5 stars Norco In-N-Out is incredible -- hands down the best. When they first open, everything is peak: the grill is fired up, burgers are fresh off the grates, fries are piping hot, and you can taste the difference. This is absolutely the best time to come get a burger. Everything is super hot, super fresh, and the crew is courteous and on point. My hat's off to you guys at In-N-Out Norco. You never miss. read more

Not sure what happened... But the fries are always kinda cold now (past few months of coming here), where they used to be so hot that they'd still be popping hot by the time I got home. There's lots Diet Coke is also flat, but this is across all fast food I've been to in the past six months so unsure if Coke a Cola is getting cheap on their CO2, but I no longer get fries or soda here. The milk shakes are a treat! The animal fries can make a bad day good, and the animal style burger is a classic! read more

The burger was not good and the fries were worse. Avoid as all cost. Onion on the burger were terrible. Overall experience was very poor

I've Been coming to In-N-Out burgers as far back as I can remember. Now that they have puppy patties I bring my dogs. Every once in a while as a treat. They can't get enough of them. They love in-N-out if it was up to them, they'll probably eat it every day. read more

love in n out even if it's not my favorite location. came on a wednesday at 11pm after my flight landed and there was a long drive thru line (where is everyone going it's wednesday pls). staff was socializing hard so maybe that's why the line was long. our order was pretty fast for dine in considering the wait. inside isn't as well maintained as my other preferred locations. luckily the weather was perfect so we sat outside. and i inhaled my double double protein style, fries, and spilt a strawberry shake. home and happy. read more

In-N-Out Burger - double double and fries - Fast Food Near Me - Norco, California

It was the GOAT Anthony that took my order with both energy and urgency, he brought a friendly smile that made this meal an experience

In-N-Out always hits the spot and even though there are plenty of locations everywhere, each one is always somehow packed every time. Worth the wait but the smell is torture when you're waiting in line starving. Can't go wrong with a good burger and fries. Love getting a Double Double Animal Style with Fries! It's lit! read more

I ordered 1 double double and 4 cheese burgers with grilled onions for the dinner time and all of them came out with no lettuce no tomatoes? When I approached the counter, one of them told me sorry for the mistake and we will make sure to make it right the next time read more

New rep today! Many thanks to Anthony. Efficient. Friendly and focused. Appreciate you

So overall it was good but my root beer was very watery and not carbonated... plus there was a hair in my animal fries... kinda grossed me out. Service was great everyone was very kind and it was very quick! I love how it's set up inside and outside, was very clean and the drive thru was also very clean! again, really just the hair in the fries was the problem and kinda bummed me out cause now i'm grossed out and don't wanna finish them :( i've never had a bad experience at in and out until today so that's a good record but uh check ur fries for hair??? it would be a 4 if it wasn't for the hair read more

Just here to give TONI AND HER TEAM the biggest SHOUTOUT ever! Thank you for helping us show our employees a little appreciation and making our company lunch possible. In N Out is simply delicious. Very simple but very good. My goto is a 4x4 with no onions and cheese fries. Yum! Get some yellow chilis, side of pickles and some thousand island! This location is very small inside and the drive through is usually very long. You have a better chance of eating inside by the time you get your food in the drive through. Service is always nice and friendly. read more

In-N-Out Burger - Double Double, 4x4, Plain Cheeseburger, Grilled Cheese about to be devoured by Godzilla and Gigan - Fast Food Near Me - Norco, California

Food is always on point but I felt compelled to leave this review because I had the displeasure of witnessing the crew being super rude towards my partner. This occurred around 8PM on 2/8. Really just sucked because it was over something that shouldn't have been a big deal but apparently the two women who ran the second window (NOT CASHIER. he was very chill) thought it was. My partner asked for a box w/ a lid at initial ordering, but the request was forgotten and we got everything in bags. Again wasn't a big deal to us, things happen, but we wanted to make sure we had one because we were taking the food home, so he asked for one again after receiving the food. While the first woman said something along the lines of "sure one sec" not even seconds later I heard a second crew member inside respond with "not even a thanks for the food? wooooow" and the woman that my partner asked the box for said "right?" once she walked away to grab it. Like I get it, I have CSR experience and some customers can be a handful, so we really try to be respectful especially when food service can be stressful. This was incredibly uncalled for especially when I know that we also said "thanks" before asking for the boxes we asked. Just bummed me out. read more

