I don't usually go to this location but it was nice because it wasn't as crowded as the locations by my house and the service was great like all Dutch Bros. If you're looking for drink ideas or something new and haven't had The Juice - it tastes just like a crab raspberry juice. It's crazy! I don't order it because it's not 100% SF but I've tasted it. The SF Peach Myst is an energy drink base and it's carbonated. I love the refreshing taste and the subtle sweetness from the peach flavor. Dutch bros have a variety of SF options and milk options. Whew! Almost a 30 min wait is unacceptable. I typically love coming to this location, I purposely order ahead to skip the line, it also gives you a time it will be ready on the app. I got there and it wasn't ready, no problem. I waited and saw people come and go multiple times. I got frustrated and went back up to the window to get an update. They acted like I was new and again asked me pick up or order, she was the same one to tell me just a min. To wait a while and then act like I didn't already come up to the window when I went up the second time is ridiculous. Not to mention the drink was sitting there when I went back up! How long was it sitting there and why didn't they call my name?? They knew I was waiting and I was less than 10 feet away. I understand being busy but if they would've just communicated they were backed up or whatever the case was I would've politely asked them to refund my drink. read more

This place is interesting. The coffee is decent, though it can be really sweet depending on which drink you get. I usually have my husband pick up my order, and most of the time it's pretty quick. Recently, though, I ordered ahead on the app and went through the drive-thru to pick up my coffee. It was a weekend and the line was a bit long, so I expected some wait time. However, as I got closer to the window, the person working kept helping cars in the other lane first. About four cars went ahead of me before there was a staff change, and I was finally able to pick up my coffee. Once I got my drink, everything was smooth sailing from there. The coffee itself is pretty consistent. I usually go for the Golden Eagle, but this time I tried the Annihilator. Both drinks were good, sweet, and refreshing on hot summer days. I decided to stop by Dutch Bros Coffee since I am around the area for pickleball. Dutch bros is a unique drink shop that can customize almost all combinations of drinks into what you want. It's like a mad scientist lab for drinks! Service is very friendly despite super long drive thru lines they are able to introduce and make recommendations of drinks. I choose to take Mexican mocha with blended ice like frappe. It's so good! Vibe is more order to go as it's more of making truly yours kind of drink. I will be back for more! The drive thru sort of gets congested I would suggest parking a little further back if ur pressed for time or you may get stuck for a little while. Luckily we didn't have this problem. I've tried their Golden Eagle chai (creamy with vanilla and caramel), annihilated (chocolatey and nutty), and cold brew. Most of their drinks are filled with cream, syrup and sugar. I have trouble finding a drink I like here. Long lines whenever I went but they're efficient so the drinks come out quick. Service is very friendly. It was my first time at this location and overall just my second time trying Dutch Bros and I understand the hype. It's a big company with an organized and proven system but the relaxed and friendly service is reminiscent of a small local cafe which is a nice touch. I was greeted warmly at the drive thru and was helped with picking out the perfect drink for me. I tend to look at top sellers and choose from that but I wanted less sugar and more caffeine. I was offered their number 1 Golden Eagle, with cold brew and sugar free syrups, iced. I was impressed with the flavor. Mine was a bit sweeter than expected so next time I'll order half the sugar free syrup. Clean, vibrant, with great music that I can beat through the pick up window. I'll be back :). read more

Review 33/365 challenge Finally got the chance to visit Dutch Bros. Been hearing and seeing so much about it. When i saw they were opening one in La Habra i was excited but haven't been to that location yet. My son had a tennis match in Eastvale. Knew there was a DB in Eastvale. Decided to take a trip for an afternoon mid caffeine run. There were 2 driveways and it wasn't busy as all. About 5 cars in drive thru. They had 2 associates taking order in the drive thru line. 1 associate per lane. Associate was really friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. Received the Drinks pretty fast. I ordered a ~ Golden Eagle latte in medium, was really good and creamy. Not too sweet. I loved it. Latte caffeine is pretty strong. They don't have a dining area inside. Just drive thru or walk up to grab drinks. I was afraid of the stories hearing how long the lines were. But i didn't get that experience here. Definitely a great DB 1st experience. A friend of mine had told me if I go to Dutch Bros Coffee, I'll never get my coffee drinks from Starbucks again since they are so good, and she was so right!! I tried the location in Eastvale since I was in the area, and they were so busy that they had two lines going for the drive thru... I told the young gentleman who took my order that it was my first time ordering from them and he helped me pick my drink and everything.. He was extremely pleasant with a very nice smile and beyond helpful... Once my car pulled up to the window, my drink was ready and the other young gentleman at the window was very pleasant to deal with too!! I can't wait to go back and try other drinks off of their menu.. It was hot out so I was craving an iced coffee drink. As i grew frustrated with apple maps trying to find a Starbucks (when you are driving they always tell you about the locations behind you) I saw a Dutch Bros just ahead. So given all the hype I decided to try them. I ordered a simple iced vanilla latte. I am very familiar with Starbucks iced vanilla lattes and have had hundreds of vanilla lattes in my lifetime at various restaurants, Cafes, bakeries, etc. and for the most part they all taste about the same only differing by how sweet they are depending upon the amount of syrup is used. Well I dont know why but the drink I got from Dutch Bros tasted distinctly different and not in a good way. I honestly thought something must have gone wrong. Well I hope this was just a one off and will try again but if Dutch Bros is reading this they might want to check out how they make the lattes. read more

Service - 4 stars Always friendly, though not always fast. I'm a frequent customer and order ahead; my drinks are always accurate. First timer at Dutch Bros and I'm a fan!!! I don't have any near me so when I got the chance I made sure I stopped by. We ordered the protein latte with brown sugar and a nitro cold brew. I was really excited to try their nitro cold brew to compare to the SBUX cold brew. I was disappointed when the guy said it came in a can? I was expecting it to be on draft but nonetheless it was still yummy just minus the nitro cream. The protein latte comes with a protein milk that can be comparable to Fairlife milk. The employee was nice enough to let me try it. They were both tasty and I will be back for sure. I am looking forward to try the new seasonal drinks and was bummed that I had missed the Pumpkin Brulee flavor. Worst experience at a Dutch Bros I've ever had. After an eight hour shift, I decided to stop by before I had a two hour drive home. Was looking forward to it and chose the shortest line as I got there (as the signs direct you to do.) They took all the car's orders on the other side before me including one that even got there after me. No one directed me so I waited until the last car that was there before me and then pulled forward. The workers were extremely rude and started yelling at me and talking to me like I was incompetent telling me to back up.
