Rodeo Café is such a gem! We've had breakfast here a handful of times and even hosted a little family reunion here, and everyone was genuinely impressed with the quality of the food. The pancakes are incredibly fluffy, moist, and just over-the-top delicious. I don't even eat bacon, but I have to admit, their bacon was incredible! The coffee is delicious, and I love that they serve breakfast all day. The service has always been exceptional, and there's plenty of parking, which is a huge plus. The only thing is that I would love if they offered non-dairy milk, but honestly, that was a small thing considering how wonderful everything else was. I rarely give 5 stars as that is reserved for the elite. But a 4 star review is still rockstar status for me. Rodeo Cade is a strong 4. The service was great, the place was nice and clean. And the food was really good. Not great, but pretty good. I had eggs and corned beef hash, biscuits and gravy, a side of bacon, and a waffle. My eggs and corned beef hash was good and exactly what I expected. Not disappointment there. Biscuit and gravy, biscuit was nice and fluffy, gravy was good but could have used a little more salt. Of course there are shakers in the table. Waffle was pretty darn awesome. One of my new favorites in the area. The bacon was just so/so. The service was great, and as I said the place was clean. That a big place but I came later in the day and was seated immediately. I would imagine during the weekend morning rush this place would be packed. I read they have me do on the weekends but I didn't see it on the menu. I will be back and I will ask for it specifically and check back in. Came for breakfast. My son has a severe egg allergy and he is on breastmilk. We got offered veggie sub which is not the same value. No coffee refills. Had to waive her over for the bill. We were the only table. Ordered steak and eggs. Steak quality 2.5/5. Only could eat half. Steak and egg burrito for my husband, no seasoning. Literally just eggs and steak inside.. Stopped by this morning to grab a quick bite to eat. I ended up ordering the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs with biscuits and gravy. Inside dining was packed but I was able to get a table. The staff here is very friendly and attentive to their customers. The gravy was a bit heavy but had great flavor. My bill came out to a little over 20 dollars. Nice hidden gem! Stopped in on my way to work. Was greeted promptly and seared right away. Originally just wanted to try the breakfast burrito, since I'm on a quest to find the best. But there were so many other good looking things on the menu, I decided to try something else. Went with the hot link breakfast. Very good! Everything was perfectly seasoned! 4/5. My family and I enjoyed our dining experience here for the first time this past June. We came here with a large group right after graduation (so it was packed), though the wait time to be seated was still reasonable. We appreciate great customer service and attentiveness despite how busy they were. They give huge portions of delicious food. My mom is especially very picky, and she enjoyed every bite. We all did! I noticed they recently opened a location in Corona, and since I enjoyed the one in Norco, I decided to stop by on Sunday for breakfast. The space is a bit cozy inside, but there are a few small tables outside if there's a wait. I ordered the machaca breakfast, which was packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned--comforting and satisfying in every bite. Visited with my husband this time. He had never been to this location. We were greeted quickly by friendly staff. We were seated after they cleaned off a booth. We got our drinks and ordered our food. For the first time I got a sandwich and onion rings. I'm so glad I did. The sandwich was great and the onion rings were so good!!! Service was terrific. Personally, I just can't get past them wanting to charge us for what should have been included in the meal. Came here for our first time this morning to take our daughter to a birthday breakfast. Cute country diner feel inside. It was busy but not too noisy. Our waitress was wonderful! So kind and great people skills! My kids 10/10 enjoyed their breakfast! For the kids breakfast meals, I asked for no powdered sugar, whipped cream instead and sugar free syrup to make it less of a sugar bomb breakfast since we normally don't eat gluten/ high sugary meals. They have inside and outside seating. It's a bit warm inside even with the AC on. The food came out quickly and it looked great. The eggs were cooked to perfection on the Egg Benedict. I was a bit disappointed with the English Muffin on the bottom as it was all mushy and not the texture it should normally be. The ham is a nice and thick cut. The rodeo potatoes were a bit burnt this time but had good flavor. French toast was dry and needed more egg batter. The strawberries were not fresh and were more like a jam. Met a friend for brunch here. She ordered an omelette with potatoes and said it was very good. I ordered a burger on sourdough bread with fries. It wasn't bad but nothing I'd order again. Tell the patty was a frozen patty our server was good. He checked on us a couple times and he did get our order right so that was nice. It's a café vibe with the chill ambience. It's not very big inside but that's OK. It doesn't need to be. They do close a little early because I think it's more like a café. What! Let's go!! Wife and I came here with her Aunt and Uncle and although the dining area wasn't super big the Service was!! Very attentive they don't rush you and their food was on point! I had the Chilaquiles (Green!) great chile verde sauce spicy but not over powering chips kept their integrity with perfect over easy eggs delish my wife and aunt both got the Menudo with Pata! Very rich broth a little on the spicy side but that cure all broth is what's up! My Uncle ordered the French Toast with breakfast sausages the size of bratwursts I mean all the plates were huge! They offer a large selection of breakfast items to choose from all reasonably priced. I'm an egg burrito person so I tried their chili verde egg burrito with the beans and potatoes on the side. Yum! My husband loves biscuits and gravy which is offered as a toast selection to the machaca.. He eat every bit of the biscuit snd gravy and would not hesitate to order machaca again. No bells or whistles but just cozy with comfy booths. We were warmly greeted. The servers were attentive and made sure our cups were filled with piping hot coffee. Small details don't go unnoticed. I had the spinach and mushroom omelet with potatoes and pancake. My husband had the vegetable omelet. Both sounded simple but they tasted amazing. All the flavors were there. The salsa complemented the food perfectly. I'm not usually big on breakfast potatoes but theirs was delicious. And the omelet itself had the freshest ingredients. The pancake was pretty good as well. We had visited the Norco location and left unimpressed. I was curious to try this Corona location. So much roomier, warmer, and the food was done much better. We ate around 11 so I was trying to decide between breakfast or lunch. I was super hungry so I decided on the meatloaf sandwich. It came with mashed potatoes and gravy. The potatoes were good but the gravy came from a box or a can. The meatloaf seamed old and reheated and basically flavorless. My husband had and omelette with hash browns. Nothing special.
