I go to Chick-fil-a often. I usually go to the Hidden Valley location which is amazing. However, after tonight I don't think I'll be returning to this Cajalco location. 1. They have 2 drive through lines and but the other line 3 cars forced infront of me- when I brought it up to the worker, he just laughed and said that it happens often. So why not just make it a single drive through line then? 2. I always either get a sweet iced tea or lemonade, and this location is ALWAYS watered down. I thought it was a one time thing but the last 4 times I've been to this location it's been this way. 3. They are always so slow in bringing out orders. Tonight they had me and the 6 cars infront of me all line up at the front and wait for our meals. This was the 3rd time they've done that to me and I don't even go to this location often. Placed a catering order via the app and just picked it up. I haven't been inside a Chick-fil-A in years (always use the drive thru or get my order delivered to me curbside). Restaurant was busy, with a lot of people dining in, people in line ordering, and people waiting for to go orders. Employees were helpful and had my order out to me within the stated pick up time. Both the mac & cheese tray and nugget tray are hot and fresh! My order was accurate, and I was given extra sauces upon request. After visiting See's Candies in The Crossings at Corona, I wanted to get some quick snacks from Chick-fil-A which happens to be across the street from The Crossings... sweet! I drove on over and got into the drive-thru lane. The young lady who took my order was very nice and helpful. I asked her about the salads and she was able to give me a run down of them. Thank you miss! By the way, the side salad is going away from the menu soon per young lady. I went with the Market Salad that normally comes with grilled chicken, but was able to replace them with chicken tenders instead. Lady said I can replace any chicken with any other chicken. This applies to all their salads. I also got the 4 piece chicken tenders with Polynesian sauce and a water. Just love their variety of sauces and their full cup size water! Thank you! I came here yesterday with my daughter. We ordered through the drive-thru and was asked to wait in the front for my order. The order came out and I saw that a sandwich was missing so my daughter and I went back into the restaurant to get the sandwich. The guy, Anthony, who helped us was very kind and immediately grabbed another sandwich for us along with the receipt (that was also missing from my order). Great experience. THEN when I got back into my car, I realized that the box on the bottom of my bag was NOT a sandwich but chicken strips. At that point, my daughter was close to tears (we were hungry!!). So I went back into the restaurant again and the same guy helped me. I told them, this is not my order (a bit frustrated). He proceeded to grab my receipt. Within like 1-2 minutes, he came out with my entire original order AND a cookie & brownie as an apology. I guess you can say it was fresh but it was extremely unclean especially when you can get sick from the dirt on the lettuce. Our family has supported this business since its opening. I'm sorry to report that both quality and service has degraded over the years. My kids made the comment that it's not good anymore. This is the 4th time I went through drive through and placed the order to where I was asked to pull up and my order will be brought out to the car. I watched many cars pull out and walk ins order and walk out. I had to go in and retrieve my order. When I initially placed my order I asked if there were any gluten free items. She said no. I paid and while waiting looked it up on my phone and discovered grilled nuggets are gluten free. Came home and the product is slimy in texture. Did not finish it. Milk shakes now in different containers were turned to liquid. Fries cold. This hasn't been the first time. I'd like to keep it at food level and say their food tastes amazing and you can taste the freshness difference between them and any other "chicken nugget" fast food place. Is it healthy? No. Unless you're getting a salad with grilled chicken and go light on the dressing. Is it delicious and worth the calories? 100%. The service here is always TOP NOTCH. I think my order has been messed up one time in over 10 years of dining here. Every time I go to Target, or get my hair done, or go to the movie theaters, I know that Chick-fil-A isn't too far away in case I need to grab a bite to eat. The drive-thru lines are always incredibly long, but the extra staff taking orders outside really helps. They work out in the rain and extreme heat. They are the real heroes for the company.
