On our way out of LA, we just wanted a good cup of coffee before we hit the road, and stumbled upon Goose Coffee. Such a cute coffee shop, plenty of seating, a decent menu with some staples and some specials, and a small pastry select selection I went with my go to coffee order: an iced vanilla latte. It was perfectly balanced between the coffee, cream, and sweetness. The coffee wasn't burnt or overpowered by the other flavors. My friend got an Americano with sweet cream and a plain croissant. Her coffee was equally as good and she said her croissant was one of the best that she's ever had. Very flaky and buttery without being too greasy. The baristas were also so nice! Classmates and I needed a pick me up between classes and this hit the spot sooooo well. All the drinks were SO GOOD. I got the Coconut Matcha because I felt dehydrated and didn't want something too sweet but still satisfies my sweet tooth, and this was PERFECTION. It satiated my hydration and matcha cravings. Really cute place with the merch, the seats, and the photo spots. On a late Saturday afternoon there was still a ton of people in here but it didn't take long to get my drink. The guy at the register was nice and explained their popular drinks to me, I ended up getting a banana cream top coffee. On first sip this was probably one of the best banana cream tops I've ever had, but unfortunately the flavor was kind of lost after that. Not exclusive to this place, I think a problem a lot of cream top drinks have is that the initial cream flavor doesn't translate to the rest of the drink. We wanted to try out this place because it was constantly getting recommended to us on Yelp! When we parked, there were plenty of spots in front of the coffee shop. Upon walking in, the menu was placed on the wall and near the cash register. We decided to order a Biscoff latte and a Kinako latte. In addition, we ordered a cheese danish, warmed up. Our danish was perfectly crispy and sweet. We found that it perfectly complimented our food. The Biscoff latte was delicious! It was sweet and bitter from the coffee. Been wanting to stop by here since it has opened and went on a coffee run with my fiancé the other day. As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere was a good mix minimalistic and modern mid century vibes. The decor and seating was very well thought out. The wall was decked out with vinyl covers. GIRLLLL, to think I was potentially going to get a drink elsewhere. My gf and I were in the area so I did the sensible thing and found us three potential places to get coffee/matcha. We ordered two double goose matchas and they were delicious, and the cookie I got was amazing, the definition of rich. I was excited to finally try ruby chocolate. After I took a bite of the cookie, I genuinely considered walking right back in there and buying their other cookies too because if this one was that good, the other ones must also be. I first saw Goose Coffee on TikTok and had been wanting to try it for a while, and honestly it was worth the drive. It has actually become my go-to spot whenever I'm grocery shopping nearby because it's such an easy stop for a good drink. The shop itself is a bit small, but it has a really cozy vibe. One small thing to watch out for is that some of the tables are a little slanted, so be careful when placing your drinks down because it can be easy to spill. I really enjoyed the atmosphere - as the baristas were so nice/helpful & the decor is very fun to look at. The coffee was very tasty as well. We ordered the Golden Goose and the Biscoff Latte. As someone who lives in orange county, i was really excited when i heard this cafe open! it was my first time, the ambiance was super vibey and chic, with a good amount of seating inside. The workers were super nice as they also helped me navigate the menu and give us recommendations. But the drinks... I heard reallly good things about the coffees, but my cousin and I both got matcha's based on the reviews and if i'm gonna be honest, compared to many of the places i've been too, it wasn't my favorite. This is obviously a personal preference but the matcha was bitter, tasted a bit more like milk, and the strawberry didn't really blend well with the matcha because it was overly sweet and tasted like jam. I feel like for this place being one of the more aesthetic places in the IE, the drinks look aesthetic but the matcha wasn't my fave so if you're comparing this to OC matcha, i would honestly get the coffee here instead!! read more

The customer service was pretty good, just keep in mind decaf is not offered here. We ordered the biscoff lattes and waited just under 10 minutes for our drinks, which we didn't mind because they were busy. The lattes were really good! I asked one of the baristas if they recommended the strawberry or double goose matcha and they suggested double goose. 11/9/2025 Brand new coffee shop in Rancho Cucamonga. Opened on the 8th. BISCOFF LATTE (HOT) This vaguely tasted like biscoff. If no one told me what it was, I would not know what it was. The gunk at the bottom of the cup was nasty. The syrup did not taste like biscoff and there was leftover espresso with it as well and just added an extra bitter flavor to it. The coffee machine was acting up today, so everyone who ordered coffee was waiting much longer than we desired. The barista came around and told us of the situation, which I appreciate, however I would not recommend this drink! Save your money! KINAKO HOJICHA (ICED) This drink comes with oat milk, but I chose whole milk instead. I think hojicha tastes better with whole milk than nut milk. Strong, nutty hojicha flavor and it wasn't overly sweet. The kinako powder is added on top of your drink, but you do not get any kinako flavor at all. Not sure why they even added this drink to their menu. It might as well be a regular iced hojicha drink. I have not tried their pastries yet. When I was at the front, there were only 3 left. They did not look appealing to me, so I passed them up. CUSTOMER SERVICE There were three people working in total. The baristas were nice and did their best, as it was a super busy day today. It was the day aftering opening, so the lines were out the door! It was over 90 degrees too. SEATS / AMBIANCE / BATHROOM There a very few tables and seats. I think there were 3-4 small tables and seats. Two armchairs in the back with a small table. There was 2-3 seated metal bench with a tiny table attached to it. Those metal seats looked uncomfortable. There were also two stools towards the entrance, but it was such an odd space and seating area. The overall vibe is trying to look retro and cool with the vinyl records on display on the back wall, but it just looked like they were trying too hard to follow some kind of trend. The overall look of the whole café was a mess. Some Goose merch was sold including t-shirts in the front, along with coffee tumblers. Music was 90's music, played super loud and the whole coffee shop grew louder with people trying to talk over the music. One unisex bathroom. It was clean, but hated that there were only hand dryers and no paper towels. PARKING Medium-sized parking lot. Even on a Sunday, there were ample parking. It was a very hectic day here. Given it was opening weekend, I want to give them benefit of the doubt, but the drinks were a disappointment all around. Maybe if I was in the area, I'll drop by. Sad that Rancho Cucamonga lacks in good coffee shops and every coffee shop is looking the same with no unique signature to them. They have pastries, not a large amount but a few items. The Mont Blanc is really good! It was creamy and the orange was flavor forward.
