I recently visited Jimmy John's in Norco, CA, and it was a quick, satisfying stop for a fresh sandwich especially after working out at LA Fitness across the street. It's one of those places that's perfect when you want something simple, fast, and consistently good and on the healthier side. The service really stood out during this visit. They are currently have a meal deal in which I got a #4 Turkey Tom with a side of chips, and a drink for just $8.99 plus tax. What a deal! I placed my order of and got my order within minutes. Super fast and efficient staffers. Though I did wish this promotion will stay for a longer time. read more

This is the southern most outpost for Jimmy John's in the IE. For some reason, they closed all the stores south of here, all the way to the North County boarder. Grrr. That said, this is a pretty solid location. I came in around five o'clock midweek and as their advertising says: "Sandwiches so Fast, you'll Freak!" Mission Accomplished for me, I brought along a cooler and a freeze pack to store for the hour long drive back. LOL I ordered a #9 Italian and it was tasty and good. Steve who was working behind the counter, was friendly and chatty. It's also quite nice and spacious here, with an easy relaxed feel. Nice! I'll be back. read more

Great sandwiches and chips. Great customer service. The kids love coming here. The bathroom decor makes them crack up.

I asked to have my sandwich cut in half after I had opened it. They refused because of the bacteria that it may have been exposed to on their tables. Do better Jimmy John's read more

We ordered online which reading the reviews now, seems to have been part of our mistake. The bread was hard and stale and 1/4 of my tuna sandwich was missing tuna and just lettuce. Waste of money. read more

Great app perks! I'm a newbie at jimmy johns it was a great first experience. Was picking up a target order and stopped in for a sandwich. Got some free extras to go with it. On the app it was free pickle day and on Yelp it was a free cookie with check in. The whole pickle was particularly enjoyable because it had that surprising kick of spice at the end. Juicy and crunchy all good. The sandwich was perfectly sized for what I was wanting at that time. Just right! The bread had that little bite to the crust and soft pillowy interior to hold everything in its place. Fresh ingredients made it desirable good to the last bite. Clean, organized and friendly. The staff here were welcoming and attentive. Working hard to keep this ship in tip top shape. read more

The food and service was excellent! Made our sandwiches fast and they were delicious. Thank you Olmer and the Manager on duty im sorry i didnt catch your name. Great experience! read more

Jimmy John's sandwiches are really good--super tasty with fantastic bread that totally makes the meal. The bowtie pesto pasta salad is also a good side option if you're looking for something extra. My one wish? A little more meat on the sandwich would take it to the next level. That said, it's still a great sandwich overall, and bonus points for not being messy. I can actually eat it while driving without any hassle, which is a win in my travelin' guy book! read more

My husband went in store today and wasn't even in there 2 minutes before calling me to tell me they don't toast ANYTHING. WTH? Isn't that a signature thing of Jimmy John's to have your sandwich toasted? Dumbfounded how this is the only JJ's I've ever been to that doesn't have an option to toast anything. read more

Ordered from here but they didnt have any deliver drivers so they canceled my order but only refunded the sandwich and delivery....they kept the $4.50 I had pre tipped on my payment. read more

Horrible experience as mentioned in my previous review ... and it ONLY GOT WORSE! They never credited me for an order they never even prepared and which was subsequently cancelled. I had to dispute it with AMEX. What a crappy and unacceptable experience! read more

This location cannot pay attention to detail. Forgot to cut my sandwich in half and forgot my pickle. This is not the first time hence the so-so review. The sandwich Club Lulu was very good as is always the case with the sandwiches. Whoever makes them pays attention, just get your other team members to do the same please and thank you. read more

Used to have this in Wisconsin daily during a summer job and I've missed it. When they first started coming out to California I tried it and eh it was ok...not the same. But this location made it just how I remembered it. So delicious! It was proportioned nicely, and tasted amazing! Definitely going back! read more

