You definitely need to know what you want when they call you. As for my 7lb whole Beef Rib that i got is was fantastic. It has nice marbling. Overall, I was happy with the product that I got.

I typically will not eat at a restaurant with bathrooms that bad but you can see the food being prepared and as I said employees all looked clean. In closing my only note to the manager would be to get the men's bathroom cleaned up, I deducted one star from my review because of the bathrooms. Other than that? Perfection!

I grabbed a trash bag off the shelf and said let's go! We bagged em and they even carried him to my car! Well that was just the beginning. They write songs about how far Lucius and I traveled together. Literally over 500 miles... you get it. He kept very well in my cooler in the car over night, which is where we both slept. All the way until the big reveal the next day! We took the chill off his bone, gave him the most fabulous exfoliating massage with s, p, cumin mustard and garlic. Then cooked him for 8 hours. Let me tell you this was The best lamb ever served in the dark of that campsite. With out a doubt. And with a lot of pita. 10/10 would recommend.
