Been a fan of Flame broiler since 05' and have never had a bad experience. This location is conveniently located off the Ontario exit and right next to juice it up which is a great pairing. The staff is good at what they do. I ate here 3x last week while moving my in-laws out of their home and the plates were super consistent!! read more

I always come here and the service is always on point. The ladies there work very fast and efficient and maintain great customer service even during rushes. The rice and chicken are portioned very well and pair nicely with the chopped onion. I'm not a fan of the vegetables as I find them a little too firm but that's just my personal preference. Prices are very reasonable especially compared to waba grill. Will definitely return in the future. read more

Flame Broiler - NAE Chicken Bowl (41g+ Protein) - Chicken Shop Near Me - Corona, California

It's located in a decent size plaza. The restaurant is a good size for small groups and decent. The workers are nice and promptly took our order. Wait time was not bad and we got our Togo order quickly (15-20mins). Food was good and fresh. Will definitely be back to this location but the only thing I hate I are the hours they're open. It does close earlier than most locations so always check before going. read more

Been to many flame broilers however this one is skimpy on the amount of meat put into the bowls. I ordered a retailer chicken bowl And they put in same amount of meat I usually get in my kids mini bowls. read more

Service Date 2/21/26 @ 2:45 PM Ordered three chicken veggie bowls, realized before I got home, they were Veggie Bowls ONLY. Miatakes happen, but the employee who took my order was rude and unprofessional. Additionally, speaking in Spanish about me without knowing I understand the language is unacceptable. Due to this experience, I will not be returning. read more

First time coming here ordered 2 bowls and they literally filled to top with rice and a lil bit of chicken definitely not coming back. read more

Be prepared to wait a long time even when you mobile order. Place lacks good customer service

Bad service, lady at the cashier is always in a bad mood. Ordered a plate with chicken and steak and they gave me a bowl with only steak. Running low on time and they cut me short on food. Bad service don't recommend this place read more

Today I went to buy my food at this Flame Broiler, for lunch. But I noticed that the cashier on this shift, I don't know her name but it was (between 11:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m) she has very long nails and still handles the food , which I find unhygienic. Aside from the nail issue my experience was fine. read more

It's always closed when you want to go. Don't come here. Haven't got to try the food for this reason

Unsatisfied with my online orders. Food is good but service sometimes late. It seems that my pickup times given to me on my online orders are incorrect. for example order pickup 3:09 i come in at at 3:30 and my order is not ready read more

Food was ok. Tried using rewards points here and the woman working the register said they didn't do that here.

One of the best in the area veggies are always cooked to perfection I only come to this location ladies working are always cheery

Great food great service and fast. Amazingly friendly and always has my food ready when I preorder for my lunch

Service was excellent and speedy! The food was a lil more well done than my liking, but overall flavor and presentation was great! Place was pretty clean too which is a bit plus! read more

I get the spicy chicken and white rice about twice a week and never had any issues. Always taste great also. Short wait.

I came with my husband for my lunch break. As he's eating his food he bit something hard. Upon inspection we realized it was a small rock and his tooth was starting to hurt. We went back into the restaurant to explained what happened, the cashier Jackie told the cook Arlen what we found and she starts laughing and shaking her head as if she's calling my husband a lair and proceeds to do this the entire time we're trying to figure out what we want to do. We decide on a refund for the 1 bowl as the cook Arlen continues to laugh and nod her head. With reason we are extremely upset and request a manager/owner to speak to because we are uncomfortable and upset with the employees' actions. The cashier denied giving us the contact info and just states to call the store the next day. We are not ppl that like to complain or cause trouble or even leave reviews. But I thought other ppl should know how they treat their customers at this location. read more

Absolutely love this place. All staffs are friendly and they never forget about the sauces and utensils like other places who leaves it out intentionally. Will be coming back for sure. read more

Kaycee always takes my order and is always super nice and friendly. Food is always fresh and delicious. Favorite location to get food from.

