I normally place online orders regularly, they have messed up in the past, but I just let it go. This time we placed an order for chicken tenders, corn, large ranch and veggie sticks. We went to pick up the order and when we got home almost 20 minutes later it was the wrong order inside the bag with somebody else's name on it although the bag outside was labeled with my name on it. I called the store and the guy that answered I think Juan, giggled about it and said in the meantime, they would wait to see if the other person complained about their order. I was headed the opposite way so it took me a while to come back, when I got there, they basically told me they had to remake my order. The bag looked like it had been returned, so that's probably why. I sat down and waited for my order. When they gave me the order, I checked to make sure there were two boxes inside, but I should have checked the inside... I went home and realized they only gave me two boxes of corn! I called the store and the girl told me they would have to review the footage on their camera so I didn't have to go back, I told him I still wanted the order so we would go back anyway. We went back and they had not reviewed the cameras, but they did in fact accuse us of somehow having the chicken? They said they called their manager, and the manager said to not remake the chicken. They were very rude and condescending so clearly I was upset, I told him to keep their order. Then, they never apologized, we did not get a refund and in a mocking voice, the guy said have a good night! I will never go back if this is how they treat their customers. Wingstop usually never disappoints in flavor and the way the wings are prepared. The wings are great especially when they have a deal. This review isn't about flavor or the wings as much as it is about service. The flavors are always consistent. So most will know what they will be getting. Service in the other hand can be hit or miss at chain restaurants. The remix flavor selections are super good. I'm really liking the Cajun bbq flavor that I believe is just the bbq mixed with the Cajun sauce. Honestly this location has great service that was quick and they were very attentive. The food was fresh and handles with care. I came home with about 50 wings and none of the sauce and grease was spilled in the paper bag. Great job on packing all my food up. Wow there's just so many reasons this place sucks. They don't take cash, the wait times can be excessive, and almost every time I've come here they have forgotten something. They never give you a receipt. Multiple times I've had bad experiences here and they slack on the sauce so the food isn't that flavorful. The food is almost never hot. The tables are usually clean in the back of the store and dirty in the front of the store. I don't think I'll come back again since I'm tired of the hassle. It's very family friendly. They also have a soda machine that has all the flavors. Which can be very convenient if you are looking for zero calorie or zero sugar alternatives. The machine has 10+ zero calories/zero sugar options. The wings are always freshly made so be ready to wait some time to get your order. I had a really bad experience here. I sat there waiting, while the register took order after order, over the phone, in front of me as if phone calls have precedence over walk-ins. I just wanted wings. I didn't want soda and fries. But again, the register made it seem almost impossible for me to order wings by themselves, as if that was some type of a No-No that people just don't do there. I wanted 8. I saw a 6 and 8 piece combo available on the wall, but because I wanted the wings by themselves, I had to order 10. When I asked if they had a first responder discount, the manager in the back just shook his head and didn't acknowledge my existence by looking at me at all. The wings are always drenched in a pool of grease (even if the flavor is dry) and they dash a pinch of seasoning on one side of the wings so you can only get a tease of the flavor.
