I met my friend here today and had a great meal. The super hostess told me that it was smash double Burger Monday. This delicious burger was cooked medium and had onion and cheese. Their potato fries were cut like "slivers" and were crisp and tasted great. I also ordered the salad. It was made with very good greens, feta cheese and I think raisins. The IPA I had was refreshing An owner, Eric, stopped to say hello. He was very friendly. I asked for a suggestion for a house specialty beer. He offered, Requiem by Route 30 Brewing. I bought of their 2 glasses for home. (My friend's infant made a mess with food on the floor. The hostess stated" no worries." I saw there was a stage for a band. Good music played, TV's were all on with different sporting events and there was a corn hole toss for outside. I loved this place. I will return.

My friend like the Mexican lime lager so much, he got a 4 can pack to go!

I got a Groupon for route 30 beer, saved a bundle! I went to their Sterling Ave location, because the downtown location doesn't serve food. Took my BF and a friend who both love good food and good beer, we were served by superstar Megan We got fish and chips, chicken pasta pizza, chicken pesto Sammie and everything delicious! Beerwise we recommend the Mexican lime lager and Dunn of Darkness! We can't wait to go back

Friendly and delicious! Fav food was Dirty 30 with fried chicken; red and pineapple hazy were yummy. Good vibes, even have couches in front of brew room. Support Local!

    My favorite was the pineapple

Went last Friday for the first time, we loved everything about it, the food, the beers the atmosphere. With that said went back yesterday, we still loved everything about but we ordered 4 pizzas that we couldn't finish due to how salty they were, I believe it's the type of cheese. Brought the leftovers home but I'm not so sure I want to try again. Maybe using a different type of cheese or giving customers another cheese option. Would love to try one again but not with that cheese. Other wise love this spot

I came to Route 30 on a Friday after work for a goodbye party for a coworker. I wish I could give 1/2 star rating as I would rate it a 3.5 stars. The place is a great option if you have a large group. There are large tables if you have an intimate group of 8 or a big group of 20. The room is spacious so if you want to walk around and mingle, you are able to. If you come with a group, you are given a number to place your order. As you get additional items, just give your waiter your number to add to your tab. You also use that number when paying. Our group was helped by Steve. I ordered the Citrus City - American wheat ale conditioned with citrus zest. It was a solid beer. I also got the jalapeno pretzel bites. They were surprisingly spicy. They had more of a kick than I expected. I got the hatch chile queso so that definitely added to the spiciness.

    Tasting flight!

Great service and na. We're the pretzel bites great!!! Loved the smash burgers both the cowboy and the goat! My daughter loved the chicken pesto sandwich. My wife got the tasting flight and the beers were good. They also allowed dogs inside which was great. I'd stop by again next time I'm out in riverside!! The fries and tots were also on point!

I was in the area and I was craving a seltzer . I called this place to see what kind of seltzers they had and once all the different options were listed I was sold . When I arrived I was immediately greeted and the bartender was super patient with me while I looked over the menu and she answered any questions I may had had . I decided on the lemonade seltzer and not only was it very refreshing it had just the right amount of sweetness . As far as food I ordered the jalapeño pretzel bites and they were pretty solid . You can tell the pretzels bite are fresh and the Dijon mustard to go with it is the prefect compliment . Overall the atmosphere was pretty chill and there is a ton of space to accommodate large groups.

Wax paper straight dripping, like it's going out of style! Very disgusting. Wondering about how this joint got such good ratings.

I mean......look at the picture! I had wax paper on my sandwich. The sad part was...how much I ate before I noticed. Very shocking!

Went here for a meet up with our older grandson and this place is a great place for a good local beer and food and they allowed dogs here. Their food menu selection was top notch with a great variety of meals to choose from. I had pizza, which I only ate 1/2, my wife had one of their salads and our grandson had a sandwich and all was great ! I had a flight of my choice of samples and my wife had their house made root beer and she really liked everything here which is sometimes hard for her to please when out at a brew pub. AND to top it off their service was AWESOME and super friendly. I look forward to returning here again soon.

