I've been shopping here for thirty years, and I love this grocery store. However, Christine is the most unfriendliest employee, and after every encounter with her, I leave the store angry. She lacks customer service skills, and acts as if I'm a nuisance to her job. I did not bring my own bags, so I asked for bags at checkout, and she watched me bag all of my groceries without even asking if I needed any assistance. Just offering would have been nice. Furthermore, she appeared to be impatient and annoyed while I was bagging my own groceries with my two young children. No one was behind me. She never greets me at checkout, and always has a rude demeanor. If you ask her a question, she looks at you as if you ruined her entire day. Avoid this employee! read more

These idiots at Ralph's called the wrong number for a Trisha A. about the availability of some decorative swirl pattern things. I tried to call and inform them but they transferred me to the pharmacy. Why would the pharmacy handle decorative swirl patterns? I'm doing them a favor, but as it turns out it highly likely that the wrong number was due to overwhelming incompetence at this Ralph's location. Keep in mind it's not the baggers or the kart catchers that answer phone calls, it's someone who believes they got their act together. Rampant buffoonery! read more

I'm so happy this is my local grocery store! Everyone that works at this Ralph's is nice and no matter where you are at in the store, you're being greeted, asked if you need help, etc. the deli does a wonderful job on their party trays, I've ordered sandwiches and pinwheels form them a few times and they've been excellent, also way cheaper than other places. The bakery always has fresh treats and their cakes are decent for a grocery store. The customer service is just exceptional and I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Okay, I have pretty much hated this store for the past ten years, have shopped there for the past fifteen. At first I thought maybe the employees were rude because of their working environment, the Meat dept. reeks like dead fish half the time, it greets you as you walk in the door, the produce looks like it came in on the back of a wooden cart it's so beat up. No, they are just rude, gossiping about who knows who as I'm checking out. I love the obligatory "Would you like some help out with that?" Hell no you hater, I don't want you anywhere near me, and I can't WAIT to get out of this toxic environment! I avoid this store as much as I can, driving farther away for better prices, better produce, and a MUCH better level of customer service. read more

People are decent but hate the prices. Their UNION wages are driving them out of the market. They claim great sales but on more than one occasion they mislabel sale items and don't honor as well as you have to by 10/5 or whatever ridiculous amount to get the price. Apparently "About 15 items" in the express lane means up to 100 items. I had two items trying to quickly get home from work and they allowed the woman in front of me to go through the express lane with an entire cart full of items. So much for trying to get out quickly and why bother having express lanes? read more

The store always smells like a gas leak. They have alot of out of stocks on healthier items (IE organic broth) and the produce is terrible. I've now gotten home and peeled two moldy onions. The staff is friendly so that is a saving grace. But considering the area and how busy this store is, I'm surprised they haven't remodeled and upgraded the selections here. I know it's Ralphs, so what! They just remodeled the place and it looks more like an OC Ralphs Marketplace. The secret to this location is that it's off the beaten path and doesn't have too much traffic. I ALWAYS find discounted stuff "Manager Special" in all departments and I love it. Rummage a little it'll help to distract you from the other astronomical prices! They do have a decent Deli as well now that serves a better selection than; GASP; VONS! read more

