Standard donut shop. Due to being close to our house, it is our standard place. A solid pick for regular donuts.

Older lady that waited on us acted like we were annoying her and frequently rolled her eyes because I guess we were ordering too slowly. When I told my kid to make a decision, she said, "Well, what am I supposed to do, there are so many choices that look good!" No line behind us, no one else in there, so not sure why it was a big deal. Also noticed a small fruit fly or whatever flying bug it was land on a donut, but didn't let it spoil my day because it's not going to kill me, and didn't let the kids know since they were excited about donuts. Anyway, all this being said, I would personally never go back to this place not because the fruit fly on the donut, but because attitude is everything, and the lady really had a piss-poor one. Makes me wonder why she decided to open up a donut shop if she can't handle different types of people and personalities. read more

What I enjoyed most about Woodcrest Donuts (in addition to them having Cronuts) is that they offer unglazed versions of donuts. Very good...we can fight diabetes together! I needed to feed over 40 people for a professional training. I went to woodcrest and asked for an assortment. They were so friendly and helpful and gave me an amazing assortment. Usually assortments are mostly cheap cake doughnuts and the trash doughnuts no one wants- not here! They put all the bars, Boston cream filled, specialty dough nuts they had in our boxes. The people at the training were thrilled. I bought 6 dozen and had zero left liver at the end of the day. Awesome service and great tasting!!! read more

Went to Woodcrest Donuts this morning. Is a hole in the wall, I mean I've lived in the area for 3 years and never knew it was there. I got the ham cheese and jalapeños croissant, it was so good I didn't even have time to take a picture. Lol I truly recommend it! Truly worth it for $4.25. The customer service is also great. I also bought a dozen donuts, they have all varieties including donut holes. Truly recommend this place. You will not regret it. read more

Change of ownership/management. Dumping damaged and reject donuts in your box. Different (bad) recipe changes. Major food coloring additions. Less than friendly staff. Been coming here since 1997 - sad to see the business failing. We have lived in the area for about a year and a half and have come to this donut shop a few times. Usually the lady who works here is nice but today her daughter was very rude to us, as though we were bothering her by coming to buy donuts at their shop. I asked my daughter to go back and get napkins and she came back very sad saying that the girl was very mean to her and looked angry that she asked for napkins. This hidden gemmm I'm very particular about my donuts. I don't like Krispy Kreme. Winchell's is whatever. And Dunkin Donuts is basic. But this hidden gem is delicious. Freshly made donuts every day. I started stopping at this Donut shop before work every morning for a medium coffee with creamer. The sweet lady started remembering what I wanted every morning and always greeted me with a smile. Without me saying anything she prepares my coffee and takes out the creamer for me (extra charge, no biggie) and has the best attitude while doing so. The coffee is good too. Her smile and personality alone is what draws me to this place almost every forming at 7 am. Im not a huge Starbucks fan, i just need a good coffee, nothing fancy that i cant pronounce, and im good. They have a wide selection of donuts and bread for any one who likes donuts. I would recommend this place to all of the Orange crest peeps. You wont be disappointed :) read more

In the past this place was top 5. I'm not sure what they are smoking now. The owner smiled in my face and gave me old hard donuts... a couple fresh ones, but I tossed the box. Great donuts, been coming here for over 15 years. Once had Donuts at 5am when they were fresh and oooooohhhh my!!! best thing ever. Maple bacon donuts are available here as well and they are delicious!! Raspberry jellys are my favorite and they seem to be getting harder to find (many shops only have strawberry now) but they are here and their Raspberry jellys are excellent. read more

Awesome selection of doughnuts with fast friendly service. Your in and your out. Only thing bad about this place is if you take a bite of their doughnut while driving away, you wanna turn back around to get more if you only got one. My recommendation is simple, buy two or more. Hot coffee, cold blended drinks and a large assortment of beverages rounds this doughnut shop off to perfection. Five stars from me. Go get some! read more
