To be fair, Wingstop probably has the best chicken wings out of all the major chains that do it. The only difference in the stores are going to be based on customer service and cleanliness. I came here to get some quick wings during and since I'm not familiar with the area I went with what I know for sure. I'm a fan of dry rub regular wings, not bones since I think they aren't that great. I get the lemon pepper and Louisiana spice anytime I'm at Wingstop and I got the same here and it came out delicious, flavorful and crispy. As far as the food goes it's consistent with every location of Wingstop. Now cleanliness is a different thing which is why I'm taking points off on rating here. It was dirty, tables weren't wiped, the trash cans were full, bathroom was dirty, and the store had maybe 2 tables. Customer service was non existent but not saying they were mean but the staff cared more about entertaining eachother than tending a guest that's at the counter. Come for the food and you'll be happy. read more

I hate to do this, but doing in hopes the owner and managers look at this to make a change before it's too late. I know the place is fairly new, so the first try was very bad experience and then tried it again yesterday. Unfortunately, it was the same bad outcome. This time we just threw the food out and had to go to another location. None of the the wing sauces taste like any other Wingstop. The hottest one tasted like bbq how can that even be? Even Wingstops epic ranch is different at this location. When ordering one of the cashiers didn't even know one of the sauces nor did they know how to change the receipt dispenser. One of the cooks had to come do it and it was the supervisor or Manager that didn't know either. It also doesn't seem like they know how to do updates on the app when ordering. I live literally across the street and was so excited since we go to Wingstop once every week or other week. Unfortunately we will be going back to the la sierra location or hidden valley location. Will try back in two months if it's still open. It honestly seems like there is just a lack of training on recipes and standard work procedures at this location which is so unfortunate. We purchased as usual a side sauce of Louisiana Rub and we received it watery. We mentioned it to one of the workers and apparently that is "how it's made now". So the recipe changed after a week? I honestly hate to do this but I have had two bad experiences at this location! A female cook was rude and messed up my order. She then stated she would remake my wings and still made my order wrong! I asked to keep the original order due to the major inconvenience of messing up my order multiple times! The female cook stated that I could not keep the wings and was very nonchalant about her mistake. I personally would drive across town to hidden valley or La sierra locations because I've always receive excellent service at another location. But this location is closer to me so I tried it out a second time. I will definitely be hesitant to come to this location in the future! read more
