Great local coffee shop in Norco. I've stopped by a couple times and the place is never empty. This last visit had a pretty good line when I got there, and the staff did a great job taking orders and keeping the line moving and also making sure drinks continued to get made. I ordered a cold brew and they got that out really quickly. I really enjoyed the drink, and I drink my coffee black so I got the real flavor of the brew. I'm new to the area and wanted to try GOTA Coffee, but my first visit was frustrating. During the morning rush, there was only one employee working and four people in line. I felt bad for the employee, but management needs to plan staffing better for such a busy time. I thought I had enough time to grab a coffee before school. Instead, the wait made me late to class. I chose a simple Americano because I was pressed for time, and even that took far too long. To top it off, they had no cup sleeves available, and the cup was uncomfortably hot to hold. Love Gota! I have tried several drinks but my favorite is the iced banana pudding latte. I really love that they have a seasonal menu as well. Today I tried the pumpkin pie dry iced americano and it was delicious. It was the perfect strong coffee taste with just the right amount of sweetness. Their breakfast pasty was good but a bit dry. They have something for everyone and I love the variety of options. Ambiance is fun and they are usually playing some relaxing pop music from the times I have gone. Cute little coffee shop! I got the Tiramisu Latte and the Abuelita Latte, and both were really good. I also tried some of the pastries, including the ricotta pastry and a croissant, and they pretty good as well. It's definitely a spot worth trying. First time here today and it was a nice experience. Parking is up a hill and ok. The space is small and decent when you walk inside. A few small tables for seating in there and a lot of random paintings on the wall. Menu is simple and easy to follow. They're a bit quiet when you walk in but they do greet you when you walk up to order. Like any other coffee shop, they're busy making your coffee so I don't blame them for focusing on making the drinks for their customers. They also sell pastries and breakfast there too if you want something to munch on with your coffee. I got the large iced tiramisu latte and large iced banana pudding latte. I asked the lady helping me how many shots came in the drink. She mentioned that all their large drinks comes with 3 shots of espresso, which is a good amount. There are also milk substitution available for those that are lactose like my husband. That's an extra charge on top of adding an extra shot too. Drinks are a good size. Pricing is already $8 for the drinks I got so add ons can make it go up. All up to how you like your coffee. Wait time is average and not long. The only hard part is the door to get out. If you have two drinks in your hands, it's hard to pull open the door. Thankfully there were a few nice guys sitting near by that I was able to ask to open the door for me since my hands were full. Kind of wish their door was reversed. Pull open from the outside and push open from the inside so you can easily open/push it yourself when your hands are full. Wasn't my first choice in the area. But glad I tried because they do have chai on the menu which is one of my faves. Although in my opinion was a bit pricey for both lattes given both were 16 oz. Altogether both came out to $21. All honesty wasn't my aesthetic so it wouldn't be a place I would frequent, especially given the summer months it was quite warm on the inside. The chai latte though was one of the best I've had in a long time but the banana pudding latte had intense flavor in the beginning but lacked flavor after being mixed and was pure coffee flavor afterwards no balance. They did have a nice variety of options I would try on the menu so worth a try but in my opinion not something I would make the effort to go out of my way to get. read more

I usually order a banana matcha and have never had an issue ordering it that way before, so I was pretty surprised by this experience. I sent my boyfriend in to order it for me, but the worker seemed very confused about what he was asking for and ended up giving us a drink I didn't want. I went inside to ask if the drink could be remade, and unfortunately, the worker gave me the same confusing explanation and it took around 5 minutes for them to understand what I was asking for. Once my drink was finally remade, a different worker made it and then left it sitting out of arms reach without calling my name. I waited a few more minutes, and eventually the original worker called my name--even though I was the only person waiting for a drink. The matcha itself was fine, but the overall experience was frustrating. I normally enjoy coming here, and the lattes are good a tad on the sweeter side, but definitely a nice treat, even if they're a bit pricey. Unfortunately, today's experience was really disappointing. It was only a semi-busy day, but the customer service felt