Disappointed Experience at Jimmy John's in Corona (Hamner Ave) - 04/06/2025 5 stars for all the good times (minus this one) as I may not go back. I typically enjoy Jimmy John's, but my recent experience at the Corona location on Hamner Ave was disappointing. We placed a mobile order on Sunday, April 6th around 1:30 PM and timed it so the food would be ready when we arrived. As we were turning into the shopping center, I received a call from the store informing us that they were out of bread due to a catering job. It was frustrating, especially since we had already paid and were just a minute away. I understand these things can happen, but the alternative offered was to have our three sandwiches (a ~$45 order) made wrap-style--which we don't prefer, especially at the same price. I politely asked if we could at least be comped a small wrap, chips, or cookie just to hold us over since we were hungry and now had to drive another 20 minutes to find something else. The employee was kind and said they would ask the manager. Unfortunately, the answer was a firm "no." Not even a discounted wrap or a snack--just a refund, which, as of April 8th, is still pending. It left a bad taste in our mouths (figuratively and literally). I'm all for understanding when inventory issues come up, but some level of customer service, flexibility, or goodwill--especially when someone is standing outside your store--goes a long way. Dang, had I seen Ron H review, I would have gone to Roll-Em-Up. I'm gonna have to try that place out. Why did I give them 5 stars. I have to believe that they are usually really good because I have ordered 100's of sandwiches from them, usually 10-15 at a time for the office. Maybe the manager was just having a rough day. Maybe ownership or management changed. I don't know--but this wasn't the Jimmy John's I've supported for years. I may not go back, but if I do and the experience repeats, I'll have to reevaluate. For now, 5 stars for all the good times--minus this one. read more

By far the best sandwich and service. Everytime I come in my order is always correct and they make the sandwich fresh in less than 5 minutes. Quality products and great staff at this location! read more

Jimmy John's - Sandwiches Near Me - Norco, California

My experience at Jimmy John's in Norco this past Sunday was the best. I placed my order on the app. Highly recommend ordering through the app, you are able to collect points for free food and redeem coupons. When I walked in, I was greeted by all the staff and they informed me that they were working on my order. All the staff members were wearing gloves and masks; which was a plus for me. The attention to detail from the staff is the best. They made sure every sandwich was made to perfection; they lined up the cheese, deli meats. Very well balanced sandwich. When they finish the sandwich, they triple check that all the items are in the bag. Can't wait to come back to Jimmy John's. read more

I went there on Saturday night, at 6 pm, supposedly most food businesses busiest nights. I made an order online. When I got there to get my order it was closed, no one, employees or otherwise were inside. Their Jimmy John's App did not tell me they were closed. Beware if you order online from this place! I intend to avoid them in the future due to this. Now I have to call and deal with them on Monday to make sure they don't charge me for the order, since they seem to also be closed on Sundays! read more

Come here all the time and never had a bad experience. Sandwiches are always super good. Love their crunchy chips too. Even my picky ass kids love their sandwiches and say their subs are the best. I like ordering their vegetarian sub for myself and I get the kids the "slim sandwich" which is perfect for their smaller hands and mouths. When I came in today, social distancing measures were adequately in effect and all personnel were wearing face masks. Signage on the door was adequate. I was able to walk right in with no line and was greeted immediately. Cashier was super friendly. The food was finished freaky fast and tasted freaky fresh just like their logo. read more

First, can I say I am blown away by how fast they make your sandwich! Second, it tastes and looks fresh. You would think quick = meh sandwich, but you would be far from correct. Third, and most importantly for some reason, can we talk about the "good ice" you know the small little cubes of crushed type ice that make your drink just taste better? Well that my friend is what you will find here at Jimmy John's. I have been converted to a Jimmy John's man. You can get some tasty eats here, you can go down the lite/healthy road or load it up and just fill yourself with some deliciously good sandwich makings. During my last visit, the staff was courteous and ready to take my order right as I walked in. The location has a great vibe too it and the place was spotless. I'll be back for sure! P.S- If you live in the Norco area to this shop they will deliver to you, like deliver A sandwich, not just a bunch, but A SINGLE sandwich to you. Worth it my friends...worth it. read more

Extremely disappointed. The past several visits my order was made incorrectly and I just let it go. This evening I picked up a sandwich and of course it was made incorrectly again. I didn't notice until I got home so this time I decided to call and speak with the manager. The manager gets on the phone I explained to him that I had a food allergy to tomatoes and had asked for no tomatoes. I also paid the additional amount to get cheese as well but didn't get any cheese. No big deal right? He proceeds to tell me he will give me 98 cent credit for my next visit. Complete joke... The correct way to handle this would be to offer making a new sandwich to pick up or to offer a credit for a new sandwich at the next visit. My family and I frequent this location but I guess I'll drive out of my way to go elsewhere. read more

