Sep 2026. Time to celebrate a special birthday! We let them know in advance this was a special occasion. It was a wonderful first time experience for us. Yes, there were a few disappointments along the way, but there were also some exceptional moments that influenced my bottom line rating. Our first impression was, this place is quite classy, both in decor and service. A wonderful date-night kind of place. If I had one criticism of their layout: there is no fancy al fresco dining, just a sliver of a patio alongside the parking lot. At least that means your furry friends can come along. No romantic view, and the heavy sound of freeway traffic is right outside the back door. But overall, it does not downplay the tasteful elegance you will find inside. The menu is a single page, a thoughtful diversity of choices without being overwhelmingly so, but also, with price tags that might take your breath away, at first. But we knew this walking in. We started with a Wedge Salad. The presentation was eye-popping. The iceberg lettuce was smothered in house-made buttermilk dressing (excellent), blue cheese crumbles freshly harvested from a fine wheel of cheese, and generous chunks of house-made, spicy sweet pork belly (oh, so good). This is a shareable salad, but if I had ordered nothing else, this could have been my meal, and I would have been sublimely happy. But then, Birthday Boy ordered their Baked Brie with raspberry bacon jam. Just so you know, I have never liked brie. But, after one bite, I was smitten. The brie and jam are perfectly baked inside a flaky crust, lightly dusted with powdered sugar, and plated on a big puddle of the most amazing honey butter sauce imaginable. I scraped it up with a spoon, but for the more civilized amongst us, it is intended to be delivered to your tummy via a crostini. Unabashed Clean Plate Club member here. I could have stopped right there. The Asparagus Fries were not as good. Five plump spears were coated in a parmesan panko crust, then fried. It lost its delicate flavor IMHO, due to an almost burnt crust. The two dips, a garlic aioli and a creamy sweet/smokey chipotle, were just OK. I could see a lemony hollandaise working nicely instead. Pass on this one, maybe their grilled version is better. We ordered one entree, the 16 oz. Double-cut Duroc Pork Chop. The menu said it came with a plum sage sauce. Actually, the sauce tasted more like apple, not plum, and was much too delicate and not herbal enough to enhance the porkiness. Besides not loving the flavor of the sauce, the thick chop is an extremely lean cut. The moistest, tenderest bites were alongside the rib bones. The chef did a wonderful job of maintaining a medium temperature (as requested) and the fried sage leaves on top were a very nice touch. This was a beautiful presentation with flair, but I personally thought it was missing the target for flavor, and I missed the fat. At the end of our meal, our server brought a huge plate decorated with a chocolate sauce message saying "Happy Birthday", plus two mini bites of cheesecake and a lighted candle. We declined any attention-getting song. He's too old for that frivolity. It was the thought that counts. My final indulgence was a slice of Key Lime Pie to bring home. For the price, $11, it was a disappointment. It was a very small slice. I could have been more forgiving, but it was also too sweet. I personally prefer a more tart version. It was topped with one fresh raspberry and a small poof of whipped topping, most likely a non-dairy version, very heavy tasting and unappealing. This I would not repeat. One noteable strength was the superb service. Our server, Savandra, was delightful and fun, hard working, and appropriately attentive. We also had the pleasure of talking with the manager, Ignacio, who has a very impressive background in fine dining. They both made our visit most memorable, for all the right reasons.
Cisco is so close to our office, and I always love when we come here for lunch! The steak is superb. I usually get the filet mignon with mashed potatoes, and it never disappoints. My coworkers absolutely rave about the crème brûlée corn and I have to agree, it's really good! Such a unique side and definitely worth trying. Great steakhouse, great food, and always a solid choice for a special lunch/dinner. Definitely one of our go-to spots nearby!
We came, we saw, and we left with a full belly... We started off strong with drinks! Mine was the Royal Martini--AMAZING. My fiancé had the White Rabbit... and when I say he enjoyed it, I mean he practically inhaled it. We usually split our meals, but now I'm seriously regretting that decision because that grilled artichoke was SO good. Nettie, next time I'm ordering my own because sharing is clearly not the move. Then came the New York steak --WOW. Mind-blowing flavor, cooked medium to fully cooked, and absolutely delicious. Definitely one you have to try! And because we have absolutely no self-control when dessert is involved, we made room for the cheesecake with warm cherries. Again... AMAZING! 10/10 would come back hungry.
What an amazing find! We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were blown away. Mariana, our server was beyond kind and attentive. Her service was the best I've had in a long time, and the added anniversary dessert really set the bar high for me. We had the crispy shrimp appetizer, the cioppino and the filet mignon with Brussels sprouts and we were floored with the freshness and the quality of the food! I LOVED the ambiance of this place. Very moody, modern, upscale and romantic. What a gem! I cannot wait to be back!
I honestly don't think I've ever been this touched by a restaurant experience. About two weeks after we dined at Cisco, the owner called my sister and asked whether anyone in our group had lost something that night. He wouldn't say what it was and kept asking for a specific description so he could make sure it went back to the right person. At the time, I had no idea I had even lost anything. It wasn't until my sister called me that I realized my Hermès bracelet was missing.. and that it had fallen off at the restaurant. What amazed me even more was finding out that the owner had personally called several customers who had dined there that evening trying to track down the owner of the bracelet. When my sister went to pick it up, we wanted to leave him something as a small thank-you, but he refused multiple times. That kind of honesty and genuine kindness is so rare, and it really stayed with us. We left saying that Cisco is now going to be one of our places for birthdays, celebrations, and family gatherings. When someone runs a restaurant with that much integrity and care, it says a lot about the way they run everything else too. And the food absolutely lived up to it. The pasta was delicious, the chicken was excellent, and every appetizer we ordered was amazing. Even the kids loved everything. Great food is one thing, but being treated with this level of honesty and kindness makes a place truly special. We will absolutely be back, many times.
Came here to celebrate my brother's graduation and they did not disappoint! Service was amazing even though we had a large party. The food was so delicious. I had the salmon place and I completely finished everything. Drinks were amazing as well. Low lighting at tables gave a more intimate, private ambiance.
Michelle was great. She provided great customer service. She was very attentive. Ample parking. Very beautiful inside. Restrooms were clean. Restaurant and staff are dressed to the Ts. Food was delicious. We ordered Lemon Drop, Pacific Old Fashioned, Rib Eye Sandwich, Yellowfin Crudo, Deviled Eggs and Asparagus Fries. We will be back. Service was quick. We went for a late lunch.
Made a reservation here to celebrate a special occasion and we made a good choice. First off, the restaurant is very nice and clean. It could be romantic for a date or fancy for a celebration dinner. Everyone was very accomadating. I want to give a shoutout to our waiter Roni who catered to us that day. He was phenomenal. Great attitude and very attentive. He gave us some recs on dinner plates and he did not disappoint us with that. Now for the food. We ordered a little bit of everything. Everything came out so fresh the food was still steaming. We ordered: apps such as: crispy shrimp and glazed meatballs. Both 10/10 slow braised ribs pasta. 10/10 ribeye steak medium well it was cooked so perfectly 10/10 Cesar salad with crispy chicken. The lettuce was fresh and the chicken was so flavorful 10/10 garlic soup with some bread on the side also 10/10 salmon with potatoes 10/10 This place is def not advertised enough. It's a hidden gem here in corona.
My husband of 41 years surprised me by taking me to one of the best restaurants in the IE and that's Cisco in Corona Ca. We started off with drinks. We first ordered a Passion fruit Mule which is my fave now. Lol He then ordered a Mellow Yellow. He like that one too! For dinner we ordered the brussels sprouts with balsamic vinaigrette. They were so good probably one of the best I've ever had. The hubby ordered the double cut duroc pork chop. It was amazing!! It's a great take on the pork chops and apple sauce. I had the Tagliatelle with short ribs and pasta. That was also very good. To top it all off the attentive staff brought over an Anniversary desert. It was yummy! It was such a great experience and it definitely was one of the best meals I've eaten. We will definitely be back!

