So good , very friendly service, love the music they play, perfect to hang out and have a good coffee. The place it's very cozy

I came across Gota when I was looking for a coffee shop on my drive and decided to check it out! I ordered the abuelita latte as I asked which one they recommended between that one and the horchata. I really liked it! It tasted exactly like how I expected. I got a medium and it was almost $8. It is pricy considering they have a large option. I liked it and would come back. They also had seating and food.

Cute little coffee shop! I got the Tiramisu Latte and the Abuelita Latte, and both were really good. I also tried some of the pastries, including the ricotta pastry and a croissant, and they pretty good as well. It's definitely a spot worth trying. The ladies working there were very friendly and welcomed me with big smile. The drinks are on the sweeter side, so they're not something I'd have every day, but they're a great treat when you're craving something indulgent.

I love Gota Coffee. Their service is always great & they get the orders out in such a timely manner. I also love all the local artwork they have around the wall & they even include the artists' names and contact info. The banana pudding latte is amazing!!! i love banana and it was honestly the perfect amount of sweetness for me. Great place to visit if you're looking for a quick bite & great coffee!!

Wasn't my first choice in the area. But glad I tried because they do have chai on the menu which is one of my faves. Although in my opinion was a bit pricey for both lattes given both were 16 oz. Altogether both came out to $21. All honesty wasn't my aesthetic so it wouldn't be a place I would frequent, especially given the summer months it was quite warm on the inside. The chai latte though was one of the best I've had in a long time but the banana pudding latte had intense flavor in the beginning but lacked flavor after being mixed and was pure coffee flavor afterwards no balance. They did have a nice variety of options I would try on the menu so worth a try but in my opinion not something I would make the effort to go out of my way to get.

Great fast service. Try their latte with a raspberry! Yum. They offer internet & work tables. #Amazing!

I've been a regular here for a while and usually stop by about twice a week. I normally enjoy coming here, and the lattes are good a tad on the sweeter side, but definitely a nice treat, even if they're a bit pricey. Unfortunately, today's experience was really disappointing. It was only a semi-busy day, but the customer service felt very negative. I had to argue just to get a refund for an item I had paid for in cash. I was repeatedly told I hadn't paid in cash, even though I had. That interaction left me feeling frustrated and embarrassed. I also tried the matcha for the first time, and I personally wouldn't recommend it. It tasted mostly like milk and lacked much matcha flavor. I'm leaving this review because I genuinely like this place and hope this was just an off day. I hope management can address the customer service experience, because it's the main reason I keep coming back but likely not for a while now :( 8/8/26

I thought two years was a decent amount of time for improvement. Came back. Service is even worse. It's SO disappointing because I always root for small businesses but this is just excessive. Baristas clearly do not like being here. I felt like I was punishing them when I ordered. As if I forced them to perform for me like a little monkey at the circus. Dude I want to like them sooooo bad when you make me feel bad as a customer, I won't come back. Like smile... or something. Please. Any indicator that you like working here. A little joy goes a long way. I've worked coffee before! I know it's tough! But it took 20 mins and I was the only one there.

First time here today and it was a nice experience. Parking is up a hill and ok. The space is small and decent when you walk inside. A few small tables for seating in there and a lot of random paintings on the wall. Menu is simple and easy to follow. They're a bit quiet when you walk in but they do greet you when you walk up to order. Like any other coffee shop, they're busy making your coffee so I don't blame them for focusing on making the drinks for their customers. They also sell pastries and breakfast there too if you want something to munch on with your coffee. I got the large iced tiramisu latte and large iced banana pudding latte. I asked the lady helping me how many shots came in the drink. She mentioned that all their large drinks comes with 3 shots of espresso, which is a good amount. There are also milk substitution available for those that are lactose like my husband. That's an extra charge on top of adding an extra shot too. Drinks are a good size. Pricing is already $8 for the drinks I got so add ons can make it go up. All up to how you like your coffee. Wait time is average and not long. The only hard part is the door to get out. If you have two drinks in your hands, it's hard to pull open the door. Thankfully there were a few nice guys sitting near by that I was able to ask to open the door for me since my hands were full. Kind of wish their door was reversed. Pull open from the outside and push open from the inside so you can easily open/push it yourself when your hands are full. Lol Other than that minor inconvenience, it's a hidden gem and I will definitely be back.

Have been to Gota Coffee a few times now and do enjoy the occasional drive to Norco. Service is fast, they have an online ordering system and great seasonal drinks. One of my favorite drinks is the cookie butter latte.

