Not sure what happened... But the fries are always kinda cold now (past few months of coming here), where they used to be so hot that they'd still be popping hot by the time I got home. There's lots Diet Coke is also flat, but this is across all fast food I've been to in the past six months so unsure if Coke a Cola is getting cheap on their CO2, but I no longer get fries or soda here. Food is always on point but I felt compelled to leave this review because I had the displeasure of witnessing the crew being super rude towards my partner. This occurred around 8PM on 2/8. Really just sucked because it was over something that shouldn't have been a big deal but apparently the two women who ran the second window (NOT CASHIER. he was very chill) thought it was. My partner asked for a box w/ a lid at initial ordering, but the request was forgotten and we got everything in bags. Again wasn't a big deal to us, things happen, but we wanted to make sure we had one because we were taking the food home, so he asked for one again after receiving the food. While the first woman said something along the lines of "sure one sec" not even seconds later I heard a second crew member inside respond with "not even a thanks for the food? wooooow" and the woman that my partner asked the box for said "right?" once she walked away to grab it. Like I get it, I have CSR experience and some customers can be a handful, so we really try to be respectful especially when food service can be stressful. love in n out even if it's not my favorite location. came on a wednesday at 11pm after my flight landed and there was a long drive thru line (where is everyone going it's wednesday pls). staff was socializing hard so maybe that's why the line was long. our order was pretty fast for dine in considering the wait. inside isn't as well maintained as my other preferred locations. luckily the weather was perfect so we sat outside. and i inhaled my double double protein style, fries, and spilt a strawberry shake. home and happy. read more

If you've ever been to an In-N-Out Burger, the ambience is just about the same....very old school burger theme. I ordered a double double protein style, which means no bun wrapped in lettuce. I got an order of fries and the fries were definitely overcooked. That was definitely disappointing because that's one of my favorite items on the menu. This location can become hectic and insane when busy since it's located on a busy intersection. Pretty loud because of traffic but then again, I can say that about most of their restaurants and locations. lol Food: We always get their #1 combo. The double double with grilled onions and no salt on the patties is our normal order. Sometimes if we're extra hungry we get it with the animal style fries...also with no salt on the fries. We're trying to limit our sodium intake and it's nice they allow no salt when asked. But anyways! if you're not a fan of the animal style fries, ask for well done fries. It's nice and crispy and gives you that nice crunch after you bite into your burger. Make sure to ask for those yellow peppers. It burns so good with each burger bite! Extra spread on the side to dip the fries is bonus too! Just ask the workers for them if you remember to! You'll thank me later. I asked for a Flying Dutchman Protein style with 1 Patty, yet I was charged for a Double Double, my child asked for layered cheese fries, I asked and confirmed with 3 different employees that the cheese fries were LAYERED, they all said yes, to my surprise when I got home there was only cheese on top. She was very rude, and my drink tasted funny. I believe she called me "stupid, you don't get it". Which seems off for a young lady to say to a customer unprovoked. I guess I must be popular, either way a paying customer who also manners have doesn't deserve to be treated with this type of misconduct, especially from another young lady. Sometimes the line gets so long that it's sticking out the driveway and onto the street. Good service and good food, however it's obvious this place was designed many years ago when Norco wasn't so busy. This is the worse designed drive thru for an In N Out I've ever been to. There is always traffic that backs out onto the main road because of this drive thru line. It's dangerous and inconvenient especially trying to get to the other businesses in this plaza. I will never come here again, would rather drive an extra 5-10 minutes to a different location than to deal with this location's tiny inside area and short drive thru. It's not worth it. read more

The drink machine must not be calibrated correctly because our drinks (same selection) tasted like bitter carbonated water. My Flying Dutchman was undercooked inside and I'm hoping the other burgers ordered were ok but my family ate before me and didn't check. I only happened to notice how undercooked mine was halfway through. So disappointing and a waste of money. The cashier was nice but the customer service at the pick up window could have been better.
