    Bruschetta
    Vishal S.

This was a random stop based on Yelp reviews as we were in the area looking for something good and not eating at the same fast food places. There was a short waiting period before we got seated. Service was friendly and attentive. The ambiance is casual. Seating is comfortable. The bruschetta was excellent for appetizers. We ordered the garlic shrimp noodles and steak tacos ordered medium rare. Both dishes had generous amounts of food. You will not leave hungry. Prices are reasonable. The place is pretty popular so expect some wait time if going during lunch or dinner times.

My second time coming to this place and it still doesn't disappoint. The quality of the food is solid and the service was so friendly. This place is a gem in Norco. The place is nicely decorated and spacious. They also cater !

After making tough design decisions at Floor n Decor we stopped in next door at Martiniz Fresno Kitchen to try for the first time. A casual restaurant with high quality food and modern, clean decor. We ordered the Beef Empanadas to start. They're good size for an appetizer and the chipotle aioli was smoky and complemented the empanadas perfectly. Fried but not greasy. Hubby had the Miso Salmon which he liked and I had Butternut Squash Ravioli in Butter Cream sauce. Delicious! I wish I had paired it with a salad to break up the richness but I knew I'd be too full. Next time I'll do that as we will definitely be back. Our server, Brittany, was attentive and friendly as well.

Came here with a friend for brunch. It's a hidden gem next to a Hobby Lobby. It wasn't too busy when we arrived but started to fill up shortly after. The menu is pretty extensive with a wide variety of options. I have never seen a Fried Chicken & Waffle Benedict so I had to try it. My friend got the Caprese Omelette. I really enjoyed the Fried Chicken & Waffle benedict, it was so good! I didn't know what to expect, and kind of thought it would be a fried chicken drumstick next to a waffle (a la Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles), but it was chicken strips underneath perfectly poached eggs. It's was beautifully presented and served with delicious potatoes. My friend enjoyed her omelette as well! There are not a lot of coffee options if you're expecting any kind of fancy espresso based drinks, they just have regular brewed coffee and cappuccino. But they have good adult beverage options available for brunch. Our server was so kind as well. She was very attentive and professional - like 5 star restaurant service level. Highly recommend that you try it if you're in the area!

For the fish and chips: good texture, good sauces, could have been more flavorful fish. For anyone ordering the Ahi Poke Tostadas: don't worry too much about the spice level. I ordered the hot sauce on the side out of caution, but it's probably less spicy than sriracha sauce. (The fish was nice, but I wasn't the biggest fan of the cracker it was served on.)

My wife wanted seafood. We were eyeing another location but they didn't open until 11:00 AM and she was getting hangry. My kids were also whining about wanting French toast and breakfast items. Where was I going to find the best of both? We searched Yelp and stumbled on Martiniz Fresko Kitchen. A Quick look at the menu showed Sunday brunch along with my wife's favorite fish, mahi mahi (with ahi as a very close second). My wife being proactive, called ahead of time to make reservations but they said it wasn't too busy and to walk right in. When we arrived, however, there was a table reserved for two adults and two children, complete with kids menu, utensils, and even a flower. The place was very clean, almost as if they opened their doors yesterday. My daughter zeroed in on the French toast and my son chirped the same sentiment. I had a hard time deciding between the fish tacos, jambalaya, and the grilled mahi but ultimately settled on the jambalaya. My wife opted for until grilled mahi mahi served on white rice and grilled vegetables. I then added a blood orange mimosa and the ahi poke tostada. The ahi poke tostadas came out first. The poke was nicely seasoned and dressed with micro greens with a drizzle of spicy ahi sauce. I wanted more poke. The French toast was buttery and sweet, especially with the accoutrements of salted butter and maple syrup. Our kids devoured this dish. There was a generous portion of mahi mahi. Most places overcook their fish but theirs was fork tender and succulent. The grilled vegetables were nicely charred and paired nicely with the sweet taste of mahi. This is probably the best fish we tasted outside of Hawaii. The jambalaya had pearls of seafood (fish, shrimp) with spicy andouille sausage. The rice was cooked to an almost risotto texture which brought the mild spices together. We will definitely be back to try their other menu items. Martiniz Fresko Kitchen is a true gem.

It was my girlfriend and my first time here. We came for brunch after a hike in the area. This is a hidden gem. Our server was friendly and attentive, always making sure we were doing well and keeping our water cups full. There is plenty of seating, can accommodate big parties. It is very clean and spacious. The menu has so man choices to choose from. Our food was delicious. I have never had an egg white omelet (Caprese Omelet) and it didn't disappoint. It was so yummy and flavorful; every ingredient mixed so well. I love that they added sausage for me. I needed some meat. My friend liked her Fried Chicken & Waffle Benedict, too. I got a taste of that and it was good. I like that they have non traditional menu items as well as the usual brunch items. I will definitely have to come back to try the other items.

