What can I say, at Tacos El Guero every day is Taco Tuesday, I had their 5 Tacos special and my companion had the Carne Asada quesadilla. The tacos were good and they are not stingy with the meat, the tacos and the quesadilla were packed with meat. The salsa, even though they are not too spicy the flavor makes up for it. The Aguas Frescas is a different story there's nothing fresca about it, I know it's a lot more work to make fresh waters but you already make good food why ruin the experience with bad waters. The place is a bit small but it works. The customer service was ok. I've been here once before, it's good I'll be coming back here for sure. We spent about $36.00 for 2. Not too bad. read more

This is one of the top taco spots in the area imo -- I think it's right up there with Tacos Los Cholos. My go-to order is the tripe burrito, and they're very generous with the meat. Service is good, but it can get busy during peak dinner hours. One time I waited around 25 minutes because of the rush, so just be aware the wait can get long. They also have tables for dining in, which is a nice bonus. Overall, highly recommend checking this place out! read more

With so many taco options it's sometimes hard to label one "the best" but this was incredible! I ordered carnitas, pastor, asada and everything was so flavorful. The meat was juicy, especially the carnitas. The tortillas were soft and taste like they were made 5 mins ago in house and everything came out super fast. This place has TERRIBLE service. We have been on 3 occasions. All the cashiers have been rude. Seems like they're annoyed when people walk in. They are snark when taking the orders. When I asked for the lemon to be refilled she rolled her eyes. We frequent the one in Fontana as we love this style of tacos, but this location is closer to us. read more

For starters, the cashier takes more time worrying about her looks rather than spending that time learning what comes inside a menu item. I asked what came inside of a birria burrito and cheese was never mentioned yet I received cheese in mine. I also asked her if there was a difference in size between a regular birria taco and a quesa birria taco and she of course did not know. But the other lady at the restaurant said there was not a difference in size and indeed there was a huge size difference! The birria wasn't cleaned properly either by the way. Stopped by Taco El Guero #3 in Norco and grabbed an al pastor torta and the flavor was on point. The place was packed when I got there, but the wait was still pretty short and moved quickly. You know it's a good sign when a spot is busy like that. Solid Mexican food right in the city of cowboys. One thing to know before you go: they don't accept tap cards, so make sure to bring your card or cash. It's also located right next to a meat market, which honestly makes it feel even more legit. I'm so glad I came here over my usual taco spot. The kiddos were so upset that I wanted to stop here and were making a fuss. All that stopped when they got their food. My experience with Tacos El Guero had been mixed, BUT NOW IM OBSESSED During my first visit, the service was underwhelming and the quesabirria taco had too much fat. However, I'm glad I gave them a second chance. My return visit was excellent. The food was delicious, well-seasoned and properly prepared. The service had improved significantly. Their chicharrón deserves special mention - crispy exterior with a tender inside, possibly the best ive had in socal (which i did not expect to be so amazed haha). Birria was bomb! 8.5/10. Beans and rice were freshly made. My friends each ordered a birria quesadilla and the staff gave them each a quesataco instead. So that kind of ruined their experience. Would come back during the day for the meat market, and fresh chicharrones! read more

If you ask for NO onions, then maybe they shouldn't put the biggest, LARGEST, like wholly crap it's the taste overload McDonald's Big Arch slivered onions on a tostada. Literally, inedible for someone who cannot digest them. This wasn't the first time it happened---just the WORST time. I can't be rolling the dice every time we go. Just made an online order for quesabirrias and I was very disappointed. It came with no consomé or any side such as lemon or salsa. There was also no option to order consomé so I thought it came with it already. Food wasn't as enjoyable and dry. The food was also mid no flavor at all and not worth the money. Extraordinary and big flavors! The staff brings the carne over from the gourmet meat market next door. THAT alone is reason to come. The meats over there are prime + and they have real wagu. The asada is tasteless and the buche was something like I've never seen before: Very pale and full of fat and same as the asada absolutely no flavor. The dining room was extremely dirty. I had to take it upon myself to grab one of the wet rags they have and clean the table myself. Customer service is also terrible. Very rude cashier. I've only ever gotten one thing from here because I am that obsessed with the carne asada burrito, they do whole or refried beans which is a cool option (whole beans are the way heheh). The carne asada is JUICY & FLAVORFUL, some of the best meat I've tried. The burrito is meaty & $12, great price for that quality. The service is really friendly, the place is clean & they have a self serve salsa bar with like 6 different spicy salsas The ambiance is good, they have tables but it does get busy, also their carniceria (butcher shop) is connected with I think is cool lol.
