We stopped in at Carbon Nation on a total whim on Mothers Day, and Carbon Nation did not disappoint. Located in a central spot in a business warehouse park, Carbon Nation is easy to drive by, but totally worth the stop. Follow Apple Maps to be led to the front door (Google Maps gets confused on this one). All the beers on tap we tried were excellent, particularly the more unique styles. Shoutout to the "Biggest Lebeerski", which is a 14% White Russian barrel aged beer that easily sits in my top 3 favorite beers of all time. We've tried almost every brewery between LA and IE, and this one is definitely worth the drive. We'll be back for sure. read more

Just down the street from Thompson Brewery, Carbon Nation Brewery is a place to visit. Great selection of beers and seltzers. I was in love with their Dark Horse IPA. Very chill vibe. They do have some food vendors. They had some ramen vendor at the time we went, didn't give them a try, but will definitely try next time. Staff was amazing. I love this brewery! Today they had some Artists showing their work plus live music and food from chef George Michael. I had a strawberry hef and a cpl of Amazing brown butter choco chip cookies. The place has a cool vibe, everyone was friendly, and we had a few sweet doggie visitors. Pretty cool place, plenty of parking and a little on the small side but it's big enough. They have a couple of tables and a bar like area with 2 decent sized tvs. They play the current games and the service is pretty good. Friendly people with decently priced beers. They have a whole list of dates for the food trucks that they have come by so that's helpful. Overall it's a good place to go to and the owner and his crew seem like a great time. I've been going to this brewery for a good part of 2024, and I find that it's one of my favorite places to have a nice cold beer. The selection of beer is excellent, and they aren't afraid of trying different things. One of my favorites is the Bad Monk, a strong but tasteful belgian ale, but I also appreciate having a light and refreshing Apricot Hefeweizen to cool off in the summer. Along with great quality brews, the staff are fantastic. Ted, the owner, is a very wholesome and good-hearted person, and his staff are a pleasure to talk to and interact with. My final note to add are the events, which are a blast to attend. My work schedule doesn't permit me to visit all of them, but I was fortunate enough to visit during Ted's birthday, Art-On-Tap, and the occasional Trivia nights on Tuesdays. The sense of community during these was incredible, and you get a good feeling of the heart of Riverside through the people. With all that said, I definitely recommend visiting Carbon Nation if you're in the area and need a beer. read more

My husband and I have been to Carbon Nation Brewery many times. It's a small local brewery located in a block of warehouse building Riverside. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. The owner,Ted, is great. He is personable and talks to everyone to make sure they are enjoying their experience. The bartenders are all friendly and knowledgeable about their beers. They allow you to taste the beer before you order it. They also have flights you can order. My favorite beer is the Hazy Nation IPA. My husband enjoys the Crazy Nation. He also really likes the seltzer. They are always coming up with new beers. Last time I tried their new Apricot Hef. It was delicious. I highly recommend Carbon Nation Brewing. read more
