Really enjoyed my experience at Tacos El Guero! The place is very clean, the staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, and the food is so flavorful and delicious. I tried the asada and pollo tacos, and they were crispy, packed with flavor, and really good! The portions are generous too--I was honestly able to make almost two tacos out of one, and they even gave me extra tortillas at no charge. Everything had a little kick to it, which I personally loved. You can definitely tell they don't skimp on the food or the flavor. I'll absolutely be coming back to try more of their menu. Great Atmosphere & Food in Norco! Out of their three locations, this Norco spot easily has the most seating available, with both indoor and outdoor options. It has that nice, quaint ranch-style feel that fits right in with the city of Norco. Overall, the food was good. I ordered a wet carne asada burrito, but next time I'll definitely opt for a regular carne asada burrito instead since I wasn't really a fan of the red sauce on top. Not gonna lie, this California burrito was literally the best one I've ever had in my life. I wasn't expecting the burrito to come how it did. Fresh carne asada from Valdivia next door (they're the same business), the pico was grilled, the fries were super fresh and crispy, and the cheese...THE CHEESE. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! This was our first time visiting this place, which I regret going. Tables were dirty, took a long time for them to give us our food and on top off that it was super cold. Not that many people were there. We ordered Menudo, Wet Burrito, 3 chicken tacos and carne asada fries. It took them 40 minutes to give us some of our food. We asked the cook to heat up our Menudo because it was cold and it took him another 6 minutes at this point I was mad still waiting on my asada fries for them to give me nacho fries ‍ lost my appetite told them I didn't want the menudo or asada fries. What can I say, at Tacos El Guero every day is Taco Tuesday, I had their 5 Tacos special and my companion had the Carne Asada quesadilla. The tacos were good and they are not stingy with the meat, the tacos and the quesadilla were packed with meat. The salsa, even though they are not too spicy the flavor makes up for it. The Aguas Frescas is a different story there's nothing fresca about it, I know it's a lot more work to make fresh waters but you already make good food why ruin the experience with bad waters. The place is a bit small but it works. The customer service was ok. I've been here once before, it's good I'll be coming back here for sure. We spent about $36.00 for 2. Not too bad. read more

I love the lengua tacos here! The meat is always so tender and delicious. We sometimes get the carne asada quesadilla which is big but also delicious. This is one of the top taco spots in the area imo -- I think it's right up there with Tacos Los Cholos. My go-to order is the tripe burrito, and they're very generous with the meat. Service is good, but it can get busy during peak dinner hours. One time I waited around 25 minutes because of the rush, so just be aware the wait can get long. I love this place solely for their breakfast burrito. I feel like it's often overlooked here in the inland empire with other restaurants like burger basket, green taco, and other mom and pop places. My experience with Tacos El Guero had been mixed, BUT NOW IM OBSESSED During my first visit, the service was underwhelming and the quesabirria taco had too much fat. However, I'm glad I gave them a second chance. My return visit was excellent. The food was delicious, well-seasoned and properly prepared. The service had improved significantly. Their chicharrón deserves special mention - crispy exterior with a tender inside, possibly the best ive had in socal (which i did not expect to be so amazed haha). I've driven by this place a lot wanting to try it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I wanted it to be good because driving by, it always looked busy. The biggest turn off was how greasy the tacos were. It seeped through the foil into the plastic bag. You know it's a good sign when a spot is busy like that. Solid Mexican food right in the city of cowboys. One thing to know before you go: they don't accept tap cards, so make sure to bring your card or cash. It's also located right next to a meat market, which honestly makes it feel even more legit. Been to this place quite a few times and food is good but the downside is the wait times can be long which is typical if food is good but more than once they have messed up our order and we've had to go back to correct the issue. On our last visit it was close to closing time and we grabbed our order and headed home, when we opened our order it was completely different than what we had ordered ( I don't understand the mix up because they weren't even full since it was close to closing time) so if you do go here I would double check the order before I leave. read more

I also asked her if there was a difference in size between a regular birria taco and a quesa birria taco and she of course did not know. But the other lady at the restaurant said there was not a difference in size and indeed there was a huge size difference! The birria wasn't cleaned properly either by the way.
