This isn't my most local in n out but I tend to drive out of the way to come here.. it's that good. Burgers are so fresh and the lettuce soo crunchy. Never had a flat soda here. Clean And great seating selection. Right off the freeway exit is the cherry on top. read more

Zero Stars for the employee at the drive thru window today 5/4/26 at around 6:30 PM her name tag read Adriana. We love In-N-Out and this review is for Adriana. Adriana was rude and unprofessional from the moment I asked for a lid for my order. My kids and I picked up In-N-Out on our way home but I was obviously driving so I asked Adriana if I could please get a lid for the food (I wasn't going to eat until I was home). Anyway, Adriana aggressively grabbed the box from my hands, slammed it on the counter and placed a lid over the box. I thanked her, but it got worse. She was handing me the drinks and I needed a cup holder so I asked her for one and again aggressively placed my drinks in the cup holder, I was so afraid to ask for ketchup but my kids wanted ketchup, and when I did she said with attitude "give me your cup holder" and threw the ketchup inside. She had a very hostile attitude over simple requests. I've never experienced this kind of behavior at In-N-Out before. I hope management addresses this, I was so surprised, it doesn't reflect the usual friendly and respectful service In-N-Out is known for. Someone must have made Adriana very upset before we got to the window and she took it out on us. So disappointing. read more

I love in-n-out, but this location... what in the world. The worst customer service ever. The guys working in there have no manners. They don't seem to want to work. If you want good customer service, take your business to the in n out in Norco off Hamner. read more

Stopped in to this location recently and dined inside. Got their Combo #3 with the single hamburger and requested it be made animal style. Did not disappoint and the burger was juicy, the fries were crisp right, and washed it all down with a drink from their fountain drink area. I've come through their drive-thru before and the service and food was also very fresh. Friendly customer service. Good location and just right off the 91 freeway. read more

In-N-Out Burger - ive tried all the IN n Out in the IE, OC & LA. this is the best one - Burgers Near Me - Corona, California

We love our IN N OUT, but sadly today was not a good representation of the brand. Whatever kids were managing the food service needs some coaching. Every food item came out sloppy and sad; from protein burger to getting my daughter's burger wrong, to the flimsy fries. Do better folks, management tighten it up. Love IN N OUT! read more

You either love it or hate it! I do love In n our. Simple menu, affordable prices and good food and Awesome customer service. Always busy like any other location. My favorite item, animal style fries. location is big and plenty of parking lot right off the freeway exit. Picture does no Justice. read more

Amazing food. You can never go wrong with In-N-Out. The service is great. Plus, the atmosphere is so nice.

Went here today for the first time in forever. Service was good, the lady was outside taking orders. To me, that seems like it's faster for everyone but my order was accurate and the line moved quick. Can't complain about anything, good service and great food! read more

Do better In-N-Out!!! So disgusting! I got a protein style cheeseburger meal and wow! Have never experienced this at any In-N-Out before! read more

One of the best locations around. Always great service. Fast and quality food. Cy is an extremely polite and respectful!!

Likes: + Yummy, cheap, healthier fast food as with any In-N-Out. + Gotta love the protein-style burgers and the no-cheese animal fries. Non-likes: - Of their two rows of sode machines, the right row doesn't have water, - and the left row's ice maker wasn't working. read more

Meat in their hamburgers is very small, but it's something about the way they put it together. That makes them absolutely delicious. Especially with the big slice of onion. I like my fries done soft and they always make it just like I want! read more

I love In-N-Out, and no matter which location I visit, I always have a great experience thanks to the consistent quality of their food. While this particular spot has a small parking lot, it won't deter me from stopping by to enjoy a delicious Double-Double Animal Style burger. The service is always great and the employees are always nice and friendly and even though there are huge lines you'll get your order in no time. read more

Vegetable situation here is always questionable and a total gamble each time. One day you could get ok lettuce and tomatoes and the next time you order it could be wilted and soggy. Same with the fries it's either over fried or the potatoes have those grey spots all over them. Like genuinely 0 quality control here idk man. Also I don't know if the employees are being held against their will to give anyone who asks for salt and pepper only 1 packet but it's incredibly annoying; like my guy when I ask for salt and pepper I don't mean 1-2 packets for the 2 person meal I just ordered like what? Are we rationing here guys? Or sometimes they won't even pay attention and only put pepper not salt or vice versa like come on man. Inside is okay but tables are always sticky. I only ever see the employees sweep stuff with the 1950s broom and dust pan. Bathrooms are fine I guess but why is there a giant hole in the wall in one of the stalls guys maybe get that checked ?? Also if misgendering people was an Olympic sport this place would get the gold like goddamn. And speaking of the attitude of the workers they always look overworked and miserable. Ik food service is stressful and I don't blame them at all but it does make me question whether or not management treats them well. I feel bad for them tbh. Idk man every time I come here I am disappointed and I'm tired of trying to give this place a chance. 1/5 but close to 0. Do better please. read more

Drove through this location tonight on our way through town. Danielle was working the drive through and did a great job taking our order and clarifying our needs were met. The drive through line was efficient. An employee even ran ahead of us to clean up a spill from a prior car. Food was delicious as always. Fries were warm and tasty. Kids cheeseburgers were split for us which made handing them out a breeze! Great work!! read more

This place does not like to give you napkins or lettuce. And btw I got two double doubles and went through the drive-through three times ordering the same thing and not once did I get napkins and barely got any lettuce. It's giving cheap vibes. read more

If the line is backed up to where this photo is taken, turn around and go elsewhere. This place WILL skimp you on your order. I waited over 20-30 minutes in the drive thru (totally understandable) , and when I received my order I thought I received someone else's order. My double double was the smallest burger I think I've ever seen. I'm talking slider size small. I'm confident the cheapest burger at McDonald's would have been more satiating. read more

