It's one of their most popular drinks and for good reason. My wife's drink, the Moon Princess was in my opinion, even better than the Matcha Storm. Outside of the product is the experience. I've gone enough times to conclude that it varies by employee, as it is a different experience each visit. There are a few instances where employees are disgruntled they must take your order rather than using the kiosk, as well as initial impatience over customers needing clarification over ingredients and allergies. I must say, the older gentlemen are quiet, yet respectful. I'd highly recommend speaking to employees over conduct and customer service, as it greatly impacts loyalty. Given we are paying over $6 for simple teas, please button up the areas mentioned above as we look for top quality drinks with top quality service, thank you!