The owner is the chef and this ish is good! The photos don't lie... the food is amazing and don't tell the owner (ssshhhh!) but the prices are ridiculously low compared to other high end restaurants. We almost didn't come in because we thought you ordered at the front, but the servers are wonderful and it's a sit down restaurant to enjoy. The lights aren't low (which we appreciated because we read while we wait), but that helped us enjoy the perfect plating. Thank you for a fabulous evening! Hope to meet the chef on our next visit (if it isn't too busy).

My bf and I enjoyed every bite of our meal lol. He got the chicken sandwich with fried chicken instead and I got the miso salmon. Both were sooo good! You can tell they put a lot of thought into the menu and love into their meals. Thank you again! We will be back soon

AHH-MAZING! The rave reviews did not disappoint. We stopped by on our way to Vegas and I'm already bookmarking this spot for future trips. Since we had our pups with us, we ordered everything to go and it was perfect. Here's what we tried: * Cauliflower Vegan Steak - 10/10 (perfect!) * Carnitas Tacos - 9/10 * Fried Fish Taco - 8.7/10 * House Salad - 15/10 (Yes, it was that good!) * Grilled Shrimp Taco - 9/10 Shoutout to their to-go supplies: sturdy, high-quality containers, utensils and paper bags. Nothing flimsy or cheap here. 10/10! We also grabbed two sides of chicken for our dogs and they inhaled it before I could snap a pic. Bonus: the inside of the restaurant was spotless, which feels rare these days. I also peeked at their weekend breakfast menu and let's just say I'm already planning a return trip for that alone. The owner was incredibly kind, even brought water out to us while we ate in the car with the dogs. Tip: Bring cash to get a 4% discount!

The food is always amazing here. Service is always friendly and the place is nicely decorated. Plenty of parking in the shopping center. First time eating inside the restaurant. Only thing I didn't like was the young server coming every 2 minutes to our table, made me feel rushed to eat and get out, when your picking up plates as I'm finishing up eating. Next time to go orders.

This yummy little hole in the wall storefront is right next to Floors and Decor and you don't want to miss it! First off, bright open space, greeted instantly walking in and told to pick our spot. The table situation against a walled back seat scenario allows for you to choose to combine as many tables as you need for whatever size your party, so whether date night with 2 people or group hang out of 10, this place has got the space! The very nice female employee (forgot her name!) quickly dropped some menus and grabbed our drink order. Now I am a snob about tea, and I do have to say I did not care for the plain unsweetened flavor, it tasted old - and if you drink tea like me you know what I mean. Everything else was pretty good though: Bruschetta- 3 pieces, had fresh onions, tomato, garlic bits going on. I think it had sprouts instead of basil? Nice balsamic glaze. Ate it right up. Calamari - Nice long strings of meat depending fried. Kinda like chicken tender size. No baby squids with their cute tentacles! They needed some salt but other than that real decent, and the tartar was delicious. Grilled Fish Tacos - these tacos were beast size, so juicy and mouthwatering. Some decent sized tomatoes and cabbage inside , very little thin red onion to not overpower and some crumble cheese. I would probably suggest a different side to go with though, the waffle fries are not ideal. Jambalaya - this was my husbands meal. He said it was okay but could have used some Cajun seasoning/spice and been more of a drier dish. It was a wet enough rice plate to make him think it was more like a risotto. The shrimps made are definitely jumbo so no skimping there. Shrimp Scampi - very buttery (but not swimming) with those XXXL Jumbo shrimps. Had a good mixture of veggies inside, and some thick shavings of Parmesan cheese. The bread was ammmmaaazing. I can't remember if it is offered as an appetizer but if not they should. So good. Overall, you will get your moneys worth in food from this place. They don't forget you at all, the woman came by several times to check if we needed refills and liked our food - also, a man that I am assuming was their chef also came out several times to check on if the food was to our liking. Their hospitality is on point, and other than just the need for some extra seasoning/salt in some of their dishes I'd say this is a spot I will be coming back to again.

Gluten Free Review: (disclaimer - I am not celiac, just gluten free for other health reasons) I ordered takeout while in town, and this was not a miss! There is a reason they have such great reviews! I got the fried fish tacos, but I had meant to get grilled to keep it gluten free! I assume the fried fish is not gluten free. I appreciated the true corn tortillas that did not fall apart while eating - not even a little! The tacos were outstanding. Perfectly cooked and flaky. The toppings and cilantro sauce had amazing flavor. Rice was cooked to perfection and just slightly salted - fantastic. Quick and friendly customer service. Clean and well kept establishment.

They kept refilling our water, clearing our buckets, and checking in to make sure everything was good throughout the meal. We got the Cajun spice mild and the sauce was amazing, especially with the rice. It was very flavorful and comforting. The shrimp were definitely the highlight because they soak up the sauce really well. The mussels and crawfish were good, but the meat was a bit smaller and seemed like it might be frozen. If you are ordering, I would recommend going for the shrimp set because it pairs the best with the sauce. Overall a really enjoyable meal and a fun place for a casual date night.

I think I would only go back if they ramped up their banchan but I did ask, and they said they won't really rotate their banchan :( staff was very attentive but the food will make or break it for me. Hoping I can retry in the future once they're more established.