Usually this location is fine but tonight I came and ordered two double doubles both with just cheese and grilled onions and one lettuce wrapped. The guy taking my order got it confused twice and I corrected him twice. I got to the window and the order was still wrong so I corrected them again. The I get my food and it still came wrong my burger with bun had lettuce and not grilled onions on it. I don't get what's so confusing especially when I corrected them three times. read more

In-N-Out Burger - Cheeseburger w/ piece of latex glove - Burgers Near Me - Corona, California

This is the second time the order taker Mia has gotten my order wrong, and on top of that is always rude with an attitude. The first time, I ordered a cheeseburger animal style with no pickles, she did no grilled onions instead. This time it was me and my brother, I ordered the same thing and he got a hamburger with grilled onions and fries, she right off the bat assumed it was a meal and insisted on a drink, the order was also to go. When we got to the window, she had put in a double double animal style, and the order was for the car. It's truly frustrating having do deal with an issue that shouldn't even be a problem. When we got home, they corrected the right burger instead of the wrong one, so basically the issue still wasn't fixed. read more

ordered drive thru and they didn't even put the food in a bag. slow service and also took a long time to get our order

Stopped by the in n out at 450 auto center dr, corona ca 92882. Worst experience I have very had. Waited a total of 30 for my order. Order number 40 to dine in. I ordered at 1:12 pm on 12/26/25. Did not get my food until 1:42 pm. The only reason I got from the staff was they lost my order and asked for my receipt so they could do my order. Never even got a sorry. My pregnant wife had a craving to come here only reason we even waited that long. Truly sadden by this experience. read more

always have a great experience at this in-n-out. i moved away from california and every time im home, i have to stop by this in-n-out and get my favorite order. i get a double meat protein style with grilled onions and added pickles. and then either a regular or animal style fry on the side. so happy with the new low calorie pink lemonade because it is dietary inclusive without compromising good taste. came in this location after midnight after a wedding with some friends. service was still 10/10 even though they have had a long night that close to closing. the spot was clean even though there was still groups of people. made for a perfect ending to a wonderful wedding night. read more

Our most recent experiences with this store have been awful and we will not return, sad to say. Last night my husband went in and ordered dinner, take-out, and waited right by the counter. The order never came, when he asked he was told someone had taken it. (Not possible, he was right there). He asked for a manager and they said they would make another order. The manager Emily laughed at him when he said he was upset. When he finally brought the order home it was wrong, consisting of a bag of plain burgers cut in half that I had never seen before from this store. He did call corporate and they took his complaint but this was the last straw of rude employees and screwed up orders. Our daughter even used to work there and we were proud of that. Mistakes happen but rudeness and mocking should not be part of this process, and this is shameful. read more

'Ello chaps! Ok, let me just say it from the start. I don't get it. Great service, friendly staff, and fast. Their simple, limited menu helps keeping food come fast. You walk in and know exactly what you're going to get. But, the fries. The fries. Cut fresh, fried in whatever, I'm guess cardboard oil, seasoned with cardboard shreds. Sure, you can compare them to the added preservatives and all the likes of McDonald's add, but even Five Guys have figured out fresh cut, great taste fries. These fries are criminal. For the sole reason their fries are terrible I have to give In-N-Out two stars out of five. If you can manage the fries or skip them, then enjoy. read more

The entire review could be, "It's In-N-Out!" A place that trains crew members really well, In-N-Out Burger has numerous stores that all operate the same way throughout California, and they even have a Burger College! In-N-Out is a California institution! This is a review of my latest trip to the Corona store, located off the Auto Center Drive/Serfas Club exit on the 91 freeway. My go-to is the Number 1 meal. It's the legendary Double Double burger, which features two juicy beef patties cooked to perfection, topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and their signature spread inside the signature soft, toasted buns. Pro tip: onions (raw or grilled; your choice!), extra spread, mustard, and pickles make pure this burger heaven! In-N-Out fries are an interesting side. Unlike other places where you can hold on to those fries for a while, the In-N-Out fries are fresh, made to order, and have a really short shelf life. That's not a bad thing; it's just worth knowing that you want to eat them quickly because they'll get mushy after about 10 minutes. While In-N-Out Burger offers plenty of Coca-cola brand soft drinks, my go-to is always their house-brand pink lemonade. It's simply incredible! This thirst-quenching bit of pinkness is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, with a burst of citrus that adds a refreshing twist to your meal. If you're looking for more of a golfer's drink, mix the lemonade with their fresh-brewed iced tea (another of my favorites!), and you've got a pink Arnold Palmer. The pink lemonade is a must-try whether you prefer it straight or mixed. Like virtually every other store, the Corona store is seriously committed to cleanliness. The restaurant is immaculate, and every dining table is spotless. These stores are a truly refreshing change from most fast-food joints. And the crew at In-N-Out Burger in Corona is awesome! From the moment you step foot in the restaurant, you're greeted by professionals in clean uniforms, sporting warm smiles and friendly attitudes. I can't say enough good things about this place! I will come here again! ... probably tomorrow! read more

I ordered my usual veggie burger grilled onions and chopped peppers, two fries with pink lemonade and light ice. I'm pretty sure they gave my order to the guy in front of me bc he handed it right back go her. Super gross so I asked her when she gave me my order if he'd just handed it to her and she said no. Well one order of fries only and they're the saltiest, soggy cold nasty fries. Waste of $11 bc I don't even want to eat the burger bc im pretty sure the guy just handed it to her (first he handed the burger and then the whole tray). I should've double checked my order but im pregnant, in a rush and was too hungry. Next time I'll just wait to eat something better. I'm very irritated. Going to find a trash to throw this in. read more
