Going to a local brewery in an industrial plaza just hits different. The bartending team was very amicable, the vibes were extremely lax on Friday night, and plenty of space both on the first & second floors. And to top it all off the pricing is super affordable! They list rotating the food trucks on their menus (didn't try anything this time around but will definitely try it out next time). read more

I think I cracked the code. Locals must be avoiding posting reviews so that this amazing spot does not become too crowded. I can't think of another reason why there aren't 500+ reviews. We stopped by thinking we would grab a beer on our way home and spend 20 or 30 minutes here. 20 minutes, turned into three hours! Great decor, fun games, popcorn, hot dog happy hour, and it's kid-friendly?! What's not to love? There are a lot of wonderful customers, we had great conversations, and a really relaxing evening. They have a large and wonderful variety of beers on tap. Isaiah led us through a full tour of the varieties and helped us enjoy our experience so much that we are now members! Evans Brewing was fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly, making it a great spot to relax with friends or bring the kids. On a night when we decided to check out as many Taprooms that we could find this is our 3rd stop and so far, my favorite. They have two beers that are really great because I only like dark beers. Stout at the Devil is wonderful And they have a barely wine that my husband bought as a crowler, it's 13.5% ABV so it's living up to expectations and a taste was delicious so I can't wait to indulge in it another time. Fun playing cornhole, petting the cat downstairs and listening to some tunes. Great brewery!! We will return read more

At first you drive in and realize it's nestled in a commercial building.. but then you realize it's a great bar for locals to come have drink or 2+. Service was great! We went on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy. The hotdog light was on at the time so hubby and I even grabbed one since we didn't realize we could bring your own food. Lots of places to sit and hang out. Beers were great. Will definitely be back. You'll probably even catch me studying for boards or doing some work there since it's just that nice place. read more

Finally a brewery that is close to me and I love it! The place is pretty big. There is an upstairs and a downstairs for people to hang out with plenty of seats. They also have games you can bring to your tables. My fiancé isn't much of beer drinker so I love that they have hard seltzers on tap for him. The bartender was so friendly and gave us a taste test of every single seltzer they had on tap. We loved the Secret Menu Seltzer which tasted like a pink lemonade. read more

Evans Brewing located in Corona, CA was another brewery that Steve and I delved into when trying to knock out as many breweries as we can to reduce our lengthy list. The beer that we enjoyed was the Pollen Nation Honey Blonde. I do love honied beers and blondes as well so this made the perfect opportunity to have both elements involved. This beer was a good one to have with it's honey, sweet and most importantly it's subtlety in it's flavor highlights. Put up a sign. Put up a sign. The beer was great. The service and the bartenders were great. The food truck was amazing! (Shrimp quesadilla) and I completely understand serving limits. However; consistency is key. I have stayed for a similar amount of time having a similar number of drinks on a number of occasions-since I used to buy kegs; and have never been cut off. The bartenders were great but very condescending, I even drank the pitcher of water that they put out as a hint; Again. I understand serving limits, but put up a sign indicating those limits. Don't continue to serve me certain times and cut me off at other times. It seems arbitrary. I did not know that there was a limit as I have never been told, nor seen it enforced. Put up a sign so that this doesn't happen again with someone else. I won't be coming back as I have never been so insulted in my life. read more

Honestly how does this place only have 90 reviews? I know we are in the middle of nowhere but it's actually so perfect for my vibe in here! I'm here on a Wednesday late afternoon and ample tables open and ac on full blast. I'm not sure how weekends are but seems like it can get busy.... Awesome and quick service and we also took advantage of the food truck. Good music and tons of TVs playing every sports ball you can think of. They also have TNT playing on one of the TVs which I appreciate as a non sports fan. They also have an outdoor area with outdoor games but it is very hot out there right now. Obsessed! read more

This is a fun little spot. The staff is cool and the vibe is nice. Great place to hang out and have a few drinks, talk and play some games. I'm probably not the best person to review a brewery because I really don't like beer. I'm more of a Whisky kind of guy. But I will say that I tried all of their seltzers and they were really good. My fiance loves their Nects on the Beach which has a nectarine flavor. In fact, we just brought home a couple of 4-packs. What I will say is that their prices are awesome. My personal favorite brewery in Corona. They have a variety of different beers and seltzers on tap and consistently release new ones. They have a very nice tap room with friendly staff. After having several PT. cans of Evan's " Foggy Pine" hazy pale Ale in Lake Havasu City we had to check out the brewery. Very cutting edge tap system and tap room. Surprisingly small brewery but they sure have a variety on tap. After trying all at ales I liked the Foggy Pines best. Like that it's a low abv as well. Noticed a poster a beer Evan's has made in the past . Session IPA called "approachable bastard". 4.7 abv and 52 ibu. That has $$$ written all over it. Such a great time! My husband and I love trying out new breweries and Evans did not disappoint! Loved the aspect of self serving even found a new favorite :). Oscar was amazing! Evans Brewing Company is a family owned and operated brewery located in Corona, California. Moving into the 3rd generation of our family doing business in Corona, we have immense passion for this community. With great pride, in 2020, we opened our self-serve tasting room with a balcony overlooking the brewhouse. If you are not local to Corona, you can order online and we will deliver to your doorstep. My husband, my two daughters, and I would come together as a family almost every Thursday. It became something we genuinely looked forward to each week. Thursdays used to be packed, sometimes so crowded that it was hard to find a seat. There was such a fun atmosphere, with different tables bantering with each other, laughing, competing, and getting into the music. We enjoyed it so much that we even brought prizes for the host to give away. It was more than just playing bingo; it was the whole experience and energy of the night. Unfortunately, since the new Music Bingo host took over, the experience has completely changed. We even tried talking to him about it, and he told us that as long as he is running Music Bingo, he will never use the app and will continue doing everything on paper. He uses the same card for the entire two-hour game, which means that even if you arrive late, you essentially have no chance of winning. That takes away a huge part of what made the game exciting and competitive. I do want to be fair and say that we know he also hosts trivia on Tuesdays, and we actually like his approach to trivia. His style seems to work well for that format. Unfortunately, that same approach just doesn't seem to vibe with Music Bingo. Music Bingo needs a different kind of energy, interaction, and flair, and sadly, that has been missing. The host has also been rude to us when we've tried to discuss our concerns, which has made the experience even less enjoyable. The difference in the Thursday night atmosphere is very noticeable. Thursdays used to be packed and full of energy, and now the place is often nearly empty. The fun atmosphere and camaraderie we used to look forward to are simply gone. We understand that he runs the game on his own and is entitled to run it how he wants. At the end of the day, though, the format and the overall vibe have changed enough that our family no longer wants to make Thursday nights a regular part of our week. That's especially disappointing because this was something all four of us genuinely enjoyed doing together. We are still giving The Brass Tap five stars because the restaurant itself, the food, and the rest of the staff have always been fantastic. We will definitely come back for those things. We just won't be coming back as often for Music Bingo. Hopefully, at some point, Music Bingo can become the fun, lively, interactive experience it used to be. There's a huge industrial fan right by the front entrance but you really can't feel it once you are actually inside. Other than that, the place is cute, food is not bad, and prices for their beer are reasonable.
