This is a decent Tommy's in the area. Been here a few times over the years. The quality of their burgers are still there, but customer service is a little blah, both inside and drive-thru. On my last visit, I ordered their Chili Cheeseburger with everything and it was as expected, just simply good. Their combo prices have jumped A LOT, at about $18-$22 (with tax) depending on which combo you get. Menu hasn't changed but those are all incredibly overpriced. Know it's the times, but I was sticker shocked. My one burger though, was $7 total. Love Tommy's, but it's just a place I'll come only as a treat. Service is also pretty slow. Also note that this location is in a plaza that often have transients or the homeless. I almost had an attempted vehicle break-in when I was just leaving in front of their parking lot in broad daylight in the afternoon. Just stay alert. read more

Went here this afternoon through the drive thru and ordered 2 double chili cheeseburgers, a classic cheeseburger with cheese and ketchup only (because even though you say ketchup only, they think that also means no cheese), and a chili cheeseburger. If you look at the receipt I posted, nothing of what I ordered is on it. I noticed it after I paid and told the guy as he was handing me 3 burgers. I said oh I think this is the wrong order and he double checked and was like no this is the right order. And I told him what I ordered and he said oh I didn't hear that, here's your food. Went here with the family for dinner and although the double chili burgers were delicious and made to order, I found the soda disappointing.. The soda machines were not working fully and didn't know until after we ordered. Soda machine in the dining area did not produce ice nor did they work in the back counter where the workers are. Soda machines also were not working well as once you've dispensed all of the sodas were warm and flat. We asked if they could please replace with the soda in the back and was told that they also weren't working well even though they changed the cartridges. They mentioned they contacted the Pepsi company yet nothing has been done. I just wish they would let us know before we had even ordered or have a sign on the machine that it isn't working. Large sodas aren't cheap as they are nearly $4 for each one we purchased. I think that was our main issue. We should've asked for a refund on that at least. I ended up paying $23 for 1 double chili cheese burger, 1 single chili cheese burger, 1 classic cheeseburger and one order of fries. As an added tip, I like adding ketchup & hot sauce to my CCB. What really made this experience great was the service. The gentleman I spoke to was very courteous. He offered me a cup of water while I waited and shared his suggestions and preferences when I asked. I definitely was not expecting that level of customer service that late at night. Came here based off the reviews being better for this Tommy's than the other ones by our house. Welp, 3 burger orders wrong when receipt was handed to me. Let the cashier know what was wrong, even handed her my card for extra charges due to it being incorrect. She stated she could not adjust the price but that they would make the burgers how we wanted them. Ok, sounds good.. well, we got our order, first thing missing at the window, a drink. Got that before leaving.. Parked in the parking lot to eat. The double cheeseburger had no cheese and unfortunately I took a bite out of my "double" cali burger before I noticed I still only had one patty w/cheese after discussing it would be fixed at the window. Took the double back to get cheese and attempted to get the second patty for my burger. We were told the receipt said one patty and you took a bite nothing we can do even though we told the guy the girl at the window said she was going to fix it. Not very good customer service. Would have had no problem paying for the extra patty with cheese on the side but wasn't even offered that, just told sorry nothing we can do. My kids also went to get refills on their drinks that were only 60% filled up in the first place and were met with dirty looks by the employee. When you go to Tommy's you know what to expect. The one thing I have never got at this location was good service that was until today. The young lady named Allison who helped me at the register was outstanding! She was extremely polite every person the moment they walked in the door until they left. I think the manager could take a lesson on customer service from her. When I walked back up to get an ice tea refill he looked at me and just walk by. Never any type of acknowledgement. I think his name was Alfred or something like that. When Allison came around the corner saw me standing there and immediately said how can I help you. This lady probably should be the manager.