The food was good, just not great, the Brussels sprouts were overly-charred and the short rib tagliatelle pasta was so soggy that the pasta was breaking. I got the passion fruit mule and it was actually very good. Steaks were also great! We came to celebrate our 14 year wedding anniversary (let them know over the phone at the time of our reservation) and it wasn't acknowledged in any way. Our waiter did a great job, but then left on a 30min and let us know another gentleman would be coming to take his place, but that other gentleman never came. Luckily a young lady came by and asked if we needed assistance.
We waited for the right time to come to this spot. Saturday after lunch. We had time to chat with our server Rony, and enjoyed the vibe. Modern grill type of menu that sure pleased this Yelper! We started with Old Fashioned drinks. I had the Ribeye French dip sandwich and wifey had Brussel sprouts and pork belly wedge salad. The French dip was the most flavorful I've ever had! The brussel sprouts and wedge were also amazing according to wifey. I'm sorry we waited so long to come here, but I'm sure we will return soon. Also the AC is good for summer, and the music is nice melodic background for an intimate time. Nice and mellow. A++
One of my favorite dinner spots in Corona. Great food, great drinks, great service. The entire staff is attentive and friendly. Clean and comfortable environment. Restaurant is nicely decorated inside and the tables are roomy. You could dress up or still go casual if you wanted to. My go-to appetizer is the artichoke, but the crispy rice is also really yummy. My favorite dinner is the chicken piccata. If you like mules I highly recommend the Passion fruit mule. Hubby recommends the Penicillin or the Negroni. Their Burnt Basque Cheesecake and the Key Lime Pie are a wonderful ending to the meal. Definitely give it a try if you haven't already.

