Has anyone ever had a bad experience at in n out? The food is solid. Consistently great. Pricing remains relatively affordable. I appreciate the friendly service. My friend and I joked that they must get paid extra well at this location because we saw at least 4 different employees walking around cleaning up a spotless restaurant. Also, I accidentally dropped my sunglasses in the toilet. I wasn't about to reach in to grab them. They flushed just fine. Hope they didn't clog the pipes. read more

There's never NOT a line at a place as reliable as In-N-Out, but I will say this location maneuvers 2 drive-thru lines very efficiently, and gets customers fed quickly! The staff was friendly and fast during lunch hour on a Thursday. A double double with chopped chilies is also a game-changer. A great twist to the classic. Great location! read more

Just like most folks from California, we've had hundreds of InO (In-n-Out) burgers in our lifetime. It's a great deal, the patty is made with fresh-lean ground beef, leafy lettuce (not shredded), tomato, onion and secret sauce. Other fast-food burger joints serve pre-frozen patties with high fat content. They have a secret menu that is available, I usually order animal style (special sauce: mayo, ketchup, vinegar and pickle relish), mustard-fried patty, grilled onions. The tang of the pickles, mustard and grilled onion are the best combination that none other can compare. On this particular day and location, I was in Riverside County with friends. We each placed a separate order, got a corner table and waited for our number(s) to be called. To my surprise, we got table service by an employee named Ryan. He came by, picked up our tickets and went to the counter to bring our food order one-by-one. He came by our table 3 times and refilled our drinks, brought extra napkins, ketchup and cups of water, etc. In over 30+years of being a customer, this is the only time an employee delivered food, condiments and drinks to my table. It was dinner time and very busy. Ryan went above and beyond, which made our meal more enjoyable. Whenever I am in this area, I will look for Ryan. My old stomping grounds! This was my go to location. I've always had great service at this location. Honestly, they even stay open a little longer than other ones. And they will serve the whole line if you got in-line before the closing time. The only reason I remember this is because my recent visit, I arrived at 1:15AM in the morning. They close at 1:30AM. Their line is usually long esp during lunchtime but well worth the wait because service w/a smile, politeness & real concern for your desired Yum Yums!! I'd like to mention she's the same girl I had seen working hard peeling potatoes. When I got home , the order was wrong . All that wait and it was still wrong . I am ALWAYS impressed by the service I receive at all In N' Out locations and this one was no different. I met a friend here and ordered a regular cheeseburger, fries w/ no salt and a lite lemonade. I very rarely order a regular burger as I prefer protein style (no bun & wrapped in lettuce only) but on this occasion, I was craving the bun (weird!). I received my order and it was PERFECT! The food as is always the case at any In N'Out was sooooo tasty and fresh. Burger was great, fries were the best and I LOVE lite lemonade. The employees were FANTASTIC and very helpful, the location was clean & spotless inside and the parking lot was clean as well. I was impressed to see that all employees were wearing gloves and masks, glass partions were set up on the counter to separate customers/employees and employees wiped down down the counter tops after each guest placed their food order.
