Waba Grill is dead. I have had terrible experiences with greedy portions and dirty practices with other local Waba Grills. This location stood out for a little while, it provided fair portions and service. It was my go to Waba to avoid the other ones even if it meant driving twice the distance. However, today it obliterated my positive outlook on Waba Grill entirely. First I show up to get my order and as I walk in the restaurant had a very foul odor. It literally smelled like a dirty bathroom because someone didn't clean the feces. Next, I ask for my order and it still not ready and being packed even though I'm there 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. By the time I get my bag with the 4 bowls I ordered the food is now luke warm. Here is the worst part and the most upsetting. The portions of food are absurdly ridiculous. I got one chicken veggie bowl, one chicken bowl, one Waba bowl and one steak bowl and a 5 piece dumpling order for $50.13. The steak bowl was more of a rice bowl because the portion was so small idk how it could be called a steak bowl. My Waba bowl was the same but both the chicken and steak portions were also reduced. The more saddening part is even the rice portions are low. $50.13 for RICE with mediocre chicken and steak portions is just absurd and greedy. They are even taking Waba sauce and bottling it themselves and writing Waba sauce with sharpie on the caps to resell it. How much penny pinching is going on in this business? Is it too slow that there is not enough business that they're going with these greedy business tactics? If that's the case then based on my experience today, why wouldn't it be slow? How do businesses treat their customers this way and expect to succeed and remain busy and prosperous? What in the hell is going on with Waba?? This was not how Waba Grill was 2+ years ago. It has just been going on a huge decline. It isn't one location here and there anymore, it's basically every location now! Are these franchises just being sold to anyone now? Waba has nothing but greedy business owners who serve you less and charge you more. Last time I ever step foot into any Waba Grill. I will not support a company who cares more about their pockets than their customers receiving the fair amount of food and service that they are paying for. read more

spent time chatting with the walmart worker that comes in regulary instead of taking orders ! we waited over 20 minutes just to order and the other two customers before the walmart worker in front of me got their food before i even got to order. Then the fat cook / manager stopped the new worker from taking our order so he can bag another order, and while he tries to bag it the manager gets mad he didn't do something right so just yanks it from him and starts doing it himself and makes him watch while he could've taken our order. it was rude to him, and us?? treat ur workers right and why are we chatting instead of getting orders out . ridiculous . no hate to the new guy i know u were doing ur best lol read more

I haven't been to Waba Grill in years, but a friend wanted to meet me there for lunch and I said OK. We were greeted by Max at the counter, who was patient, helpful and friendly, as I was trying to figure out what I wanted, and also to look at possible deals on the Waba Grill app that my friend told me to download. On that visit, Max set the Gold Standard for Customer Service. I got the chicken steak combo bowl with rice and vegetables, and it was really good. My vegetarian friend got steak that wasn't real steak. He let me try a piece and I was blown away by how good it was and how realistic it tasted. Anyway, I would recommend this place and I'll be going back. I should've come back sooner, but I didnt realize how good this place is . read more

Huge disappointment today. I ordered my usual Spicy Asian salad and it was horrible. I should have known something was up when my order was ready within minutes. The chicken was ice-cold and there were little to no veggies (2 carrot slices and 2 cherry tomatoes) buta grip of edamame. If I had time I would take the salad back for a refund. I read the reviews before I left home and noticed a few displeased people in the last few days but I wasn't expecting mine to be a disappointing visit.