very negative. I had to argue just to get a refund for an item I had paid for in cash. I was repeatedly told I hadn't paid in cash, even though I had. That interaction left me feeling frustrated and embarrassed. I also tried the matcha for the first time, and I personally wouldn't recommend it. It tasted mostly like milk and lacked much matcha flavor. I'm leaving this review because I genuinely like this place and hope this was just an off day. Stopped by Gota Coffee in Norco and it turned out to be a great little coffee stop. The place has a cool barn style decoration that fits Norco's cowboy town vibe perfectly. It's a small shop but welcoming, with some fun artwork on the walls that give the space personality. The cashier was friendly and made ordering easy. I tried the Banana Pudding Latte and it was really good, creamy, sweet, and flavorful without being too heavy. I also grabbed one of their stickers (not free but worth it). 3/18/25 After Taco Tuesday, we headed to this shop to grab an afternoon pick me up & quick dessert bites, neat little NEW GOTA in Norco. It's fairly comfortable, although the AC is surely kicking strong today, vibe is chill. Ambiance is low key, cute & artwork posted on the walls for sale. Easily a good place to hang out or get some work done or study. The barista, Jessica, is friendly with a quick smile & efficient. I ordered the honey lavender latte (cold foam for cold or iced) HOT, and a ricotta Danish. My beverage was delicious with just a faint hint of lavender. Jessica offered to warm up my Danish--nice touch!! It was flaky & the ricotta really had a tasty finish. Music in the background wasn't too loud. My friends & I were able to chat w/o having to talk/shout over one another. Only indoor seating, possibly accommodate about 15 people. Single stall restroom, clean. The customer experience is HORRIBLE! You are not greeted when you walk in and you standing at the register for a while without anyone saying a peep. You order, pay and don't even say "thank you." You always want to support small businesses only to receive expensive lattes double the price of Starbucks and to top it off RUDE girls working. Better for people who like lattes and cold foam than coffee purists. They use a variety of Torani, 1883, and Monin syrup They have a bathroom and free wifi. No problem parking in the lot. Limited seating, 5 tables. Probably not study friendly. The pastries looked good but I didn't get any. They also have breakfast sandwiches and bagels. The wait time is a little long, about 15-20minutes. They got a lot of app based orders - I would recommend ordering ahead if you're in a rush. Plus first order via the app is 50% off. I was recommended this place by a coworker and I am so glad they told me about it. They brought me a Cookie Butter Latte at work and I was sold! It is located in a strip mall. The entrance to the parking lot can be difficult if you have lowered car so just a heads up. There is a good amount of parking both in front of the storefront and in the back. It is a very quaint coffee shop. When you walk in, go towards the back to order as the front is where you pick up your drinks. There are about 3 small tables, and a small bench that runs along the wall. Seating can be tricky if you come on a busy day like a weekend. Drinks: I have tried a few drinks now, as each time I go, I try to order something different. Cookie Butter Latte, 10/10. It is not too sweet, and has a very rich espresso flavor that still shines through. Banana Pudding Latte, 10/10. I usually hate any banana artificially flavored drinks as they have a very chemical-ly taste to them, but this latte was perfect in flavor. Tiramisu Latte, 7/10. It was quite strong on the espresso flavor. While I get that tiramisu is essentially just espresso, it felt like it was lacking in my opinion so this drink wasn't for me! Hibiscus Mango Tea, 10/10! It wasn't overly sweet and would be so refreshing on the hot summer days we've been having. Gota Coffee also has exceptional customer service. We went on 9/ 13/25 at around 12 pm. They were having their 2 year anniversary so they had live music and it was overall very busy, bustling, and loud. We had ordered 3 drinks this day, as well as 2 pastries. Two drinks came out first alongside the warmed up food, and my drink, a Cookie Butter Latte, was called last. This drink was called with another customers drink and they got switched up. The other customer left the store with my drink, and my fiancée brought the drink back, holding it on the lid as to avoid contamination. They remade my drink, and we were good. My name was then called once more, and I let the employees know I had already received it. Live right down the street from this coffee spot, we have been here a handful of times and the coffee is realllyy good. They have a good variety and always offer seasonal drinks which is really nice. Their coffee is smooth and sweet, a little on the stronger side, but we love it! My favorite drink from here would have to be their iced white mocha latte with strawberry foam, super tasty.
