Today I went to return my online Amazon purchase and was told that Amazon will be permanently closing their doors by beginning of March. Therefore I had to take my Amazon return to Kohls. It was so convenient for me to return my online Amazon purchases here at Amazon Fresh. But honestly I could see that the store was not productive. Customers complained about the produce not being fresh etc. I personally didn't do much of my grocery shopping here. I did my grocery shopping at Stater Bros and Albertsons. read more

Newly opened Amazon fresh store here in Corona Dos Lagos Area. Same layout as other Amazon fresh store so it was easy to locate items. There's self checkout and Amazon returns area which are located at the far right front section of the store. In addition there's clearance and discounted items for sale in the back. They do have a bakery and fresh produce section as well. Overall clean store. Went to look for hot foods but there were none. Came around 2 pm and asked the staff where the hot foods were and they said they were making new ones for the afternoon time. So if you are craving hot foods either come around lunch time or evening. Not the mid afternoon time as they are in the back making fresh items. There also a fridge of various brands of pet food for your dogs or cats. read more

Amazon Fresh isn't a massive store, but it does have a great variety of items. Our hotel was walking distance to the Corona location, so you know I had to check it out. Upon entering you see the infamous self check out carts. Very cool. I unfortunately did not use one because I was only picking up a couple items (and I just wanted to look around). Everything was clean and organized. I especially liked the prepared food area. They had a bakery, salad bar and hot food bar as well as a pizza counter. There were wraps, sandwiches, and all kinds of goodies. I ended up grabbing a meat pizza, buffalo wings, salt and vinegar wings, potato wedges, a salad and a beer. Everything was solid. No complaints here. Expectations for a serve yourself bar is not that high. Although, the salt and vinegar wings were surprisingly good. Reminiscint of the wings at Foodie land in Hawaii. Sitting under the heat lamps did not dry the wings out at all. In fact, they were piping hot and still juicy and tender. Mind you I came in at about 4:40pm. Amazon Fresh is a great grocery store. Needed to drop of some items to Amazon. This Corona location recently opened and is conveniently located on my commute home. I walked into a very clean, well stocked store (except for the Fresh Bakery section. Not too many varities of fresh bread or dessert itens on the shelves to choose from. This store does not have the palm reader entry and shopping cart checkout tech like the Murrieta store. The adult beverage section is designed differently too. I briefly perused the store aisles and luckily saw some pre-baked pie shells I needed for a dessert recipe. The shelf tag was offering Prime members a special price. I did the self checkout and after my purchase wondered why my price did not match what Prime offer was. I asked a very personable and professional cashier-Emma. She listened patiently and offered to refund, then charge me the Prime pricing after I showed her a photo of the shelf tag. Well I found out my pricing descepancy was due to my error. Emma politely and in a very non-condenscending manner, explained my account was not indicating I was a Prime member. She verified my membership level, then asked if I scanned my phone or palm. Damn, nope, hence the regular Amazon member price. She even explained how to verify that I'll get the Prime pricing: the display will be framed in blue versus green. Amazon Fresh are okay (at best). I don't find anything really appealing about all of the different stores I visited. When shopping for groceries, must people look at the ads, and visit various stores. I do the same thing. I find the prices here to be on the high side compared to other grocery chains in the area. The real winner seems to be Trader Joe's for various grocery list items. Stater Brothers is great for soft drinks, and Ralph's and Albertsons for Staple items. Amazon Fresh is like a huge convenience store and not much else. One bright spot is the pizza deals they offer so check those out. read more

