorite items. It is more expensive than some other grocery chains in Corona, but in my experience the quality has been very consistent. Sometimes the baggers aren't the best at keeping the cold items together or the heavier items below the lighter items. However, I like that they hire people with special needs. read more

I have been frequenting this Ralph's since moving to the area 7 years ago. The service is always fantastic! The wonderful people who work here make it feel like family whenever you visit. Recently, my husband and I decided to do a last minute holiday gender reveal. As I was discussing the logistics with my family I mentioned I was sure my local Ralph's would blow up the balloons and place them in a box for us. I called and they confirmed it was no problem. My mom was hesitant, she specifically asked if I felt comfortable with them taking on such an important task. I smiled and replied we had nothing to worry about. I come here often to get some frosted flakes, protein bars and bottled water. And maybe a redbox movie or two. The prices are a little high for their produce so I normally go else where for my grocery needs. This ralphs is convenient, walking distance from mi casa and I really enjoy coming here and speaking with the employees who are all pretty awesome. read more

It's a grocery store, what can I say? But this Ralph's is actually worth writing something about. Ellie stop your once in a while when I'm over at my friends house. Usually I'm heading to Ralph's for an appetizer, dessert, or a couple of bottles of water.luckily, this location doesn't disappoint in any of these areas. For grocery store, this wine selection is actually pretty good. That may be because I'm not looking for a bunch of high end 95 point selections. But, hey, I wouldn't be happy with a bunch of five dollar selections either. The deli and bakery department is where they store really shines. I'm usually going in there after hanging out with my friend and have acquired a sweet tooth. The red velvet cake, no matter how late in the evening is always moist and flavorful. While I do think this location may have a higher price point than some of the other grocery stores, I can see they really put their money back into their employees who have great customer service and the store is always clean. read more

employees suck. They look at your items and like they are judging you. Never smile. Some give attitude. One ( tall woman curly frizzy a$$ hair) made a rude a$$ comment about having ONLY two kids the lady she was talking two looked very offended. Not approachable at all. Too small, limited stock and choices, limited healthy choices, grumpy cashier. Produce guy said they don't stock regular parsley, only curly parsley because they don't sell enough. Who buys curly parsley!? Meager alcohol mixers, very small liquor inventory. All around just too small. This is the only grocery store that is close to about 10 different neighborhoods on green river road. It's certainly the most convenient location for myself, however, I rarely shop here now. The prices are just too high. When I first moved to the area, so many times I would go in and check out with like 6-7 items and my total would be like $50. I was shocked. I started going down the street to the superior grocers where I can buy 15 pounds of meat for like $20. I will say that the cashiers are generally very nice here and the store is usually pretty clean. It seems that lately they haven't been keeping up with bringing the handbaskets back to the entrances and I have to walk over to a register to grab one. read more

This is a very pretty grocery store. It's not in dirty LA and it shows. I really enjoy the service deli at this location. They make a sub sandwich so much better than the other guys for the same place. I used to spend my lunch breaks working down the street here. Just walking around the store (worked at Ralphs for a few years). All of the employees were very nice and professional. The sales were marked and I never really had to wait in line. NOTE: Ralphs got sued because a cashier gave the discount to a lot of people without the cards and when they picked a contest winner, it was that card at the register. Probably the only grocery store I would ever review. We've been coming here since we moved to EASTVALE 9 years ago. Sometimes we find ourselves at Vons or albertsons and we always think ugh why didn't we go to ralphs. We have a Ralphs rewards card and the savings really add up not to mention that we always use the fuel rewards for their gas station. It's always clean and the employees are friendly. The best thing is that there's never a long wait. They open up registers if they see that the customers are adding up. The only time I've had to wait a while was during holiday season which is perfectly understandable! There's always plenty of parking. The shelves are always stocked up and organized and everything is easy to find. Produce is always fresh. The prices on flowers are also reasonable and they don't wilt right away. Whe I 1st moved here 3yrs ago, I too thought, wow what a nice store. This is the only game in town, in the Green River Area, and its very sad that their produce is :1. Old 2. Wilted 3. or just plain Rotten. I cannot tell you the times I have had to return the produce because the tangerines where all dried up, apples where mushy inside, bag of onions contained rotten onions on the bottom. Oh also Buyer Beware- did I mention EXPIRATION DATES Yep, they keep them on the shelves after their expiration dates stale, stale ,stale, I have called the main food company myself. Whether or not anything is done on Ralphs Green River end I don't know, Buyer BEWARE. This ralphs don't care because they know it's the closest store for everyone in the Green River Area. As far as customer service, goes the women checkers are very nice, but a few (2) of the Men who work the register really need a customer service class, these older men who run the register have been there quite a while, they should be glad they are working, They only get perky and can't wait to help you unless your young and pretty, You men should get out of this business, who wants to check out food, when your so silent and won't say not even a THANK YOU, find somewhere else to work!! no one needs that attitude on the floor.