I wish I could give this location a higher rating however the apparent owner (long grey hair) who works the register it's just a jerk. The women that work in the back seem very nice... But it's hard to separate the two. When you go in there to order this guy has a serious attitude. A frown and a dirty look, a grunt, no assistance with the menu ever. Nothing but attitude. And he simply makes you feel like you've done something wrong by going there to get food. How weird is that??? The food is good but the atmosphere sucks due to the owner. read more

Hands down, Best Flame Broiler! It's always delicious no matter the time of day! Highly recommend!!!!

My go to when I want something healthier. Love the Works Mini Bowl. The sauce is great also. Great customer service. I usually call in my order and it's ready quickly. read more

Have not been to this location in quite a while .. placed an order over the phone for 7 people... person who answered the phone was SUPER efficient!! And polite ( hard to find that today ) said my order would be ready in 15 min .. showed up and the dinning area was so clean !! 3 or 4 people ahead of me but WOW !! Everyone was moving .. behind the counter ... in the kitchen ... just like a fine tuned machine !!! Hats off to the staff !!! The owners I'm sure are so proud of the team !! And my order .... PERFECT !!! Nothing missing ... nothing wrong A+++++ thank you for a great experience!! read more

Rude service here.. won't b coming to this store. They hv random hrs...i would recommend going to the one at Mckinney over by corona Costco. read more

The owner said to me (who's a customer almost once a week for the last 3 months of my pregnancy craving for flame broiler) "if you're going to come here everyday at least know how to order correctly" This is how I ordered, "Regular Bowl, chicken, with brown rice please" - he interrupts with his are onions ok? question, I say "yes onions okay, and carrots and broccoli only please". and that upset him. Apparently this entire time I've been ordering incorrectly, but he felt like today was the day to correct me. If I come here "EVERYDAY" (like it's a bad thing for his business) how about you know my order then? or help me out so I can make your job easier. He goes on to tell me how my order looks like a mess on his screen, reads it to me, making me feel stupid over a chicken bowl order . All I have to say is then help me, so I can help you. God forbid that what really ruins his days. Bad customer service is usually typical with him (the owner I think is the older man with the pony tail) he's not friendly especially with phone orders to go, twice he has hung up on me after i placed my order. The order didn't feel complete because he doesn't even say "thank you" or "bye" and he doesn't look at anyone in the eyes, but the staff is wonderful! Seriously, so kind! I'm usually relieved when I walk in and it's some else at the cash register. But, unfortunately his treatment has forced me to take my craving for "CHICKEN VEGGIE BOWLS" to the other corona Flame Broilers. :) read more

Ordered flame broiler on DoorDash from this location and I was very disappointed. The chicken and steak tasted like they were both expired. I wasn't able to eat any of it, my family ordered some too and there's tasted the same. Please check your meats before serving them. I'll never return to this flame broiler again. read more

This is one of the best flame broilers around! It is franchise owned and the owner and his son have always been very nice! They actually fill the bowl almost spilling over with extra veggies and rice and they give you a large portion of meat, unlike the others around here like off Mc Kinley they are company owned and suck. They also cook the meat differently and it tastes so much better than the other flame broilers. Flame broiler is amazing in general! Cheap and healthy. I recommend it to everyone, and especially this restaurant to those around Corona! read more

Rude cashier, told her thank you for the order and she didn't say you're welcome or even look my direction, another customer said thank you, still nothing. Homeboy ordered a regular bowl, got a mini, asked for the one he originally requested and they told him next time they can't honor a upgrade and he said it isn't a upgrade If that's what I ordered, he ended up making everyone else's bowls first so we had to wait a good 30 mins to get his, come home to find out we got vegetables in our bowl when we asked for it without. read more

Bummer because I love Flame Broiler, I don't get the young guy at the 6pm shift at this location, I get the old dude that works the lunch time shift, and he's very manic. He can be super cool, or a super jerk. One time i ordered 8 bowls (for my company) and I asked for an extra bag for all 20 sauce containers, and his reply was "really..... why? I guess man if you reallly need the extra bag..." I was about to say ef you buddy, here's $0.13 for the plastic bag. I've probably spent easily over $100.00 here on bowls, and outt of the 20 bowls, the same thing every time, chicken bowl, green onions, they've messed up 20% of them.... When you have only 10 things on the menu it shouldn't be that hard. It takes forever too... Their credit card scanner is still using 56K modem, so you have to wait super long time to sign your bill, and if there are other bowls coming out for the other customers, you will have to wait until he hands out all the bowls until he hands you his 1 pen he keeps in his pocket. Severely under staffed for a lunch time shift. Go to another FB location at lunch if you like to be in & and out of a place in under 30 minutes. read more

