This last visit had a pretty good line when I got there, and the staff did a great job taking orders and keeping the line moving and also making sure drinks continued to get made. I ordered a cold brew and they got that out really quickly. I really enjoyed the drink, and I drink my coffee black so I got the real flavor of the brew. This Klatch location has limited drink and snack selections from what I can tell, but glad to know they have the Patio Special. This drink is made with vanilla ice cream, their house made chocolate milk, espresso and a secret ingredient. All the ingredients work so well with one another. It's just an amazing creation! So smooth and creamy! Must get every time. What secret ingredient you ask? Sorry, we can't share. It's a secret! LOL Their Patio Special is a little bit thicker than most which I like. The expresso is a bit stronger than the ones I've tried in the past. Don't get me wrong, it was still very very good. Staff was great. They didn't have very many customers at the time.