I met up with a friend who lives nearby, so we chose this restaurant because it was close to her home. We honestly didn't expect much, but we were pleasantly surprised! Everything was great, from the atmosphere and service to the food. We had such a nice time catching up and talking. The restaurant has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, which makes it a great place if you're looking for somewhere to have a good conversation without feeling rushed or distracted. The food was delicious, too. We ordered the fish, and the cod was incredibly tender. The desserts were also really good. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our time here. I hope to come back often! read more
We finally had dinner at Cisco Restaurant & Bar for a birthday celebration, and I'm glad we did! We stated with the Crispy Rice with Ahu Tuna, which was absolutely delicious. I had the French Onion Rib Eye Sandwich with a salad, and OMG...I must say, that was the best sandwich I've ever had! We finished with the Burnt Basque Cheesecake. The word "burnt" had me questioning our choice at first, but to my surprise, it was delicious! The service was excellent. Our sever and the manager both came by our table to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The kind of personal attention really made the experience even better. Cisco is located in nice, quiet area, and the decor has a really romantic feel. One thing I really liked was that the music was low enough for us to actually have a conversation without having to yell at each other. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Cisco to others! read more

Cisco's is a lovely addition to the Luna family. This place is Mixing the lovely flavors of Luna which is just next door with American steakhouse, but with ample vegetarian and pescatarian options, this is now one of my top favorite restaurants. Flavors are fully on point, the appetizer , entree, and dessert options are ample and service is top notch. I have now dined in restaurant and gotten food to go. Both times it was worth the price. Seemingly for the weekend, make a reservation for best results. But during weeks it seems like walkins can be seated and served right away. read more
We really enjoyed this restaurant. It was our first time, and we'll definitely be back. It was a great spot to celebrate a birthday. It's a little more upscale than some of our typical corona spots. We made reservations for a Wednesday evening and had a wonderful experience. We ordered drinks, the artichoke, deviled eggs, a wedge salad, chicken Caesar salad, and the filet. Everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. read more

The food here is absolutely amazing and reasonably priced for what I got. The "Baked Brie w/ bacon jam" is a must try appetizer. The bread has a nice crunch to it and the crust of the Brie is very fresh and has a nice glaze underneath it. The starter "Wedge Salad" does just enough while being paired with pork belly to add a nice flavor to the tongue pallet. Although, I think I'm not a fan of blue cheese. The "Porterhouse" is very filling and is shareable among 2 people. I enjoyed the two different cuts of meat, however I do feel that it would've tasted even better without all the extra seasoning that was on it. The "Corn Crème Brûlée" is like an Americanized corn cheese, different but good. The service here was amazing, shoutout to Ashley and the two others that were taking care of us last night. Definitely was not disappointed. The ambiance of the place is really nice, from the outside it doesn't look like much but once you get inside, the vibe kind of switches. It gives elevated and fancy, but not dress code fancy. read more

My family and I celebrated my birthday here over a week ago and enjoyed every bite! Our appetizer, dinner, dessert, and drinks were superb! It's nestled in a business park area but easy to find. It's a huge, stunning restaurant with a bar in the middle. Upscale casual, a place where we can wear a shirt and jeans or dress up. Upon entry, we were greeted and seated within a few minutes. Our server was fantastic--she was friendly, attentive, and made my birthday dinner extra special with a beautifully designed plate with cake pieces on top. We loved the BAKED BRIE WITH BACON JAM-- Melty cheese wrapped in crispy pastry dough. The RIB EYE steak, CHEESEBURGER , FRENCH ONION RIB EYE sandwich were flavorful and tender. I had the LINGUINE AND BLACK TIGER PRAWNS with a creamy black garlic chili oil caramelized onion sauce -- super tasty though I would have preferred the pasta to be on the al dente side. The BURNT BASQUE CHEESECAKE was very delectable and went really well with the warm cherries. The drinks were so refreshing and delightful, and I liked that they had enough alcohol that gave me a good buzz! We will definitely go back for more, especially for special occasions! read more
I've been wanting to try a different restaurant in the Corona area and decided to try Ciscos. I would say it's a nicer establishment where you can dress a little nicer, that's at least what I did for date night. Sierra was a great waitress. She was really personable and on top of everything. The food was really good as well. Weekends can be busy, so make a reservation. They only take reservations via phone call. So call ahead :) I ordered the corn crème brûlée. I thought it was very unique. I've never had it before. It was good. Just very sweet. It was soo sweet it was almost a dessert. I would pick a different side with the steak. The crispy ahi tuna-the crispy rice was perfection, however the fish tasted like it was half tuna from a can and ahi tuna mixed together. That part wasn't my favorite. read more