Five stars! Great, hot, quick food and the place is clean. Classic rock and and american flag hanging. I don't understand the rude comments. Great customer service is taking your order quickly and efficiently and you getting it as you ordered it. So he doesn't want to kiss your ass and be friends. Is that what you're going there for? read more

This flame Broiler randomly closes, you never know when it's going to be open, went there at 5pm on a Friday the girl was inside cleaning the counters and the door was locked, she just looked at me and said we're closed, the hours of operation on the door said 10:15am to 8pm, and several other times I've went there on a Saturday and it was closed. Other than that the food is good, you just roll the dice with them being open. read more

This place is my favorite lunch place in Corona. I tried the one in riverside off Magnolia and Tyler and it doesn't compare. The low reviews due to the cashier are pretty irrelevant; i go here for the food. The guy is not rude, he's just short and doesn't start conversations much. It's not like he throws the food at you or stares you down. He's just quiet. Nothing wrong with that. read more

I think the owner has been reading Yelp... talk about a 360 degree attitude change! I always love Flame broiler, I don't know what they put in the magic sauce but it surely is magic! This particular place's serving is bigger than most Flame broiler, even the mini bowl is loaded with meat! I like how convenient this place is and that the service is fast... you can also call it in and pick it up to avoid waiting if you're ordering to go... Keep up the attitude Mr. Not so grumpy anymore... looks like I'll be a regular at this place :) read more

Very bad customer experience. The owner who is the cashier has a awful attitude. When I walked I was not acknowledged. I'm not special or anything but I wasn't sure if he was ready to take my order. I usually give good reviews but I think this is unacceptable. Now I feel like I'm not gonna enjoy my food since he made me super upset. Will never be back!!!! No wonder the place is so empty. DO NOT come here! He has issues is obvious that the place isn't doing good and he isn't helping to encourage customers to come back . Bye!! read more

FOOD: 4 stars Tastes healthy and they do pile your bowl to the brim, which I like. Most other flame broilers don't pack it in as much as they do here. If you don't care for service, then this is probably one of the better Flame Broilers I've been to. SERVICE: 2 stars The older gentleman who works there on lunch shifts is hit or miss. Sometimes he's not too bad, other times he seems like he has something stuck up his ***. I've heard several others say the same thing so I know it's not just me. Personally, I don't have a problem with him which is why I keep coming to this place. But I know of others who vowed never to go again and will even drive to a farther Flame Broiler because of him. I feel bad because he's the complete polar opposite of his son, who I've had the pleasure of meeting the few times he's held down the fort for his dad. Super nice, super relaxed, super friendly. Unfortunately, I haven't seen him around for a very long time. read more

I am a frequent customer and am always happy with the food and service. This is one of the best flame broilers I have ever been to. It is a family run business and you can tell they care. Food is made to ordered and delivered hot. The place is always clean. Keep up the good work! read more

i absolutely love flame broiler!!! But the cashier at this place ( a man with a ponytail) i suspect ss the owner is so RUDE! he has a very Sarcastic attitude, cant even ask for a extra cup of water, plate fork etc..i have only came here because at the moment it was the closest one.Iactually dreaded asking for my order. He is a very scary guy. HINT for the business GET A FRIENDLIER CASHIER but flame broiler still the best food around ! read more

They never open in time is not dependable, when it says open at 1015 people shouldnt wait till 1025 because the owner decided to open late that day. Especially when theres alot of people outside in time of opening and he sees that he just ignores them and lets them wait 10 minutes more to open and the attitude he has is bad many times too. Edit 2/25/16 I am changing my rating to 4 stars because the owner is aware of the ratings and has been working hard to change the way he treats costumers and tries to be nicer and more attentive to the costumer so I hope this keeps up. I am not giving it 5 stars simply because its still never open on time always opens 10 or more minutes late. read more
