Cinnamon Roll
Anthony R.

I stopped by this coffee shop on the way to big bear and it was delicious! I ordered a matcha with oat milk and I loved this matcha because it wasn't on the sweater side and didn't have that earthy taste lol. I got a cinnamon roll to pair with it and I have to say. Hands down best pastry. The bread was so warm and fluffy and it had a delicious in house made cream cheese icing on top that went so well with the roll. Staff and service was really good even though they were busy they still provided great service.

Limited seating inside, but a fun spot if you're seated

Great local spot! Seems to have a lot of pastry options to go along with fun drinks. We enjoyed the indoor seating on a Sunday. Staff was kind when asked questions about popular drink options. We'll be back!

Ham and cheese croissant was very good.

This is a very nice coffee house with a fair amount of seating inside. The decor is attractive. They offer your usual fancy coffee drinks and we tried one of their seasonal pumpkin ones and it was delicious. They also have a good food menu. We tried the ham and cheese croissant and it had a ton of both ham and gooey cheese. It was very good. The name of the business is obviously a play on the word "boobies" (it's even sort of listed on their cups) so I give them points for creativity when every other coffee house name has probably already been taken. Solid coffee, friendly employees, cute name, attractive place. No boobies but I was just there for coffee and a snack.

Lot of people inside working/talking etc. We got the strawberry lemonade so I can't comment on the coffee but the strawberry had great flavor:)

This was such a cute cafe! I was driving through, stopped for lunch, and decided to hop in to take a look. I ended up getting the banana croffin (croissant muffin). They bake their pastries including this one in-house and it was fresh and delicious! I loved the banana flavor and the texture of the pastry. Service was good. The inside was clean and nicely decorated.

Upon walking in, the first thing I noticed was the decor. It has this coffee shop vibe. Lots of seating (if was pretty full when I got there). I only saw 2 baristas and they looked pretty busy, so I waited for someone to take my order. The lady that helped was pretty friendly. I asked her if they had any seasonal drinks since nothing was posted yet. I decided to order and iced pumpkin spice. Unfortunately there was no sugar free options for this drink so I took it as it is. When I got my drink and enjoyed it on my car ride home, it was a little too sweet for my liking. At least I know for next time to just order something they have that has SF options.

I ordered the salty C latte iced- and I added a pump of vanilla and substituted oat milk. It was decent. I tasted the sea salt caramel but I was hoping for something more. I ordered the iced vanilla latte with oat milk for my grandma. She liked hers. Next time I would order something different. They have a lot of unusual drinks. The service was fine, they took my order and were nice. The place had a comfy feel to it with a couch and couch chairs. I liked the tables and chairs. They looked sturdy and comfortable. Plus size friendly seating and wheelchair accessible. Bathroom was decent and wheelchair accessible.

Came here for a little morning coffee pick me up! We ordered two drinks! Both were yummy and sweet. Dalmatian: 9/10 Unfortunately, we had to come and go so we didn't get to stay and experience the environment or play a board game. We hope to come back soon and stay a little longer.

I went to brew bees before work I like that they open early. I ordered the s'mores latte I feel like I should have got something different . The drink was good just a little sweet for me with the chocolate. I should have just got a regular latte . Service was good and the inside is very cute

Absolutely love this place! The coffee is so good and I love that they open early. Everyone was so nice and the cinnamon dulce is now one of my favorites. Great place to study although seats are limited.

***Catching up on my drafts) 12/16/24 Met up with Friends to catch up & try this cute cafe. Ambiance is cozy, has plenty of indoor & outdoor seating (few couches inside, metal tables/chairs outdoors). The decor is adorable & homey. Nice place to grab a breakfast or lunch, they serve salads, sandwiches, hot & cold beverages. Staff are friendly & accommodating. First you order then your order will be called out & you pick it up at the pick up counters. Got a hot matcha latte, pretty good. I prefer a more earthy flavor but it fit the bill. My croissant sandwich was pretty good. We had a fairly large group & wanted to chat up a while so we opted to stay at their front patio (ish, just a shaded area with tables/chairs. This spot shares parking with other businesses so it could get tricky. Glad we stopped by.

I visited this place for the first time, 2 days in a row. I would describe the coffee here as fun and delectable. It reminds me of one of my favorite coffee shops back on the east coast. Both days I ordered a hot latte; day one, regular, day two, decaffeinated. I enjoyed the fact that the coffee was very creamy, perhaps the creamiest I have ever had- that's huge considering my pallet for coffee is so discriminating. I must say, however, I wasn't able to clearly define the notes in coffee. (Yes, it's that serious for ME). I needed a more profound taste. So, I will definitely return. Both days I was greeted with a smile. The atmosphere is small and cozy, I like that a lot. The music was just right, and I could literally sit there on my laptop for hours, which I did the second day. Both experiences warranted a smile, and I can see them getting a lot of my business.

Coffee was good, service is abysmal. Cute decor, baristas aren't helpful, friendly, or even polite.

As i was on my way back to LA I saw this business was conveniently off the 10 Fwy And decided to stop by for a quick coffee break. Strong wifi and cold AC inside is what you can expect inside. They had music playing but very low volume. Good for people who wanna WFH. I also didn't have trouble finding parking. Additionally, their prices are reasonable and appropriate. However, I do wish their location were a bit bigger, as it can become quite crowded during rush hours while people wait for their orders. I have noticed they are always changing their indoor seating options to maximize their space. Also, they do close at 5 pm. I hope there are plans for them to stay open later down the line! I always find myself at Mestiza at least once a week! My drink go-tos are the Spanish Latte and their unique Bees & Flowers Latte, depending on my mood. As for pastries (which are ALL delicious), I always walk out with either the strawberry Nutella croissant, the strawberry croissant, or an Alfajor! Whatever you get, you'll 100% enjoy it!!

