First timer here and probably last time coming after our experience and watching what happened during our visit. We understand that this establishment might be new and training is still needed for their staff, but there are things that just are a health concern for us. The restaurant has a good size seating room and has TVs for you to watch. The inside is clean and has comfortable seating. Restrooms are for customers only so there is a code. The menu is extensive and love that they have breakfast all day. We came in during breakfast lunch time so we decided to try their breakfast items. I expected the portion size to be huge which is what most reviewers were saying and the photos that were posted. The burrito was average size but was so bland. The bacon was like bacon bits and barely had any in there. The ham was diced up ham that was burnt pieces. They only had green salsa which is fine but it had no flavor to it. We were highly disappointed in this burrito since it wasn't cheap. The pancake combo was so small. My poor husband was still hungry after he was done with his meal. The bacon was not crispy. The eggs had no flavor. The pancakes were dense, but had good flavor. This was another disappointing dish. The service we witnessed was inconsistent. Some people were given ranch for free and some were told they had to pay for it. We saw a guy asking for a refund, but they couldn't figure it out, and said there wasn't any manager on site to help him. They finally figured a way to get the man what he wanted but it took awhile for him to get his food and money back. We also saw one of the workers who was taking orders and packing them, go over to help one of the customers who was sitting and eating. She literally took his bread from his plate and helped him spread jelly on it. I've never seen that before at any place. I thought it was very kind of her but I then thought of that was sanitary. She then brought our food out and put it down on our table. We didn't order onion rings, so my husband asked if this was part of our order. She then says to us that the girl probably charged you for it, and asked if we ordered it. My husband said we didn't order it and we didn't pay for it, being honest. We showed her the receipt that we didn't get charged, and then said, "oh, you didn't pay for it, so let me take it back, and proceeded to grab the plate on the table and gave it to the next order. We felt like that was so unsanitary and if I was the people who got those onion rings, I would be grossed out knowing it had been delivered to someone else already. They seem to need a lot more training with their cashier system and on customer service. If their motto is creating community through food then they should be more focused on customer service. Sufficient Ranch should be included with your order of onion rings or zucchini fries and not be an extra charge. Substitutions or changes that aren't huge, shouldn't be a no when other places do it. If I want to order half onion rings and half zucchini, that's reasonable so not sure why that's not feasible. But if that's your rule then people will just end up going down the street to the next burger joint to get unlimited Ranch and substitutions that are feasible. If you want to stay in food business, you have to meet the people's expectations and wants. Unfortunately, it's a very cut throat business and there's so much competition out there, so why put limits like Ranch and sauce or simple modifications that can hinder your business? Clearly we won't be coming back but hope this place does rethink their business strategy and decisions. I wish them the best. read more

So my family and I were famished. So I looked up Troy's on yelp and saw over all good reviews & it was close to where we were. We decided to dine it. Our group is particular and Troy's employee Kalee was very accommodating. Although I think we mixed her up a couple of times lol. One family member got a bacon cheeseburger (but swapped out the beef patty for a turkey burger, and Swiss instead of Am. Cheese and grilled onion instead of raw), my mom got a turkey burger with everything and jalapeños. And I got a turkey burger combo with everything plus a sunny side egg & jalapeños. The fries had seasoning salt, which I luv and shared. And a shake which is delicious. The only slight downside is everyone ended up with jalapeños. But as I mentioned we had a complex order. I had nostalgia when I saw the whipped orange machine (as native Californian it brought back childhood memories). Never really write bad reviews specially to a place I go often but the owner should really pay attention to the service the employees are providing . I went in the drive tru October 5 at 12 pm and the employee taking orders/ at the window ( no name tag) was very unprofessional and made me not want to return . As I was ordering she was giving me attitude like it bothered her to take an order and I have been going to this place almost twice a week and they ask me if I want ranch or ketchup . Not only did she not ask but when I asked for 1 ranch . She charged me $1 with a smirk on her face . When charging she just put the machine out she didn't say hi she put the machine for me to pay and just said the total with attitude. No complaints for the food but this establishment Lost a regular . We come here for lunch not to be made like we're bothering someone . The carne asada fries were pretty good I tried them and no complaints the person that ordered them loved them soo there you go. Sitting here enjoying my cheeseburger combo and I thought, "damn, I really should give these guys a great review". Place is clean, well lit. They have tvs in the middle of the space showing the world cup game. There's some tunes playing and I stopped mid-meal to give them their flowers. Okay, we're back for Taco Tuesday. Yum! We ordered the Carne Asada, Chicken and Chorizo tacos and a cheese quesadilla. The meats were lightly seasoned and moist. We prefer not too much seasoning on meats this way we can add additional flavors from salsa to squeezes of lemon knowing nothing will clash. Perfectly perfect! If you're going to charge $28 for the combo, I would expect ranch dressing to be available to go with the zucchini fries, but they didn't have any in stock. Extremely disappointing experience at Troy's Burgers in Corona. After waiting about 20 minutes in the drive-thru, I finally got my order, only to realize it was wrong. Instead of just fixing the mistake, the cashier asked me to pull out of the drive-thru and park so they could help the cars behind me while I kept waiting. I politely told him I'd rather not move since I had already waited 20 minutes and was still waiting for the correct food I had paid for. His attitude immediately changed. He shut the window and started very obviously talking about me to the other employees while I was sitting right there and could clearly see what was going on. When I tried to get his attention again, he made a comment along the lines of how he "knows people like me." That comment, along with his attitude and behavior, made me feel like I was being profiled just because I didn't agree to move out of the drive-thru after they got my order wrong. At that point, I didn't even want to eat there anymore. I asked for my money back and told him I'd take my business somewhere else. Mistakes happen. Getting the wrong food would never be enough for me to leave a review like this. It was the way the situation was handled--the disrespect, the comments to coworkers right in front of me, and especially the "people like you" remark--that was completely unacceptable. I've never felt so disrespected over something as simple as asking a restaurant to fix my order. I won't be coming back. read more

Was craving a club sandwich and this place did not disappoint! I walked in and was greeted right away from a nice young lady. She was really friendly and helped me through the menu. I love that they serve breakfast all day! She recommend I try the breakfast burrito some time because that was a favorite. I'll definitely have to try that. My kids were with me and ordered the cheeseburger and chicken tenders. My son devoured the chicken tenders and my other son rated the cheeseburger a 8.5/10, and he's picky so that's pretty good. He took off points for the tomato, but that's not your fault...he's also 7. The club sandwich was absolutely to die for! It had like real ham instead of thin deli ham and fresh veggies with extra mayo (I asked for it) and it was superb. The kids loved the drink machine and made their way to a table while we waited for the to-go order. I looked around and noticed how high the booths were and was thinking this would be a great spot to take the girls and have a cozy lunch out while talking. Price was decent for what we got - $35 for 2 kids combos and my sandwich so not bad. I recommend trying this place out! Their menu is huge and has all sorts of dietary options! I wanted fried zucchini since forever and saw that there was a burger joint that was fairly new and about 15 minutes from my job. I ordered in the drive thru and there was one person ahead of me. The wait was not too bad! I ordered a jr burger and an order of the zucchini. I had a half hour drive home. Got home and settled in. My zucchini bag was soaked thru with grease and falling apart. There was one small cup of ranch. The zucchini's were cut lopsided, thick on one side and thinner on the opposite side. They were not what I was expecting from a burger place. There was plenty but the coating or "breading" on them was not good at all, hard and in unchewable in some places, and it was falling off. The jr burger was decent.