As a first-timer visiting an Amazon Fresh, I really enjoyed my time at this Corona location. I came in on their Grand Opening day, so there was a lot of promotional events going including a ribbon cutting, live music, Amazon gift card giveaways, and some sweet Amazon Fresh swag. It was definitely a day of celebration, as the community has been waiting for some time and now it's here! Firstly, this store and all Amazon Fresh locations are open to the public. You can come into the store, browse around, and also make purchases. They accept all forms of payment. You will be able to get all the regular discounts that are with Red and Yellow tags. You'll also be able to grab the savings on any, "Reduced Priced" items. If you're an Amazon Prime Member, you will get all the above discounts, plus 10% off on select Black tag items and an additional 10% off your total purchase. So being an Amazon Prime Member will allow you to get the most savings here. There are the regular green shopping push carts available for everyone and there's also the, "Dash Cart" that are for Prime Members. I was most excited to try the Dash Cart and it was pretty amazing. You basically walk-up to the cart, scan your Amazon Fresh QR code and you'll have your cart! Yes you read right...the Dash Cart is a computerized, touchscreen-style shopping cart. The Dash Cart is also a push-style cart, but is heavier and feels chunky (because of all the electronic components on the cart), but it's actually really fun to take around the store. I had an elderly lady pass by and she said jokingly, "Oh, you're one of those special kind of shoppers." As it was the first day, there was a lot of learning for me and also for the staff. From how to scan items to understanding how things work. But all the staff members were super friendly and asked if I needed help with anything throughout my visit at the store. This Amazon Fresh is very stocked and has almost every fresh produce, meat and seafood, grocery, personal items like OTC medicines, vitamins, toiletries, and also a fresh deli and hot food area. If you've been to a Whole Foods before, they basically have something similar - All Hot Food and Fresh Salad Bar was $8.99-$9.99 per pound. At the Soup Station, you can grab different size cups from $3.99 - $5.99. There's also a Pizza Station that sells whole pizza for $9.99 or $1.99 a slice. Grocery prices here is very much like a Whole Foods Market, but you also get more variety of Amazon branded items, the 365 Brand Items (just like Whole Foods), and regular brand names items, too. So you may be able to find most if not all items you're looking for here! There's plenty of parking here, was pretty packed when I stopped in the afternoon, but found parking easily. I'm glad I got to have my first experience at this location. Such great and attentive staff and excited to come back again soon. read more

I like that they open early. I go there for their produce and other grocery items are regularly lower priced compared to other stores. I like that they carry 365 brand--I don't have to go to a Whole Foods store for that. The store is neat and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I don't get meat there because they're more on the expensive side compared to say Walmart and commissary. I got my kid a couple of their bakery items on the shelf (not the ones in the clamshells). Looks like they're freshly baked that morning, but they were pretty stale. They've got a salad bar with a nice variety to choose from, though I have yet to try. Overall, I like going there. I have to say im really sad to be finally leaving a review. Amazon fresh has been a great addition to Bedford Canyon and our Dos Lagos neighborhood. At first I was a bit leary with their digital price tags and then I realized that this actually fluctuates with surrounding prices. It seems like everyone i.e. stores around us suddenly mellowed out with so many increases. Amazon fresh had their super deals, good deals and overall fair pricing. The convenience of multi rasking was really nice. Handling returns there as well. The coupon they offered for shopping after returns was an added bonus! Im sorry to hear you're closing. Went in today and the store was completely disappointing. No cilantro, no cucumbers, no shrimp, no limes -- and the food that was there looked beat up and far from fresh. A lot of the produce shelves were empty. I asked an employee if they could check in the back, and they told me they simply didn't order enough produce. Apparently this happens all the time, so they were short again. For a store that's supposed to be convenient and reliable, it's anything but. Very interesting place. Huge and clean and super friendly employees. The food is great as the name would indicate, fresh. A friend said he bought expired food here off the shelf, so beware of that. They also have an Amazon drop off spot inside the store. Very convenient to shop for produce and drop off Amazon returns. I wanted to get a hot sandwich from their Food Service Area and waited in line for a long time. The employee from the back never came out (someone flagged them to come out cuz there was a customer waiting in line). Eventually I left. I only went to this store as I was promised in the App a discount coupon if I made the return at this location. I was never given that either. Worst grocery store in the area. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Asked the manager why he only had one person on a checkout with a line of 6 people. He said it wasn't needed and to get out of his face. The Delhi area completely sucks the food is all exposed. The salad area is not kept clean and is exposed. The hot food deli area display has all the food laid out uncovered. Most of the Chinese is overdone, brown crisp, everything looks horrible. The Wings looked brownish and old. Pricing for products at the store especially cookies chips and things like that seem to have a very competitive edge with saving as much as two to $3 per item. read more

