REFUSED SERVICE!!! Been 2x to this location in the last 30 days before closing and they said they were closed because they turned off fryer. Both time I've been in uniform(law enforcement) and they turn me away and at this point might have to go home first and change out of my uniform so they could serve me in the future. I had a really bad experience here. I sat there waiting, while the register took order after order, over the phone, in front of me as if phone calls have precedence over walk-ins. I just wanted wings. I didn't want soda and fries. But again, the register made it seem almost impossible for me to order wings by themselves, as if that was some type of a No-No that people just don't do there. I wanted 8. I saw a 6 and 8 piece combo available on the wall, but because I wanted the wings by themselves, I had to order 10. The worst wingstop experience I've ever had. I called at first and the person on the phone, was already rude when I was asking questions about the 5 free wings deal, and when I asked about the app and if the app was down, the person responded "Well I don't know, that's a cooperate issue, you know we are a corporation?" And i was taken aback and just kinda hung up. Then I went inside and ordered and the person (same person on the phone i'm sure) was again, rude and was just not the best listener when taking orders. Then. When I came back to pick up my order, a different worker asked for my order name and I said the wrong name on accident, and the guy asked for the receipt so I had to go back to the car. But the original person who took my order was standing right there, and didn't say anything. Like I understand they had to ask for the receipt because I said the wrong name but the original worker could have said "Oh i took their order, their order is right here" (the order was on the shelf) But he didn't and was even avoiding eye contact with us. I come here cause it's the closest to my house and my kids love this place. The food is decent, but the service is HORRIBLE! But honestly they are not known for their service. I asked last time I was in if they sell their sauces. The "manager or lead" said that they do and gave me the price of $4.99 for a BOWL. So I came in one day and asked to purchase two different flavors, why am I not surprised, her whole story changed and she was a lead. Beware of the purple hair girl who works at the wingstop off eagle Glen. Jan 27 during the evening, I was a witness to not only her throwing ranch at a customer and cussing her off using the lords name in vain, but I also saw her make fun of a little kid who seems to be special needs. I don't know what kind of Manager was on duty, multiple people have tried to speak to her, there's mutiple reviews about it on Google but she just brushes it off and acts like she is clueless and "has no idea". so I wanted to come to the social media to bring upon myself. it's been bothering me the past couple days so much I just wanted to spread awareness because people like this don't belong in the community. She needs to be fired. Don't work in costumer service if you hate humans. Okay new spot in town! So Wingstop was recently thrown up and opened. It is located in the Eagle Glen shopping center, on the corner by Wells Fargo bank. It is kind of hidden unless you know where it is. I'll start by saying that I'm not a huge Wingstop fan. Just because they don't offer many vegetarian options. As a vegetarian you can eat French fries and that's a tough subject because they are fried in the same oil as the meat. So it's honestly not even vegetarian friendly. They don't offer salads or anything of nutritional value. Just crappy fried foods that are bad for everyone's health. That being in mind, when you want something greasy and unhealthy, this might be the spot for you. The fries are pretty good, and they have different options. You can do Cajun fries, Parmesan fries or cheese fries. All are yummy. I can't speak on the chicken personally, but my family enjoyed the meat. Overall good experience. Its long but honest! Its so disappointing, yet I'm getting used to it now, that the food I'm ordering will not look like their photos advertisements or commercials. If I or anyone else complain, not quite sure if spit or mucus will be added to my "do over food" order complaint.. I JUST WANT WHAT I PAY FOR AND TO NOT FALSE ADVERTISE, PERIOD. The chicken sucked all the way around. very dry, even with the flavors on them and there was way, way to much Parmesan on top of wings. Had the "All in bundle" order and another fries. Dinner for 2 & the hubby will pick up. Hubby was 2 minutes early they said but food was all packed already & ready to go, Hmmmm, that's weird. Hubby was 2 minutes early they said when he walked through the door, So why was our order all ready to go? I know why!!! Its because someone didn't pick up their order or you made extra or whatever, and you didn't want to throw it away so the next sucker for the next pickup gets them. (that's me). They could of threw them back in fryer for a 1o seconds to warm them up at least. Wing stop clearly states "freshly cooked per order", yet all the food was bagged up, & ready to go. Hubby paid the 26 bucks & came home. He got home and the food was all thrown together and not separated, so if you like mild and hubby likes hot hot on your tenders order, you are getting both flavors, even if allergic to garlic or hot hot.. Maybe someone was having a bad day cooking or doesn't care what he serves . We live 10 minutes away and looking at the post card from the mail for "Wingstop specials" & I've been craving them badly all week and dreaming of their garlic parmesan flavor to try. Nightmare instead. They were awful and again, way to much parmesan on top. Like take out pizza orders, the parmesan should be in little parkettes & we do it ourselves. When I lived in Miami, there was this wing place with all these flavors from mild to hot hot hot and garlic and crazy concoctions, and their thing was like for example: they had this garlic flavor. OMG!!!! they used real garlic cloves, minced up and butter & oil and deep fried the wings first and when done, & crunchy like fried chicken should be, they pour the flavor mix over the fried wings & shook it up in a bowl & put in one of those cardboard bowls with the napkin under it. It was so good that way! Wings were fried & crunchy, yet moist from the flavor mix on top of it. The gal was nice who took my order at Wingstop & it was ready apparently 2 minutes early or more for bagging it & it was warm on the inside & out. Again too much cooking of the boneless wings and the fries OMG! I wish they looked like their advertisement photo's . Another false advertisement going on. Stupid me, the fries looked so good on postcard, I ordered another order of the fries. They were over cooked big time and had been sitting under the lights for a while, ( I can tell by now like most humans over the years,) and what ever the normal seasoning is, get rid of it. Very sweet tasting but not for fries. Everyone hates "old under the light" fries just sitting under the lights until some idiot (that's me) & places an order and bingo, we get the old fries. You ask the workers, "Fries are fresh since I ordered an extra fry correct?" "Oh yes, everything is cooked to order". So I am giving a review from this day forward and telling everyone who reads my reviews ,how my orders really are and no more sugar coating them. I hate that a lot of fast food places and quick take out in restaurants gets away with what they serve to people and don't care & a lot people don't complain or return something because of driving back on our dirt road like us while we are spending hard earned money on wings & fries you advertise with great photos of each of the items, and we are NOT getting what we paid for They call that false advertisement correct? Food was good. Worst customer service EVER. My husband went in to pick up a phone order but was confronted by a RUDE young girl behind the counter. After she rolled her eyes at him for not having a mask (we do not have to disclose personal health reasons for not wearing one) she huffed and puffed to the back and grabbed a mask that she demanded he wear. After he put it on, (he obliged solely because he wanted to grab the food for our kids , and get out of there) she STILL refused to help him.
