While I'm not a huge fan of the thick cookies, the chocolate chip one is more reminiscent of a cookie and not a dense cake. They have lots of flavors to pick from that change weekly so if you like that, worth checking out one of their weekly menus. Overall though, I prefer a more traditional cookie and am not a fan of Crumbl. The reason I'm rating it higher is because the service was quick. The workers were incredibly nice. read more

I ordered cookies online and when I went to go pick up I have to say the staff was not that very friendly or happy to be working. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. It wasn't that busy. It was about myself and maybe 2 other people. They called my name and the box was brought to me and she just said make sure your order is right and left. She didn't close the box for me or nothing. The top box was not clean and had frosting on top and when I got to the car and was holding it on my lap there was frosting on my jeans because it was all under the box too. I have been to this exact store and never had problems the staff was nice and friendly they closed the box for me and everything and it was so busy. The two ladies working in there were so sweet. I had purchased gift cards days before and forgot to get the sleeve. They were so helpful and told me to take the ones I needed. I decided to go ahead and use my 800 points and get a mini sleeve of cookies. I had got the two cookies that my husband requested and the one celebration cookie that I really wanted to try. I was just told they ran out of the mini celebration cookie, so they instead gave me a full-size. I truly appreciate how kind they were because they knew how bad I wanted to try it. I will definitely be coming back to this location. The cookies were delicious and the excellent customer service meant a lot. This cookie shop is located at the Riverside Plaza (just off the 91 freeway and Central Ave.) - in front of the Regency theater - so parking can be a hit or miss. They have a couple of To Go parking spots right at the front but I've found that other people take them, even if they're not inside the shop. The do have available parking in the shared lot near the Nordstrom Rack or Trader Joe's / VONS side. Ordering is simple. I have their app and it's super easy to use. I do like the interface as well. Service is really quick here too. You're in and you're out with your cookies within 5 minutes of placing your order. read more

I went to Crumbl Cookies twice already. The first time, I placed a mobile order for pickup. I followed all the steps in the app--selected my pack, chose my cookies, and picked the pickup option. The estimated time for pickup was between 0 and 30 minutes. I remember it being around 7 o'clock when I arrived. As I walked in, I pressed the button on the app to notify them I was there. The store wasn't busy; in fact, it was pretty empty. The place was clean, and a staff member greeted me. I waited for them to call my name, and once they did, I picked up my order, left, and drove home. When I opened my box, I don't remember the exact cookies I ordered, but I do remember they were very crumbly and fell apart easily. I wasn't exactly satisfied, but I wasn't completely dissatisfied either. Overall, I'd rate my first experience three stars. For my second visit, I placed a mobile order for pickup again, just like before. I picked up my order around 5:45 PM. This time, when I walked in, the store was nearly empty, with only one other customer. However, I wasn't greeted. The employees just looked at me like I wasn't supposed to be there--oh well. After waiting about two minutes, I saw my order being packaged right in front of me. The worker looked at me while packaging my cookies and smiled but didn't say anything. I said, "Thank you," and left. I sat on one of the benches outside to check my order. The box was dirty when I was opening it. Oh well. That's when I realized they had given me a cookie I didn't choose. It didn't ruin my day since I knew I could just go back inside to get the right one. When I walked in, I noticed the worker's expression--it was like they already knew they had made a mistake. I told them I had received the wrong cookie, and they simply said, "Okay," before handing me the correct one. They also let me keep the incorrect cookie for free! That actually made me feel a little better. The cookies were a bit hard this time, but oh well. Overall, my experience with Crumbl has been okay. It could have been better. Very nice staff! The location is tough because it is in a VERY busy mall with no parking nearby. Fortunately I place a mobile order and a very kind young man ran my order out to my car while I was parked semi legally My cookies were amazing! Fresh, soft, chewy and delicious! This is definitely a special occasion treat as the cookies are pricey. The good news is they are large and can be shared by cutting in 4 decent sized pieces. Buy the fun cookie "cutter" if they have them in stock. Overall, I recommend Crumbl and will likely seek one out near my house that has easier access. read more

