Server even threw in some fries with our take out order, which needs a little more crisp to them. Had to wait a bit but it was worth it. The wait was about 15 minutes, but that's because the chicken is fried fresh to order. It was still hot and crispy by the time I got home, which was a nice surprise. It had a great crunch and was cooked well, but the seasoning was pretty mild and left me wanting a bit more flavor. The coleslaw was fresh and crisp with a mayo forward dressing. Overall, if you're looking for freshly fried chicken with a satisfying crunch, this spot delivers, but I wish the chicken had a little more seasoning to make it stand out.

Our server today for breakfast was nice. There is a guy who I think is the busser and last time got us drinks to go, he's a team player for sure. The server came to the table, didn't introduce herself, ask how are we doing or if we've been there before. Anything. Straight to "are you ready to order?" It could be that she is new or was never trained properly. We had to ask for napkins, boxes, etc. which a guest should never have to ask you for. You know if someone if done eating and there's food on the table, you can ask if we need boxes. Everyone who eats needs napkins. Little things like that matter. I didn't give the lady a good tip specifically because every-time we asked her something, she either forgot or seemed like it was an inconvenience for her to get it. When she gave us our bill, I wanted a coffee to go and a to-go cup for my soda but she gave the bill and walked away so she didn't give me the opportunity to even ask. Which to me, I work in the restaurant industry and going the extra mile to ask if I wanted drinks to go would've made a huge impact. I will come back for the food and vibe, but giving excellent service is not hard if you really care and love what you do. The guest can read if you don't, and today it seemed like she did not really care.

We've always loved The Brass Tap in Corona. The staff is amazing, the food is great, and we've had…read moreso many fun nights there. We will absolutely continue coming back, just unfortunately not as often as we used to. We were regular Thursday night customers because we absolutely loved Music Bingo. My husband, my two daughters, and I would come together as a family almost every Thursday. It became something we genuinely looked forward to each week. Thursdays used to be packed, sometimes so crowded that it was hard to find a seat. There was such a fun atmosphere, with different tables bantering with each other, laughing, competing, and getting into the music. We enjoyed it so much that we even brought prizes for the host to give away. It was more than just playing bingo; it was the whole experience and energy of the night. Unfortunately, since the new Music Bingo host took over, the experience has completely changed. We even tried talking to him about it, and he told us that as long as he is running Music Bingo, he will never use the app and will continue doing everything on paper. He uses the same card for the entire two-hour game, which means that even if you arrive late, you essentially have no chance of winning. That takes away a huge part of what made the game exciting and competitive. I do want to be fair and say that we know he also hosts trivia on Tuesdays, and we actually like his approach to trivia. His style seems to work well for that format. Unfortunately, that same approach just doesn't seem to vibe with Music Bingo. Music Bingo needs a different kind of energy, interaction, and flair, and sadly, that has been missing. The host has also been rude to us when we've tried to discuss our concerns, which has made the experience even less enjoyable. The difference in the Thursday night atmosphere is very noticeable. Thursdays used to be packed and full of energy, and now the place is often nearly empty. The fun atmosphere and camaraderie we used to look forward to are simply gone. We understand that he runs the game on his own and is entitled to run it how he wants. At the end of the day, though, the format and the overall vibe have changed enough that our family no longer wants to make Thursday nights a regular part of our week. That's especially disappointing because this was something all four of us genuinely enjoyed doing together. We are still giving The Brass Tap five stars because the restaurant itself, the food, and the rest of the staff have always been fantastic. We will definitely come back for those things. We just won't be coming back as often for Music Bingo. Hopefully, at some point, Music Bingo can become the fun, lively, interactive experience it used to be. We would love to have a reason to look forward to Thursday nights again.

The one I wanted, they ran out, but they had a weihenstephaner hefeweissbier which is usually a go to and a chocolate hef. The chocolate hef was definitely unique. The first bartender that served us wasn't very nice or talkative, but the second one was the one that gave me a taster of the chocolate hef. He was nice and checked on me and my friend the whole time we were there. It is a big space and plenty of seating. They had a good menu for lunch and dinner and good specials for happy hour.