The second location in Riverside I've visited closer to Corona. Popped in for a visit on their grand opening day. The front parking lot had kids axe throwing, corn hole toss and raffle prizes, jerky tent and 96.7 KCAL radio station booth. We spun the wheel at the radio station and won a Dave and busters gift card. Well worth the trip. It was pretty crowded inside but we ordered and was able to find a table. Large interior space great for groups with lively ambiance. Garage bay type doors open the floor to the outside area. Overall was good.

Ask the Community - Route 30 Brewing Company

    Is it pet friendly?

Hi there, yes I tend to think so!

    Have any food?

Unfortunately, they don't serve food but they did have some beef jerky for sale. You can also bring food in or have food delivered. (Last time I was there was end of September, so if things have changed, apologies for any misinformation!)

    Are people under 21 allowed?

Yes, our son age 14 and nephew age 9 went with us and had a blast playing bingo, trivia and board games with us.

    Are they dog friendly?

    Yes!

    When is Trivia night?

I believe is either the 3rd or 4th Saturday of the month. We called ahead to get some information and that's how we found out. The staff is super friendly.

As always, it was extremely crowded, but despite that, we only waited about 10 minutes. Once we were seated, Ronald took care of us. He was an amazing server--very entertaining, friendly, and incredibly kind. We really appreciate the great service he gave us. The ribeye was absolutely amazing. I ordered mine medium, and it was cooked perfectly. My boyfriend ordered his medium well, and his steak was also cooked exactly the way he wanted it. The appetizers and sides were delicious as well. The portions were unbelievably large--it almost felt impossible to finish everything. I couldn't even finish all of my appetizers and sides. Including our drinks and a brownie with ice cream, we paid around $160. I know that's quite a lot for two people. We ordered more than usual because we wanted to try several things we hadn't had before, but I still think the prices are slightly above average. The restaurant itself was very clean, and you could tell that everyone was working hard and doing their best. I definitely think everyone should experience this place at least once. The only issue was the restrooms. I completely understand that this is a very busy restaurant, but because of how crowded it gets, I think the restrooms need to be cleaned more frequently.

I found out about it through my cousin, who's a UCR alum, and I'm really glad I finally got to try it. The staff were super nice and attentive, constantly coming by our table to check if we needed more water, tortillas, or anything else we might want. Even with how busy it was, they still made sure everyone was taken care of, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was packed, and it actually surprised me because I don't usually see that many people at restaurants in Riverside. The energy inside felt lively but still comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the fresh tortillas. They come out hot and fresh from the oven, and you can literally watch them being made right in front of you, which made it even better. And the best part is they're free. We ordered the carne fajitas and chile relleno. The fajitas were incredible, the meat was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, with that perfect smoky sear that comes from being cooked fresh on a hot skillet. Everything came out sizzling and stayed flavorful with every bite. The chile relleno was also really good, with a nice balance of savory and slightly creamy filling that paired well with the sauce. It was actually my first time trying fajitas, and I can confidently say I'll be ordering them again the next time I come back. I definitely plan on returning while I'm still at UCR to make up for all the years I didn't know this place existed.

First time coming to the restaurant for all of us. The ambience was cool and I liked the fact that they made the tortillas fresh. The food was cool I guess. My grandmother got the chicken fajitas but there were no bell peppers with it, just onions. The tamale was mid. My Dad and myself ordered a basic bean and cheese burrito. I did not like the fact that it wasn't mentioned that the beans are made with bacon until AFTER we received our food! My dad doesn't eat meat and the rice is made with chicken as well. The server did bring him something else but this needs to be stated on the menu or upon ordering! We were sat right next to where they made the tortillas and can see them being made since they had glass windows around it. However, there was one gentleman that was making tortillas who was on his cell phone texting or whatever CONSTANTLY at the same time while doing this. He had a glove on one hand and no glove on the other, and was touching the tortilla dough.....We all know how dirty a cell phone is! And what made it worse is at one point he itched the inside of his nose with his finger, and didn't even wash his hands or have gloves on after that. Definitely made my stomach turn and what caused me to go and write this review. I suggest a camera be placed at the tortilla station, add the notes about bacon in the beans and chicken in the rice, and add bell peppers to the fajitas. Also, maybe give the option of meatless beans and rice for the non-meat eaters