First off, the person that helped us was super helpful and explained each of the cookies, shared what her favorites were and was super patient with us. Being our first time; we took a minute to make our selections. We opted for the chocolate toffee and the pumpkin. They add fresh frosting and toppings and we were off. We got them home and sliced them up. Oh man! I have to say these were the best cookies I've had in a while. I was super skeptical but they live up to the hype. The two cookies were were enough to share between my husband, son, and me. crumble is definitely a great, clean, and fun place to treat yourself to a decadent cookie. I feel most of the cookies are good to really good. I often buy all the new ones the same day and try them all.

I am a HUGE fan of Crumbl. Last summer, I drove 2 hours to the nearest Crumble location in Canada just to let my cousin try it. I love the perfect, gooey, cookies, still warm from the oven that I've experienced at multiple locations. However, today is the THIRD time I've been disappointed with my single order of a double chocolate chip cookie. Ordering off the app was easy, pick-up was convenient, but sitting down to watch a movie my cookie, it turned out to be crunchy. I could have gone to Vons for Chips Ahoy if I wanted a crunchy cookies. Yes, I still ate it, but I don't look forward to ordering at this location again. On two separate occasions I ordered early in the day and got cookie which wasn't warm and definitely tasted like it was from the day before- not a problem in general but not why I'm paying a premium price at Crumbl. On another occasion (not late at night) they were also sold out of all the specialty cookies, which was sadly why I'd driven there. Almost all my orders are to-go, usually getting one single to eat ASAP and a pack to share with family and friends. I have purchased Crumbl cookies for friends because I don't think a verbal recommendation is enough. I will however recommend people try other locations because the Riverside Plaza cannot consistently provide excellent quality. The store is clean, employees are nice, but sometimes you get a proper Crumbl cookie and sometimes you don't. read more

I walked in to grab a small treat for myself. As soon as I walked through the door I said hello to the curly haired kid. He just looked at me and didn't respond so I said hello a tad bit louder and looked straight at him to wait for his response. He did a little head snap as if to snap out of a trance, then chuckled and said "oh, yeah, hello." I asked if he was ok and he didn't respond. Then I pointed to the mini cookies and asked if I could purchase them all as a package. He looked at me with the same blank look on his, but did not respond. Because he looked out of it, I asked if he was high. He just stared at me and chuckled. I asked him again about the mini cookies and he stuttered his way through an half answer I did nit understand. He looked over at a tall blonde young lady who quickly jumped in to help him out. He then retreated to the back where he stayed until I left. I would have left it at that but when I got my order I left and stopped to hold the door open as a large group (or rush) came in. As I stood there, I listened as they bad mouthed me in front of other customers for questioning their customer service. Ms. or Mr. Manager, I provided you the time, the day, and description of the employees. Fire them! Whether high or just terrible at customer service, they shouldn't be working for a company that prides itself on exceptional service and quick order fulfillment. The only thing I can offer up in their defense is that I am a Gen Xer. I got my first real job as a box boy when I was 10 years old. My boss told me two things, don't cut my fingers off while breaking down boxes, and greet every customer as they walk through the door, give them your name, and tell them to ask you for help if they need anything. I guess Crumbl employees have a different definition of customer service than what I was taught. I'll get my cookies elsewhere from now on. read more

Cinnamon Toast Crunch - My least favorite of this haul. The cookie is sugar cookie, but it lacked flavor. I liked the frosting and cereal on top of the cookie. Fruity Pebbles - Also a sugar cookie, but not heavy on the cinnamon. I liked the cereal topping on it. Cornflake Marshmallow - Oddly enough, I liked this one a lot. It's not necessarily a cookie, but similar to a Rice Crispy texture. Milk Chocolate Chip - This is always a favorite of mine. It is their classic and highly recommended. This location is insanely busy with all the businesses in the plaza, but there isn't too long of a wait. Another plus is that you can order at the kiosk if you do not want to wait in line for the register. read more
