Every time I have a doctor's appointment, I usually stop by the Corona location, but since my doctor's office moved to Norco, I was so happy to see they have a Crave right nearby. It's honestly not far at all from my appointments, and the staff here is always so kind and welcoming. They answer questions, greet you when you walk in, and overall just create such a good vibe. I always let them know that I have celiac disease, and I appreciate that they actually listen and try to take the necessary precautions. Of course, eating out is never 100% safe when you have celiac, especially in a shared facility with gluten products, and there's always a risk of cross-contamination anywhere you go. But it's still really nice when places take you seriously and do their best to help you safely enjoy something. I love that they carry a variety of gluten-free pastries and treats. This time I picked up the pandan cookie, the ube cookie, the mint chocolate chip cookie, and the chocolate toffee crisp cookie. They also usually carry gluten-free banana bread, although they didn't have it this visit. I also noticed some protein/date ball type snacks, but I didn't try those yet. Most of their gluten-free cookies are individually wrapped, which I really appreciate. They do have some displayed in a shared pastry container section, although they are kept separate and not touching the regular pastries. Just something to keep in mind if you're highly sensitive. They partner with KJ Gluten Free Cookies, which seems to be a smaller startup business. They are not certified gluten free, but from what I've seen and experienced, they do appear to take precautions to keep things gluten free. I may be lactose intolerant and have a mild egg allergy, but honestly I hit the trifecta at this point I keep my Benadryl and Lactaid with me because if I find something gluten free while eating out, I'm going to enjoy it when I can. Eating out with food restrictions is already hard enough. The inside is also super cute and cozy. I love the seating setup with the tables, stools, comfy chairs, and overall atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you can sit down with a drink, pastry, or even do homework for a while. The customer service has always been great at both the Norco and Corona locations, and the staff always seem friendly and happy to help. I genuinely just love the vibe here every time I stop by after my appointments. read more

I have enjoyed many of the Crave locations, but this one will be my new favorite! The location was super clean and very nicely decorated and organized. There are many areas to sit, talk with others, or work! There are plugs for your devices all over with tables, high top, and an amazing large couch area. I will say it was nice and quiet, so having deep conversations was an amazing opportunity. The staff were also warm and welcoming. They asked if I had any questions and asked if I needed help multiple times. VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY! And the coffee was just as good as all the other stores. I stopped by on a weekend, and surprisingly the place wasn't very busy. Despite that, the service felt quite slow, and the staff didn't come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. The atmosphere was definitely the highlight for me. They have comfortable couches, high-top tables, and plenty of space to study, work, or just relax for a while. I ordered a latte, which was fine, but was disappointed to learn they don't offer "for here" cups. It's a nice place to bring your laptop to work because it's spacious and quiet inside. I tried their breakfast bagel sandwich and the omelet. Fast forward a few months, the person at the cashier is an Asian young lady who I remember from previous visits, well this young lady's customer service does not align with the gentleman that used to be here (I believe he is the owner) she is very arrogant and it seems like she has zero patience. On top off all that, I asked for my bagels to be toasted with cream cheese but they only warm it up, I was not happy about that, I also got a bagel breakfast sandwich and it had no flavor, I honestly think that was one of the worst sandwiches I ever had in my 46 years on this earth. I visited Crave today and asked for my usual, the spiced brown sugar latte. This has been my consistent order at other locations as well, so I am familiar with how it is supposed to taste. But today it tasted completely different. I even had a friend to try it, and she agreed it was noticeably different from how it should taste. We had been talking for a while, but we decided to ask for a remake and the barista rudely dismissed us and said, "If you didnt like your drink you should've said something earlier." Mind you the drink was basically still intact. While I understand the timing, her tone and response was unnecessarily unfriendly. Additionally, as we walked away, she appeared visibly annoyed and bothered. She continued to glance over at us which made us uncomfortable. This could've been handled in a much more respectful manner, especially because we did not treat her in any disrespectful or rude way for denying us the request. It's alright. I first saw this new location being advertised at the Crave Coffee in Corona, then came the next day to check it out. It's like they said - much more roomy than the Corona location, and offers plenty of couches, single armchairs, and tables. I could see myself relaxing and reading a book here. The prices were kind of crazy. Don't try to customize your own bagel sandwich like at the Corona Crave Coffee. I did that. I ordered a medium iced Coffee with half & half and an everything bagel with egg, avocado, sausage, and tomato. I didn't request the cream cheese, but received it anyway. My total was $19.58 for a medium drink and a pretty meager sized sandwich. I believe my total might have been less had I ordered a pre-built bagel sandwich then added the custom items I wanted on top of that, but I didn't do the math, and the batista didn't offer any such suggestions. A few other nitpicks: the high counter-like table in the furthest away corner from the door on the right side as you enter has too tall of chairs which make it a super awkward height to do anything on the table. Bending over to eat made it feel like I was sitting at a kids table. And the sign on the counter that lists the ingredients you can add to a custom bagel was missing egg and the prices for custom items. I might come back just for coffee. read more

Crave has officially spoiled me. I've tried their cappuccino and vanilla latte, and both are smooth, flavorful, and somehow magical--zero heartburn, which is basically a coffee miracle. The bagels? Ridiculously good. The seating is cozy enough to make you "accidentally" stay longer than planned, and the staff is always genuinely friendly. I've always loved this establishment at their other Corona location and have had great experiences there, which is why I was excited to visit this new location. Unfortunately, the experience here was disappointing. The staff didn't seem very welcoming, and when I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, avocado and jalapeño, to my surprise when I got home, I realized the bagel was not heated and the cream cheese was forgotten on all 3 bagels I ordered. New Bussiness in Norco. I am a regular at Deep Barrel Roasters on 6th street. The girls at deep barrel are very lady like. Clean , well and professionally dressed always greeting customers. So maybe that is why this new coffee shop is such a disappointment in our small Rural city. First time visit. Decide to give them a try. I believe in helping out Bussiness in my city I've lived in for 40 years. Sunday morning 7:50am I walk in and greeting by a young lady who barely had a top on. All breasts which is very unprofessional but owners must like it. I ask for a large hot vanilla latte with whole milk and cinnamon in the coffee. The girl working the register with barely any shirt on all breasts says to me "I can't do that" and I asked her why all she has to do is sprinkle the cinnamon inside the coffee and she says " I cannot do that." And then her is the shocker. She then says Rudely "you ca go some place else" I was not in no way disrespectful. Hopefully managements watches her interaction with me on camera. I was was surprised by this this unkind behavior from a new establishment. this was my first time here, no greeting when you walk in and don't expect one when you order either... just a blank stare. don't ask questions because you'll receive attitude. i ordered a medium latte as shown on the board and the person taking my order gave a condescending remark while pointing to a 16oz cup as if i should've ordered that way. just a hostile environment overall, especially because the staff doesn't make you feel welcome. for as pricey as it is they also don't even fill up your cup all the way. not sure i'll be back. read more