The customer experience is HORRIBLE! You are not greeted when you walk in and you standing at the register for a while without anyone saying a peep. You order, pay and don't even say "thank you." You always want to support small businesses only to receive expensive lattes double the price of Starbucks and to top it off RUDE girls working. I originally asked for a small and she was already writing on the cup, I changed my mind and asked for large instead. Mind you, I apologized but it looks like it was a HUGE issues for herself because she got bothered. Last time ever coming here, much rather go to Starbucks !

This is seriously the best horchata cold brew I've tasted. I will definitely be back to try the rest of their special drinks. The girl at the register was very nice and helpful and my order came out so fast!

Stopped by Gota Coffee in Norco and it turned out to be a great little coffee stop. The place has a cool barn style decoration that fits Norco's cowboy town vibe perfectly. It's a small shop but welcoming, with some fun artwork on the walls that give the space personality. The cashier was friendly and made ordering easy. I tried the Banana Pudding Latte and it was really good, creamy, sweet, and flavorful without being too heavy. I also grabbed one of their stickers (not free but worth it). Simple spot, good coffee, and friendly service. Definitely a nice place to stop if you're in Norco.

I decided I needed to take a detour to a coffee shop since we already kinda got lost. Deep Barrel Roasters & Creamery, is located in a small and old strip mall in old town Norco. Or at least I think it is. I'm not familiar with the area. I can tell you though, that navigation had us driving through newer developments and then the old part of Norco before we finally arrived. I thought we got even more lost at first. The place was actually pretty packed inside and after having our drinks and pastries, I can totally see why. The first half of the building is the cafe where you'll be greeted with some cute and funny coffee signs. There's two large shelves full of their own coffee beans of different roasts. They have a few small tables to sit and enjoy your orders, but note it is a bit of a tight fit in there. They also have a coffee bar where some people sat in front of the baristas. Past the cafe side is the creamery. I was in a rush and didn't have a chance to take a look. What we ordered; 1) Hot Mocha Rocha with soy milk - 5/5 stars. I forgot to ask for this as half sweet, but either way, it was absolutely delicious. Rich and very flavorful. 2) Iced Mocha Rocha - 5/5 stars. Just as delicious as the hot version. 3) pistachio muffin - 3/5 stars. This muffin had a generous amount of actual pistachio baked into the muffin itself which I liked, however, the muffin had more of an artificial pistachio flavor for me. I still ate it but I wasn't in love with that one. 4) chocolate croissant - 5/5 stars. This was such a hit, we ran out right away. Everyone in our group attacked these so fast. I have to say, I am SAD that I live so far from Deep Barrel Roasters & Creamery. They have a lot of pastries, ice cream including deep fried ice cream, and beverages. I absolutely loved this place and look forward to visiting them again. Next time, I for sure will grab a dozen or more to share with the family and bring some home, and we will definitely grab some frozen treats too. Deep Barrel, is a gem. Norco, sure is lucky to have them. They are a must if you are ever in the area.

It's honestly not far at all from my appointments, and the staff here is always so kind and welcoming. They answer questions, greet you when you walk in, and overall just create such a good vibe. I always let them know that I have celiac disease, and I appreciate that they actually listen and try to take the necessary precautions. Of course, eating out is never 100% safe when you have celiac, especially in a shared facility with gluten products, and there's always a risk of cross-contamination anywhere you go. But it's still really nice when places take you seriously and do their best to help you safely enjoy something. I love that they carry a variety of gluten-free pastries and treats. This time I picked up the pandan cookie, the ube cookie, the mint chocolate chip cookie, and the chocolate toffee crisp cookie. They also usually carry gluten-free banana bread, although they didn't have it this visit. I also noticed some protein/date ball type snacks, but I didn't try those yet. Most of their gluten-free cookies are individually wrapped, which I really appreciate. They do have some displayed in a shared pastry container section, although they are kept separate and not touching the regular pastries. Just something to keep in mind if you're highly sensitive. They partner with KJ Gluten Free Cookies, which seems to be a smaller startup business. They are not certified gluten free, but from what I've seen and experienced, they do appear to take precautions to keep things gluten free. If you want to check them out or learn more about their products, their Instagram is @k.j.sglutenfreecookies. Their cookies do contain milk and eggs, though. I may be lactose intolerant and have a mild egg allergy, but honestly I hit the trifecta at this point I keep my Benadryl and Lactaid with me because if I find something gluten free while eating out, I'm going to enjoy it when I can. Eating out with food restrictions is already hard enough. The inside is also super cute and cozy. I love the seating setup with the tables, stools, comfy chairs, and overall atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you can sit down with a drink, pastry, or even do homework for a while. The customer service has always been great at both the Norco and Corona locations, and the staff always seem friendly and happy to help.