This restaurant is aesthetically beautiful surrounded by charming decor . The guests all looked happy and enjoying themselves. Everywhere I turned , I saw . That's rare to see . All the waiters/waitresses were very kind and attentive. Mariana was our waitress and she was very knowledgeable of menu and accommodated our children with suggestions for food the kids could eat . 1) The asparagus fries were perfection 2) drinks were well crafted (excellent) 3) my kids love the Alfredo pasta 4) sushi roll was fine, maybe too much mayo aoli sauce 5) hamburger great presentation with side of truffle fries . The meat was a teeny tiny bit salty but still so delicious I ate entire thing when normally I eat half . Can't wait to go back and try entire menu ! Thanks again for the experience ! read more
Came here for my son's birthday. Expensive but worth it for special occasions. Each dish was not only delicious but also perfectly plated. We started with appetizers hummus with naan and crispy shrimp, both excellent. I had also ordered a wedge salad with pork belly, probably one of the best salads I've had. Two of us ordered the Cioppino which was amazing. The birthday boy ordered the pork chops and he loved it, although the portion was small for $38. Cisco never disappoints! Honestly, they give the best service our server, Mariana Was amazing. She was on her game made sure all of our are cocktails we're always filled Constantly came around checking that we were all doing good with our food and drinks. Everything from start to finish was delicious. We met up with some friends to celebrate her birthday. We hadn't seen each other in a while love that they weren't trying to get us out to fast like other establishments that you only allowed to be in the restaurant for a limited amount of time, which in my opinion is ridiculous if I'm paying for eating and drinking, I should be able to be there as long as I want to especially because I'm a great tipper. read more

A wonderful dinner, to celebrate my daughter graduating today. We were a very small group, and this restaurant was perfect. We all had different items, which was great, everyone liked their choices. The portions were good, enough to take home! I thought the prices were fair for the quality of the food and preparation. Cisco's dining experience was truly out of this world! From our amazing server, Michelle, to the attentive manager and exceptional service, every detail made our evening memorable. The food was outstanding. Each dish had its own distinct flavor, the seasoning was perfectly balanced, and the steak was cooked to absolute perfection. We stopped in on a Friday evening (5pm). Beautiful decor and ambiance in the most unexpected location. A true hidden gem. The appetizer Ahi tuna plate was crispy and just the right amount of spicy. The chicken piccata was perfect and the mashed potato side was delicious. We didn't get to try dessert, but they looked pretty good. My husband had the steak salad (not pictured). The salad is a good size portion with a 4oz steak. It's not plated like a traditional salad and that's why I think it's so good. We were told by our bartender that a happy hour menu is in the works! My oh my.... This was absolutely excellent! This place has been open a bit over a year and we have been meaning to get out and try it. It's the weekend preceding my birthday and it was just my wife and I. The baked Brie and Bacon Jam was fantastic for our appetizer, I would have been happy at just that. I had filet my wife their signature maple salmon, both were outstanding, as well as mashed potatoes and crème brûlée corn which shouldn't be missed! Definitely will be on rotation! This place is new so I had to come try it. Our bartender Tania is friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. Ambiance was nice and mellow. We had the following items; Deviled eggs were a little salty but still good. 8/10 Baked Brie, baked to order, takes some time but worth it. CISCo brings some great combinations of delicious flavors and inventive ways to give you an experience with food. This restaurant is probably best for date nights or events although odds are if ya show up ready to eat good food they will accommodate. The restaurant has a fairly upscale vibe in the sense of a Friday night hot spot. Tony was our server and I'm sorry for posting this so late... but I really want to give you a shout out for how wonderful you were not only with suggestions but just with how attentive you were. All in all service was beyond fantastic!! So my fiancée wanted to take me out to dinner and she chose this spot for us. The food was quite the experience, we tired this watermelon that was supposed to be like ahi tuna and since my fiancée can't eat fish this was really appealing. Though she was mixed on it we were both very impressed with how close it was to eating Ahi Tuna. The fried asparagus was just something else ... we would get two orders of that next time. I got their main pork dish and my fiancée got the ravioli I believe. The showstopper was the sauce on the pork.... We just could not get over it and how delicious it was. The pork was pretty good itself but it was varied on dry and juicy. They may have cut the pork too soon which dried out the meat a bit but overall I really enjoyed it. The wedge salad was amazing !!! I loved the chops of pork belly and the dressing was just amazing. Lastly our dessert was on point. Overall this was a great experience and we will find ourselves returning. read more
