Our server was very nice and helped with recommending the different pizookies We got the Chocolate Chunk (basically chocolate chip) and Salted Caramel. Both came with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream on top, and Tuesdays the normal size only cost $5/each. There are also mini sizes but you won't get them for $5 on Tuesdays. Abraham was our server and we were extremely disappointed. Our food was delicious but the service completely ruined our experience. I asked for Smiley fries instead of regular fries before he left our table. However he had already entered our order so he sighed and said "I already entered it? Now I'll have to go back and tell the cook myself!" I said okay? Well can you please? And he sighed and walked away. I also asked for pickles on the side of my kickin chicken sandwich and he didn't bring those or the ranch we asked for. Due to his previous attitude we were too anxious to ask again. The only thing was that the ribeye steak was overcooked, but our waiter took it back and brought us a delicious medium rare. The customer service is great. This location is great because it's clean and accessible! I enjoy visiting every so often. The service is solid on a busy or slow day and all the food and drinks come out great. Last night we had Andrew as our server in the bar. He was very kind and pleasant. We ordered an appetizer and our meals from the 13$ meal deal which is a great value. My friend and I went there for lunch and both ordered loaded burgers. It was Loaded Burger Wednesday. Ruby was our server. We usually eat at the bar counter and served by the bartender. This time we got a table and Ruby served us. She was wonderful. She was very attentive and made sure everything was ok. The food was great and the service was even better. Kelly, I think she's the General Manager, even checked up on us to make sure we were being taken care of. It's been a while since I been to Bjs I went for my sisters birthday. I will have to update my review to 4 stars. I ordered the spaghetti, which was $25. The portion was on the smaller side and the pasta was a bit dry. Honestly, this place can be hit or miss depending on what you order. The appetizers are always my favorite. I love the spinach and artichoke dip and the mozzarella sticks. We got the sampler platter. I got a salad and added salmon on top. The salmon filet was thin. I wish it was bigger and had more meat. That's okay, I guess. Salad itself was fresh. My husband got a burger and enjoyed it. My mom got a veggie bowl, and my dad got steak. Came here hungry after our daughter's vball tournament. Party of 8 on a late Sunday afternoon, the wait wasn't too long, maybe 5-10 mins. Danielle was our server, she said she was new. She was great, friendly customer service. We ordered calamari, smash burger, Alfredo pasta- they were able to sub out the chicken for shrimp. My only complaint is that the espresso martini pictured in the cocktail menu was dark brown of color and the espresso martini I received was creamy and light tan color. BJs as an entire corporation is diabolical for thinking it's okay to terminate the white macadamia pizookie. I'm not sure who is responsible for this decision but surely they could've done literally anything else to their menu. Anyways.