I love this In N Out and have been coming here my whole life. The burgers are always fresh and amazing. The fries are great. I just recently found out you can ask them for well done now I like them more than McDonalds Fries lol. The service is always on point. My only complaint is the drive through sharp turn with pedestrians and cars that pass by but other than that it's an amazing in n out read more

Just stopped in for a quick bite. This is a super busy location, but the service was quite fast. The drive-through was wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside. If you've ever been to an In-N-Out Burger, the ambience is just about the same....very old school burger theme. I ordered a double double protein style, which means no bun wrapped in lettuce. I got an order of fries and the fries were definitely overcooked. That was definitely disappointing because that's one of my favorite items on the menu. Overall I will be back again, and if you've never been, you definitely should give them a try. read more

This location can become hectic and insane when busy since it's located on a busy intersection. Pretty loud because of traffic but then again, I can say that about most of their restaurants and locations. lol Food: We always get their #1 combo. The double double with grilled onions and no salt on the patties is our normal order. Sometimes if we're extra hungry we get it with the animal style fries...also with no salt on the fries. We're trying to limit our sodium intake and it's nice they allow no salt when asked. But anyways! if you're not a fan of the animal style fries, ask for well done fries. It's nice and crispy and gives you that nice crunch after you bite into your burger. Make sure to ask for those yellow peppers. It burns so good with each burger bite! Extra spread on the side to dip the fries is bonus too! Just ask the workers for them if you remember to! You'll thank me later. Service: So far, each time we come to this location, service is always friendly and drive thru moves fairly fast minus times when there's just that customer holding up the line for no reason. Just go and have some! read more

i came to ino during my lunch and when getting my order taken i was greeted with a unwelcoming face. Zamorah took my order and when she greeted me she didnt look at me but yelled "hi how are you" i order my order as usual and she repeated it back, then walked away as we told me the total. I replied that i wasnt done ordering and she seemed annoyed as i finished my order. She then didnt ask me if i was eating it there and assumed i was so i had to ask for repackaging. read more

I've never had an issue with In-N-Out, until I went to this location. I asked for a Flying Dutchman Protein style with 1 Patty, yet I was charged for a Double Double, my child asked for layered cheese fries, I asked and confirmed with 3 different employees that the cheese fries were LAYERED, they all said yes, to my surprise when I got home there was only cheese on top. This is the exact reason why I don't like going to drive thru to get my food. If I ever go to this location again (which I hope I don't need to) I will not be doing drive thru. read more

This is just for my meal. Just had a reg cheeseburger and cheese fries. 5 bites on the burger and no meat. Finally on the 6th there was meat. It was worst than McDonald's, sad to say. I wouldn't have paid $1 for what I got. They also forget to give me my milkshake, got an apology and the shake. I know why I'm not a fan. Employees friendly, and quick with serving. read more

Two times in a row they always forget not one item but 3 different items. This is very last time I go to this in n out location. Every single one has given me the same in n out service no matter which one I go to, this last time I came by myself with my dog and I had to leave him in my car while it was running just so I can get my 3 fries and the brunette kinda slim girl has a terrible attitude, she was the one that forgot my food and it was still sitting there and she just didn't hand it to me and she didn't even read my order back correctly I had to keep asking wait what about this and that and she's like oh yeah that too, and then when I go inside she gives attitude to this other shorter brunette who was actually doing her job and trying fix the issue, she asked the other girl how long ago were those fries made to make sure I get hot ones, she just got mad and shoved the fries in her face and I said it's okay I'll just take them cuz I felt bad for her, for the one running the drive thru today around 1:00 pm handing out orders, go back to training or go work for Jack in the box if you can't hang read more

Service was quick! We saw the drive thru line was long so we decided to walk in and dine in there was only one lady in line ahead of us and Aaron literally ran to the register to ring up the customers we received our food in about 8minutes of ordering and while we were waiting, we saw that the employee Aaron was either cleaning or restocking, but he did not stop for one second and you could hear the kitchen staff communicating with all of the orders. Once we got our food and took a first bite, I had to remind myself to breathe because it was so delicious. I quite literally inhaled my meal. In n out never disappoints. read more

I love In-N-Out but I have to say, the Norco one has been letting me down recently. Today we went and the line was not very long surprisingly, but our food was cold and over cooked. See the photo. In addition, our drinks had so much ice that there was almost very little soda. This has to have been my worst experience I have had with an In-N-Out. I definitely wasted money and time going there today. I hope they see this and get their service back to what it usually is. read more
