I've always loved this place and, honestly, it's one of those spots I crave every time I'm in town. The food and coffee have kept me coming back for years, which is why it's disappointing that my last couple of visits have felt just a little off. On my most recent visit, there was a misunderstanding with my coffee order. I ordered it hot, but it came out iced. Mistakes happen, so that wasn't the issue. When I brought it to the barista's attention, I stood there expecting it to be corrected, but instead she looked at me and asked if I wanted it remade. I said yes, and she then told me it would be a long wait. I asked if I could just get a refund instead, but was told no because the order had already been made. I then asked if it could be moved toward the front of the queue since the mistake wasn't mine. She proceeded to pull up all of the receipts in front of me and told me to go to the register for a refund. I did, but then I was pulled back out of line and told they would remake the drink after all. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily awkward and confusing. Then today, my husband stopped in to order a latte and a bagel. He had to repeat his order four times, and the wrong bagel was still served. I genuinely love this place, which is why I'm taking the time to write this. The food is great, the coffee is great, and it's somewhere I legitimately crave whenever I'm in town. As someone who actively supports small businesses, I was disappointed that a policy simply wasn't shared upfront, and that the moment it was enforced, it lacked warmth. My friend and I stopped here for coffee this morning and enjoyed it at a nearby park! I got the cinnamon honey latte and my friend got a vanilla matcha. Both were with almond milk. We also shared a cranberry orange muffin which they warmed up for us! Everything was super tasty and the baristas were friendly as well. The place is cozy and was busy for a Thursday morning. First time at Crave Coffee, they have multiple locations in the IE. This location seem to open late on Sundays. Came around 1:00 PM for coffee with a few friends. I realli like the set up inside the coffee shop, spacious, tables available to sit or to study. Outdoor tables available as well. The Menu is pretty general but they do have a seasonal menu. I ordered the Honey Lavender Latter with almond milk sub. Coffee tasted pretty good but could be stronger. If you need a quick bite, dessert, patries and sandwiches are available. I do want to come back and try the cheesecake and coffee cake. They also have coffee beans available for purchase! Tons of parking spots in the shopping plaza! read more

Came here on a weekday morning around 9am and it wasn't too busy. The staff are super kind and friendly. My biggest issue was that their complementary wifi was really spotty and would intermittently disconnect even though there were only about 3 people including myself working on their laptops. really wanted to like this place because the products are actually good--but the experience? Not it. The biggest issue is the management. The owner seems way too comfortable being unprofessional around customers--cussing openly and speaking poorly about her own staff. At one point, I overheard employees being called "incompetent," which is shocking considering how hard the closers seem to be working. And let's talk about the closers--they're honestly the only reason this place still functions. They're kind, welcoming, and clearly putting in effort. Shoutout to Mariah and Sinclair every time I go in and they're working, they genuinely make it fun to be there. They're always nice and welcoming, and you can tell they actually care about customers. Meanwhile, the opening shift feels like the complete opposite--cold, blunt, and uninterested. The vibe in this place is just... off. You can feel the tension. It genuinely feels like the employees are overworked and underappreciated. On top of that, the cleanliness is concerning. I've seen dead cockroaches, flies, and spiders around the store, which definitely doesn't inspire confidence. I asked for an unsweetened iced matcha latte, which the worker was very diligent about ensuring not adding any sweetener, but the drink was still too very sweet. We would always come here after doctor appointments and loved having toffeenut lattes. I love the ice they have! The breakfast sandwiches are also super good. I also didn't like that there were matcha bits at the bottom, I had to smash them so it wasn't just bits. The service is great, and the employees are nice. But cmon this doesn't taste like matcha, just sugar & milk. With how much it cost me ( nearly 9 dollars for a 16 oz ) the matcha shouldn't be cooking grade quality. Overall drinks were not good at all, also you cannot get drinks remade which almost all locations I've been to offer drink remakes if you don't like it. Don't get the blended drinks here because it is all watered down. They put so much ice, that you can barely taste any coffee flavor for the drinks. The ones I got were also very bland. I got the pumpkin spice blended which was pretty bad. It separated almost immediately, literally brought my drink to my seat and a lot of the pumpkin was already at the bottom of the drink. It also tasted strange, compared to other pumpkin coffees I've had. Not really sure what it was. We also got a white mocha blended which was basically very tasteless and extremely watered down. It was kinda okay tho. I had very high hopes for this place considering the high yelp reviews. So I was extremely disappointed. We didn't finish our drinks and left to Starbucks instead. The service was good, the girls were very attentive and nice, and the seats were comfy though. But because of the quality of the drinks, we won't be back. read more