I am giving them a 5 rating because of jacks service at this location! My boyfriend ordered a BLT and apparently they don't cook (or reheat) the meat.. so it's a cold bacon sandwich... ok??? lol I have never heard of a cold BLT.... oh well no problem.. I went to switch it out for my boyfriend and jack was super nice about it and made a new ham sandwich for him instead. I really appreciate the way he handled it and the attitude he has! Thanks again! read more

If I could give Zero Stars I would . The so called "GM" of the store was super Rude and Unprofessional for no reason at all . I will definitely not be coming back here ever just because of her . Here's a crazy question, what is the point of the tracker they give you when you place an order over your phone? I kept refreshing it to see if they would say when the food was ready or if I'd get an email confirming and nope nothing so I walked in 20 mins after I ordered it and turns out my food had been sitting there waiting...is it really that hard on their end for them to confirm when the order is ready? I'm just confused at how difficult it is for them. This place is a joke. Glad I didn't tip. read more

The staff was very friendly but as far as the sandwich goes I'd put it rite up there with a prepackaged sub from a gas station. If by fresh they mean flavorless then yes it's fresh. Very disappointed should've gone to jersey mikes. read more

I sometimes like to try new things Sometimes I really... really.. regret trying new things Jimmy John's is one of them I decided to give this place a shot because the line for Taco Bell was just way too long... I told the guy at the counter that I had never been here before and I had no clue what to buy.. I asked if he could make me a recommendation... he did and I bought what was recommended (by someone working there) I got a sandwich that cost me over 8 bucks! When I got home I was excited to try what I thought was a high quality meal. I was utterly disappointed. It was as if someone grabbed some left over meat and two hard pieces of bread and slapped it together with 10 handfuls of lettuce. What the fuck was that shit? I ended up throwing it away what a joke... Even Subway can give you a better sandwich.... and Subway is pretty low tier... I am probably never going to eat here again, even if I was offered some free shit... NTY! read more

Hey Jimmy Johns! Not a good look when your delivery drivers are blowing through red lights in our communities! Just got 2 sandwiches from here. My husband said his food was good. I order a number #16 with avocado sires. There was no meat (turkey on one half of the sandwich (really) no avocado spread. Fast, Friendly, Clean and Yummy! I have been frequenting this Jimmy John's for some time now. I eat here between 2-5 times per week, because I a creature of habit and the food is so fresh and yummy. I have to say I love Jimmy Johns over all the other sandwich places. The food is fresh, it is delicious and great value. I love the sandwiches, the chips and the cookies. The sandwiches are made of fresh baked bread and no skimping on the sandwich filling at all. All the ingredients are always so fresh as well. When you walk in you are greeted with a Hello or Welcome to Jimmy Johns. Your order is taken quickly and efficiently by the nicest people ever. The employees here are truly amazing at how fast they can make a sandwich and how consistent the food is every single time. It does not matter if they are busy or slow. Everyone is nice and helpful and they work their tails off here. No one stands around not working, even when they are not busy with customers they are doing something such as restocking, baking bread, cleaning etc. The place is clean, I have never seen it dirty at all. So while my situation is a little different in that I go here a lot and they all seem to know me now and my order may be started when they see me in the parking lot, I am also in there enough to see if these other problems people complain about are true. No I am not a paid reviewer, nor am I getting any type of compensation for this review. Now they have a rewards program I am super jazzed. For a fresh sandwich, great chips and the best chocolate chip cookies with great friendly service and a nice clean place with great air conditioning in the summer, stop by this location. Keep up the great work at this location.. your friend - Boxed lunch. #9 with extra pickles. read more

Phone customer service is terrible. I hate it when you have to repeat yourself again and again; and still, they cannot get the information correct. I have been to Freaky Fast Jimmy Johns, and this location is NOT one of them. The place was empty on a Sunday, 2pm. We ordered 2 sandwiches and it took over 5 minutes for them to be ready. In the meantime, we had to wipe down our own table, so it's not the cleanest either. How fast is a fast Jimmy John's you ask? Your shandwhiches are done by the time you finish paying!