This is truly unfortunate. I went yo Ralphs to buy a few groceries. While shopping they had Tide Detergent on sale digital sale $8.99great deal. I only had four items anyway I can't remember the girls name and I believe I started with the K anyway I am I told her I forgot my phone in the car for the digital him discount because she help me she called the manager Manwell he told her something on the phone she then asked me the cost and I said it's 899 I can show you then she's like well I'm gonna wait for Manwell to come or the manager she didn't say his name the manager to come in and Mike what's the problem she flat out lie to my face oh I don't wanna make a mistake on the price anyway when Manwell came he didn't tell me out unless you go get your phone we can't help you I'm like you're kidding she just lied and said that you were coming to help her put the price in the register needless to say I go and get my phone I logged into my account and for some reason it didn't give the digital discount even though he saw it on the phone so he had to override it. Manuel could've done this when I first came to the register but instead he made me go to my car to get my phone the worst customer service ever. Manuel is the front and manager terrible . This isn't my usual Ralph's. I stop by for last minute items that I need for dinner while I'm waiting for my daughters at dance. But it is hands down a very clean and neat store with the nicest employees. There is a very nice lady who always greets us at the bakery. She tells us what is fresh at that moment or makes suggestions based on what I'm looking for. I have to add that they have a tres leches fruit cake that is to die for! This Ralph's is literally the worst Ralph's, the worst store I've ever been too. I've been coming to this Ralph's for 20 years and it has declined so much in the last 10 years it's insanity. Every time I buy something one of my items is EXPIRED. Go check the frozen section just as an example and you will find MANY things just sitting there expiring months past it's due date. I know six different families alone that have all complained about this and other issues with this store. They have all experienced expired food or rotten food that's packaged. I remember when I was a kid and my dad would freak out because he would get expired stuff and have to bring it back because it happened so much and now I'm an adult and experiencing the same laziness here myself. I trust this store so little I check the expiration dates before I even put it in my basket now because most the time it's near expired or already is. One time I found three pizzas that were TWO MONTHS expired. Got home and realized it. Brought them back. The blonde manager woman acted like this was normal and refunded me. I went back the next day AND THEY WERE PUT BACK. I BROUGHT THEM BACK UP TO THE FRONT AND SAID I JUST RETURNED THESE YESTERDAY AND THEIR EXPIRED WHY WERE THEY PUT BACK?! Lackadaisical is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Today I went in to get TWO things. TWO. GUESS WHAT?! THEY WERE OUT OF BOTH!!!!! Aluminum tins for baking and SHOWER CLEANER. AMAAAAZING. WASTE OF MY TIME LIKE ALWAYS IM DONE DONE DONE. 20 years I've been coming here from child to adult. I can't do it anymore I have waited and said no don't write a review maybe it will get better and it hasn't. I would be embarrassed to even work here. DONE. You guys are the worst. Absolute worst grocery store I've ever been too. And like I said I know MANY families that come here and we all lament about how lazy this place is in regards to being stocked and expired food. This store is hit and miss for me. Some days the customer service is great. Other days its so bad. Cashiers having a bad attitude with me is unacceptable . I often frequent this store as it's pretty close to my place. The employees are nice and it's a hit or miss with long check out lines and products available. They have good deals and coupons, the meat department is nice and clean. Almost every time I go, a cashier opens up a lane if there are long lines to get customers through. Good location, always plenty of parking and great deals on the mobile app and Free Friday giveaways. Definitely recommend this store to grocery-buyers. read more

Deli trays are great from this store! The staff at the deli are really nice, help you choose for your party and know their stuff. My trays are always ready on time and they help you out to the car. Much quicker and better service than "warehouse stores" that might be a little cheaper. read more

This whole market is 100% awesome. The entire staff is very friendly. I get my weekly groceries here. The meat is always fresh, seafood is surprisingly better than some other markets around and produce is great. Their deli section is also super good. I suggest the quinoa meatloaf. So yummy!!!! This is by far the best grocery store I have frequented in terms of friendliness of the employees including the cashiers and those who work at pharmacy, bakery, deli, and floral departments. I always feel very welcomed and know that each visit will be a pleasant one. Lines usually aren't very long even when I visit right after work. Being cranky after dealing with horrendous traffic, I am even more appreciative of the friendly cashiers. Store is usually very clean and orderly. Prices are typical. Their tiramisu is a family favorite. Glad to be supporting this local business! read more

My local Ralphs supermarket is a safe and great place to shop. I visit this Ralphs at least three or four times a week. All of the staff know my family by name and are always helpful. Most supermarkets are run down or may have people loitering in the front of the store. In my short lifetime I have never seen anyone in front of the Ralphs that does not shop or work there. Inside the store there was a recent remodel, which made some of the products hard to fine. This remodel made the shopping experience nice and allows the shoppers to easily find items. Every Item has a sale price if you sign up for a Ralphs club card. These club cards are free and you can earn coupons for items you frequently purchase. If you are looking for great deals, a nice staff, and great affordable products Ralphs in Corona is the right place for you. read more

It's to bad that this is the only grocery store in the area. They are poorly stocked as far as fresh food goes constantly out of meat like chicken breast and TriTip and their produce is never fresh. If you do buy produce here make sure you plan on eating it soon after (1-2 day) after buying it or it will spoil. They do carry organic produce but very limited in what they have and it's also usually going bad. read more

This is the nearest store to my home so we shop here frequently. Since everything is overpriced we typically shop with coupons, weekly specials and manager specials. We use the pharmacy & bakery and give them both a B rating. The produce is always fully stocked, looks nice and pretty, but a little over-priced. The meat/deli looks questionable or not appealing so we never shop that area. There is a manager there, can't remember her name but, she is older, white, short, wears glasses and very rude. She definitely makes me want to give this store a lower rating but, I will not punish the rest of the establishment for it.. *If gas prices were not so high, we'd drive a little further down more often and shop Cardenas. read more
