Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. There was only one person working, which I understand can be challenging, but the service and quality were unacceptable. I ordered a latte with 2% milk and was told they only had whole milk, which I agreed to. When I checked my receipt, I noticed I was charged $1 for oat milk, which I never requested. When I brought this up, the barista insisted on refunding me from the tip jar, which I declined. After waiting over 20 minutes for my coffee, it arrived labeled "oat milk." I asked if oat milk was used, and she confirmed that it was. She then remade the drink, which took less than 2 minutes--making the original 20-minute wait even more frustrating. Even the remade drink was terrible: no foam, no espresso flavor, and it honestly tasted like plain brewed coffee rather than a latte. Between the incorrect charge, excessive wait time, and extremely poor drink quality, the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I've since heard that this shop may be closing, and based on my experience, that's probably for the best. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to others. read more

I've came here before and the service and ice cream was good. However, tonight we encountered a rude blonde haired lady who gave us the incorrect ice cream flavor. My boyfriend ordered me mint chocolate chip, which he said loudly and she provided cookies and cream. When I confronted her she rudely cut me off saying that my boyfriend said cookies and cream when that was simply not the case. She was very rude and dismissive and doesn't have proper customer service skills, very disappointing experience. Came for a smoothie and macaroons. Both were delicious, however the pricing was a bit high in my opinion, especially for the macaroons. $18 for 6 and they were much smaller than most places. If you do partake I recommend the vanilla and pistachio. The pina colada smoothie was perfect. The service was average, nothing to really to point out and the ambiance was that of a typical deli type setting. After a disappointing dinner at Miguel's we came here to get some coffee and desserts. Evidently they had been revamping their coffee and food items. It now includes an entire coffee station, where you can get all types of coffees and even some specialty coffee. They even have some sandwhich items on their menu. I was trying to satisfy my sweet tooth so I was more interested in their ice creams and gelato. I ordered their new york strawberry cheescake gelato, small. It was almost $6 for it. But it was really well made. It was thick and creamy. But at the same time light and refreshing. The flavors were front and center. It was really good. And for a small cup, they really do pack it in there. I would recommend getting the cheescake gelato again. There's some tables inside, as well as a lot more tables outside. But the sights and the sounds were all amazing. The smell of coffee and desserts in the air. The amazing colors of all their gelato, macaroons and slices of cake was just eye popping. It was loke if a rainbow bomb went off, color everywhere. An experience that will not only delight your taste buds but also your sense of smell and vision. Yea the lady working the cash register and making the coffee had a RBF. But you know, you win some you lose some when it comes to customer service. Maybe she was having a bad day. Decided to try the gelato here for first time. Wow it's delicious and generous serving too! They had a lot of great flavors too and sorbet, if you don't want gelato. I like the gelato at Crumbles Bakery, but what I really like here is the larger variety of flavors, portion size and best of all it literally is around the corner from where I live. The seating inside was comfy and a/c a definite plus w/100 degrees weather we are having. They also have a free self-serve ice water container, which is a nice touch.