Very straightforward, but really well balanced. If you've never had chicory coffee before, it has a deeper, slightly earthy flavor that stands out from a standard cold brew without being overly bitter. It feels inspired by Louisiana/New Orleans-style coffee rather than the super sugary "dessert coffee" trend that a lot of places lean into right now. What I especially appreciate is the price point. At around $5.75, it feels reasonable for a specialty coffee drink that still tastes unique and intentional.

It is a bit of a drive for me, but I genuinely think it's worth it every time. The worker there is really nice, and the café itself is small but cozy, with a relaxed vibe that makes it a good place to just sit and enjoy your drink. The Island Matcha is by far my favorite. It's made with oat milk, coconut, and macadamia syrup, which gives it a really smooth and creamy texture. The coconut adds a light tropical sweetness, while the macadamia syrup gives it a subtle nutty richness that pairs really well with the matcha. It's well balanced without being too sweet, and it just has a really comforting, slightly unique flavor that makes it stand out from a regular matcha latte. I've been wanting to try their other drinks, but honestly I like this one so much that I just keep going back to it. At this point it's hard for me to switch up my order.

Ceremonial grade matcha... one sip and I'm in full Avatar state, levitating over my latte!!!! I'm obsessed!! IYKYK!!! I finally found my holy grail at Greenhouse Matcha. I wouldn't necessarily consider myself an avid coffee and matcha goer, but moving back home saddened me, knowing that many of my go-to options to indulge in coffee and tea were now 45+ minutes away. However, one of my recent discoveries was The Greenhouse Matcha on Transit and Euclid, located in a historical building from the early 1900s! It has been my go-to since, and I appreciate that they have rewards (I believe every 8th drink is free), which is rare for most small coffee and tea businesses. Their menu is simple, with unique options not found elsewhere, such as the "Monkey Matcha" containing banana sauce and condensed milk, or their unique Strawberry Matcha - Fresa con Matcha, which is different from the strawberry matcha you see elsewhere. I will say that some may consider their prices pricey, which... they're not wrong! However, considering the scarce options available within the city, one is paying for quality, quantity, and convenience. I find their mini ball ice cubes in their drinks enjoyable, and their serving sizes generous. The staff is incredibly sweet, helpful, and attentive. The inside is cute and cozy, but rather small with limited seating, providing at most 5-7 seats, with their outdoor patio providing maybe 3-6 seats. One can find matcha essentials among other things (stickers, cookies, etc.) on their shelves or cart stand located in the middle of the shop. Recently, I visited on a Sunday afternoon with my sister, to a crowd of 2-5 people waiting for their drinks. Parking was quite easy, considering the coffee shop Mestiza, located next door, was closed. This might not be the case when both are open, so expect to potentially park on Laurel Ave if parking is full on Transit Street. I ordered an Iced Vanilla Bean Dream Matcha that had a good balance between vanilla and matcha, topped with creamy foam that tasted just like French vanilla. My order was ready within a reasonable amount of time, and I was able to sit down with my sibling while we waited. All in all, a place everyone should try at least once.

There's a large amount of both indoor and outdoor seating, including stylish ottomans and cozy couches, with a bright atmosphere that still feels inviting well into the night. They also offer a wide variety of pastries, baked goods, and drinks. The staff is always so sweet and helpful. Every time I go, I ask for their thoughts on drinks and cakes, and every recommendation has been delicious. Drinks: *Pistachio Latte: This is a classic here, and I love that you can actually taste the pistachio paste. I usually get mine with only one shot of espresso (they can't do decaf), since the standard caffeine amount would keep me up. It's also less filling than something like a matcha, so I can enjoy sipping on it longer. *Mango Dragonfruit Refresher: Refreshing and not too sweet, with a nice balance of mango and dragonfruit flavors. It also comes topped with freeze-dried strawberry and dragonfruit pieces. *Tea Kettle: The tea was good and stayed warm on a stand with a candle underneath, which was a nice detail. I liked having a kettle to share with friends, and it made the experience feel extra cozy and welcoming for catching up. My only note is that the cups are pretty tiny, which kind of adds to the "take your time" vibe, but I personally just wanted a bigger cup because I liked the tea and get thirst when doing big catch-ups. Bites: *Caramel Milk Cake: Overall, expect the milk cakes here to be very moist, soft, and sweet. You can definitely taste the caramel flavor, and it pairs well with coffee. *Pistachio Milk Cake: This was also moist and sweet. I liked the flavor, and it paired well with both coffee and tea without being overpowering. However, I personally couldn't taste much pistachio. One of my friends did mention that it reminded her of a sweet dish her mom used to make, which she loved. *Pistachio Baklava: This was delicious and flaky, and you could actually taste the pistachio. The texture was nice too. It wasn't chunky, but also not too finely ground either, so you could still appreciate it. Still, with free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, outlets at almost every table, a wide variety of food and drink options, and late hours that a lot of other cafés don't offer, I totally recommend checking this spot out. That said, between the constant beeping from restaurant buzzers and the loud upbeat music overhead, it can be a little hard to focus on work at least for me personally. It's a great place to relax with friends, wind down after dinner, or try drinks and desserts I normally wouldn't get the chance to have as easily!
