I ordered a chicken kids chiken strip meal curly fries and a water. i told her i want a sprite. then she said what size? i asked what size comes with the meal ? she said small ok then ill take small. is that all she said i said no the water is missing . i would like the free water the free water so they dont give me bottled again. then the screen did not have my spright! hey i want a sright and a water cup then the screen change and i drove up they gave me the meal after i paid. ald left i noticed no spright !! so i went back and the manager said we did not charge you for the soda i was listing when she took your order . if you were k listing i told her FIX THE PROBLEM and give me a spright. she said we didnt charge you for a sprite or any soda. you can buy one if you want. i showed the the receipt $5.99 then i asked ohh how much is the complete meal with the spright she said $5.99. case and point your a lyer you gave me no discount ! i paid for the whole meal give me my soda. This is such a convenient location for me. It is on the way to school for the kids, so some mornings we stop and get the breakfast Jack combo with OJ and the kids gobble it up. I opt for the regular iced coffee and it is good. They are quick in the drive thru so even if there is a line, it will move quickly. Will be back for sure! read more

I ordered my food at 10pm through the app, they took my money and said my food would be ready. I drive over, and wait at their drive through for 10 minutes, turns out they're actually closed but still took my money. Unbelievable. It's not about the amount of money, it's about the wasted time and disappointment that I won't be eating tacos. The sign says they're open 24 hours a day go there a lot of the time at 6 AM showed up today and their employee is not even at work they're sleeping in the front office not answering the door. I am strictly vegetarian and I ordered a egg and cheese croissant with NO SAUSAGE. Please tell me why they gave it to me with no egg, and a sausage patty! Most people won't look at this as a big deal, but when you are vegetarian you do anything you can to not eat meat and save an animal in any way you can! In no way do I support slaughtering of innocent animals just to eat them! It's disgusting! And when I got my order like this today I was extremely disgusted! I have been coming here for 10 years as I live right around the corner and this is not the first time something like this has happened! But this very well be my last visit. It's not that hard to not put meat on an item that's requested with NO MEAT. And when I drove back and told them they added meat to my order they acted as if it was no big deal. The manager would only say sorry and that's all. They don't understand what they're doing when they give a vegetarian meat. This goes against absolutely everything I believe in and it all could've been prevented had they just gotten my order right and actually listened. I'm literally shaking in tears because nobody here sees an animals life has value, and today was just wasted because nobody will eat that sausage, it will just be wasted. This is my local Jack In The Box that have been by the drive thru a few times, usually for breakfast. I decided to dine in on Saturday at about 5:30. It was very clean inside. I ordered a Double Jack and an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger with an order of Large Fries. I was very surprised when I saw the food that they were no longer given in large trays but served out of the full wrapper open n baskets! Much better presentation. The burgers with super fresh and so were the fries. All was Perfectly prepared! Great courteous service as well. read more

I have had problems with this location. One time I went there and I changed my mind about eating there , so I asked if I could just have a water cup and they said no if I don't order then no water cups can be given out. Another time I ordered a chicken fajita pita it was cold and under cooked and got very sick . I didn't eat there for a long time . I went to other Jack in the box and it was very good. I decided to give the Norco location on 6th St another chance , and it was the same. I took one bite and it was gross! I opened it and it was cold under cooked chicken just sloped together. I hope I don't get sick again. I called to complain and the girl said I could have another one. I declined her offer. I would not recommend going there . read more

Pulled up late at night, and no one responded. No one took my order and whenever I tried to talk to them i was met with silence. Ended up leaving without even speaking to someone. I sympathize, working graveyard shifts sucks, but you're not getting paid to twiddle your thumbs so just do your g*dd*mm job and don't ignore customers. I work 2 miles from here and I get 30 minutes for lunch. I rush over, there are several cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I overhear the guy ahead of me and instead of ordering he says can she wait a minute? When he is finally ready to order he orders a crap load of food, now I'm thinking I'm going to be late getting back to work. The line starts moving and when the guy ahead of moves up to the window I thought there was going to a long wait but to my surprise his food was ready.
