Placed my order tonight, ready in 15-20 mins. 20 mins later I get complete notification. By now I've picked up food elsewhere for others. I walk in and I as well as others picking up orders get ignored. Lady in front of me asks for her delivery order and she is told it's not done. Now she isn't making money. I continue to get ignored finally I grab someone and ask for order and I'm told it will be another 20 minutes, not even started on yet!! When I show it was marked complete 10 minutes ago and my other food is getting cold I'm told someone called in a big order so it put them behind. I advise cancel my order b4 other food gets cold. He tells me it must be done on app. Well I can't cancel on app because you have already marked it as complete so corporate thinks you are getting your orders done in a timely manner. I understand they got a large order but they should stop taking further orders if they can't handle it. Or don't take the big order and advise you are too busy. Btw that other delivery order is still sitting on the shelf. read more

This is the second time in a row that I had the worst wings ever. Both times they were dry, had no flavor and multiple wings had chicken feathers on them. This location is right down the street from my home so I wanted to like them a lot. When they 1st opened the wings were better. I will never go here again! Food is really good and our family has been happy with quality of food and portion size. But, the wait is probably the longest I have ever experienced for any restaurant in Corona. If you walk in you're looking at 45-60 minutes for a "to go order." I used the APP-today and even after 45 minutes when I walked in the order is still not ready. So, plan accordingly otherwise you will be super upset. read more

I'm glad that they put one of my favorite chicken spots closer to home as the service been excellent with this server Alyssa who made sure that the food was fresh and the order was right as she's been a big help. We really enjoy the wings at this restaurant and frequent it often. This is not a review on their high quality food. The purpose of this review is on the crew member Faith. Faith was so friendly and gave us the best service we have had in a long time. My wife and I noticed her hustling in the kitchen and helping out her fellow coworkers. When our order was almost done she double checked it and could not have been more professional. If you want wings in Corona go to Faith's store and leave her a tip, she more than deserves it. read more

The manager Faith was a real good leader. She held her professionalism and assisted with orders and supporting her staff. I have ordered at this location a couple of times, the food is good but the service is very lacking. I went to pick up my online order,at the time it was supposed to be ready, and was promptly checked in. Right after the employee asked the name for the order the employee went and grabbed an order slip and moved it, then turned to me and said your order will be ready shortly. I wasn't the happiest because it appeared they were just starting my order of 30 wings and this seems to be the case every time I order from this location. After waiting 17 MINUTES, I am again asked my name for the order, granted only 1 customer walked in, in the 17 min,for another pick. When I told them my name they then inform me they don't have an order for me! It turns out that I accidentally ordered it at a different location but instead of me finding this out a check in they waited almost 20 minutes to ask my name again, meanwhile my food was ready and getting cold at the Ontario location across town. I understand that I am at fault for showing up to the wrong location but was very upset that it took them 17 minutes to inform me. They are very disorganized at this location. I will intentionally order at Ontario location in the future and recommend you do as well. read more

I submitted an online order, I go to pick it up, and it wasn't ready. No problem I wait. I get my order and get home to discover that I am missing part of my order. I call the restaurant for an employee to tell me I need to bring in my entire order to prove to them I am missing part of my order. I was shocked, I have never been told to bring in all of my food. I said so I should stop my family from eating? I should delay our dinner more for your mess up? Are you going to remake my order? She said that was the only way to fix the mess up. I spoke to the manager and was underwhelmed overall with the lack of service recovery. I don't want a store credit I would like my debit card to be credited for the missing items, I'm not sure I would want to come back to this location after the hassle I went through, and the lack of customer service I experienced. read more