I visited the Amazon Fresh tonight, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The store is supposed to close at 10PM, but when I arrived at 9:52PM, the doors were already locked. It was raining, and I stood outside knocking on the door for a while and could see several employees inside standing around talking amongst themselves. Eventually, someone opened the door, but instead of an apology or a welcoming attitude, I was simply told, "We close in 5 minutes." He should have reminded himself of that before they locked the doors early. I completely understand the need for employees to prepare to end their shifts, but locking the doors before the advertised closing time goes against what customers should expect. On top of that, the lack of courtesy and seeing employees just standing around talking when a paying customer is trying to get in before closing left a poor impression. I appreciate having Amazon Fresh close to my home now so that I can run in for last minute items, so this experience was especially disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue by reminding the team to follow the posted hours and provide polite customer service--even when it's close to closing time. read more

They are never stocked, I have gotten spoiled meat that did not have an expired date, service is ok and check out is easy unless your cart stops working and you have to rescan everything. Every single time I go to this Amazon fresh, the cold salad bar and the hot food bar 100% of the time are always out of food containers. They have no small soup containers or no small lids or both. They have no hot food boxes that are the large size no matter when you go what time of day they are constantly out of these items if you want to sell your hot and cold food that is ready to serve maybe you should have containers to put it in. Whoever is the person that's ordering these containers is either blind or incompetent or both. read more

I was so excited to have one of these in my town. Perhaps because it was so new and I was so new to this experience I got a little confused. I thought they would have a lot more selection of healthy foods. And different brands and different selections of things I order on Amazon, but they did not. The people who work there really helped me get my car situated and showed me how to do everything. They were super helpful. I loved how big the store was. I didn't feel crowded and there weren't a lot of things in the shopping carts way. I really love the food bar and the little food court. I don't know how often I'll return to the store but if you haven't gone, I recommend you trying it at least once. read more

We have found the most amazing Uber driver Cher d' Elise in Houston!! She's happy, smiling, helpful for lunch/dinner ideas and she's always early never late so right on time. She has a bright red Honda which is very comfortable and she has always left bottled water for us in back seat doors! We love seeing her smiles and bouncy cute hair coifed! Wanted to love this store but did not. Aisles are small but shelves are stacked up high. The food at the self serve food bar looked cold and stale. Nothing at the food bar looked fresh. They have cooked pizza to go and even that looked unappetizing. It's a small grocery store. Was expecting bigger with more variety. The items they do have are fairly priced. This store was built more than a year ago and sat empty without signage for many months. Although it was clear - Amazon Fresh would be opening eventually. I stopped in today and looked around. It's a good sized store, clean, with all the technological conveniences. There were several rambunctious unsupervised children running around. Two of them literally ramming carts into each other while mom & dad ignored them. Dad was shooting videos of the salad dressing bottles; mom was walking about in 4-inch platform high heels, chatting on her phone. In the candy aisle, two teenagers were ripping open packages and shoplifting the contents. I saw it happening; alerted a shelf stocker nearby and he ignored me. Okay, fine, get ripped off. Good food choices, meat area not too many options, good customer service on floor area. Fruit options are good and fresh. Return area is hot or miss, today Amazon return area had 3 people, not one person said hi just spoke amongst each other, never acknowledged I was there, they all tried to scan my item then all pulled the scanners back, spoke amongst each other and then asked if I just had 1 item and said " you are good". OK. However, Employees on the floor exceptionally helpful. Food options are plenty. They also have a buffet type area with hot foods and they make sandwiches. Food variety of breads. Return area can improve but I like this store, from the moment you park, walk inside, plenty of carts, people greeting you, sales papers, option to self check out with cart or for high self check out scanning are or checkout with a employee at register. They also have small carts for small children to push throughout the store, my daughter does this and she loves this store for this reason. read more
