Beautiful ambiance in this minimalist coffee shop. The service was kind and the theme was beautiful to see, especially in this day of age. We were surprised to see a line going out of the door at 1pm so we knew it was going to be good. Ordered the banana cold foam Manna latte and one called Kindness. Both were delicious and not too sweet, which made them even more enjoyable.
Was very excited to try this place after seeing it on social media, but was left very disappointed. The inside was a very cute setup. The person who was taking our order was pretty rude and blunt, we asked her if this matcha was good and all we got was "yeah." We needed up getting the gentleness matcha, but it was too gentle. The drink itself wasn't good, the cream top was very grainy (seemed like they whipped it too long) the matcha tasted like milk with a drop of matcha. Definitely wouldn't be back.
I finally got to try Psalms Coffee in Fontana and ordered the Manna Latte. I'm not sure if it's a seasonal drink, but it's banana flavored, and it was honestly one of the best lattes I've had in a while 10/10 with absolutely no complaints! They even topped the cold foam with freeze-dried banana pieces, which was such a nice touch. The latte was incredibly smooth and not overly milky, so you could still taste the espresso, which I really appreciated. The shop itself is very aesthetic inside with music playing, making it a great place to relax while you drink your coffee .The customer service was also really good. I did have to wait a little while for my drink, but they were busy, and after tasting it, I completely understand why. The drinks are definitely worth the wait. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more items from their menu
I've been putting off my reviews for the year, so. I decided what better place to start than Psalms. I have been on a coffee hunt this year and have been trying different coffee shops all around IE and some LA parts that cross over, Ifykyk. We went to Psalms on a Saturday around noon and the line was out the door. Take in mind this is a small coffee shop, not a lot of seating. Definitely more of a drop by to get coffee and head to do errands sort of day. Surprise.. that's exactly what i did lol I have to first compliment the people working behind the counter because they have their line in order! The are getting the drinks done in a very efficient manner so the wait isn't super long. Definitely a solid 15-20 min wait with the line but if there's no line you'll be out in 5 min. We opted for the gentle matcha and the peace coffee. I believe the gentle is their basic matcha with cloud top (i could have added this i don't recall..) and their peace coffee is essentially a coffee with condensed milk and cinnamon. Their ratios are perfect. Nothing was overly sweet and the coffee i think we got an extra shot. Most places just don't have that strong coffee my husband likes, so we always get an extra shot. I've long gotten over my matcha craze, and i enjoyed their matcha here. Would definitely come back to try out their other drinks. I can see why they're very popular on TikTok. Definitely part of my coffee road trip playlist!
I would rate it a 7/10. The coffee itself is amazing, I love the name of the coffees are based on fruits of the Spirits, & the biscotti cheesecake was delicious! What could be improved is the customer service, wish they were welcoming & friendly. For a faith based coffee shop I think that's what should matter the most! Customer service. But overall the place is a 7/10.
Hole in the wall treat! First and foremost, be prepared to search for parking on the fly. Nestled in a list of businesses, you'll find this petite coffee bar that provides quick and delicious drinks. Yes, it's small, but has a lot of heart. You may find two to three spots to enjoy your drink and that's about it. The service was quick and friendly, they have merch by the register if you're interested. I enjoyed my drink in the car and basked in the coffee goodness.
COOL LITTLE SPOT IN FONTANA Stopped in on a whim as a result of a Yelp recommendation on a cloudy noon day looking to try a little something new. There was a few things that stood out as different about this coffee shop - and that is the reason why I stopped in. Initially, I was drawn to the theme and decor of the shop. If you like words of wisdom, this spot may prompt you to stop in and try the coffee also - Psalms Coffee is the place for it. As for the drinks offered... I was able to experience the quality with each sip. I tried the Kindness (iced) and the Cafe de Olla (iced, with oat milk instead of half/half). Both were nice and creamy. Kindness was a lot less sweet compared to the Cafe de Olla; yet, I liked how more of the natural coffee flavors were not overpowered in Kindness. Cafe de Olla had some caramel included in it... it was sweet but not overboard, instant cavity inducing - it was just right! I'm not too impressed by coffee shops these days because I rather make my own at home with my own maker... but I'd more than likely come back to Psalms Coffee.
Coffee! The coffee was good! We had absolutely no complaints and will be back! Service: The guy that helped us out was very sweet and nice. Environment: We absolutely love the decor. They have some Jesus centered shirts and a sweater for purchase too! It is very clean and cute in here! It is smaller than we thought. There are 2 little rooms. The one where you order your coffee has the bench seat. And the first room only has 2 tables and 2 small couches. Maybe not many people study here but just be aware there's not many seats. They had 2 or 3 small tables outside. Outside: It's not like a huge sign to look out for. It is connected to a gym. We thought we passed it so we had to go back. Just keep an eye out for the gym! There's a lot of parking as well!
Great small coffee shop; with cute in shop mugs. The honey matcha was good and not too sweet but the cappuccino might need a few sugars. The service was quick and nice.
Went to Fontana to develop some of my film & wanted to try a new coffee shop. This space is actually inside/ shared with a gym. Their little coffee area though is so aesthetic once inside. I ordered a matcha with vanilla & oat milk + the cloud foam. I think my fiancé ordered the peace latte which also came with the cloud foam. He said it was a pretty good cup of coffee. I will say presentation for the drinks is beautiful. They were pretty good, I did enjoy the cloud foam. I'd definitely want to come back next time to try something else.
Psalms is consistently great! I keep coming back and they never disappoint. The Manna coffee was amazing, but I think it's only around for a limited time, so grab it while you can. They recently upgraded, and the new space is really nice. And the staff is friendly as always. Highly recommend read more

Located next to Urban Iron gym (same door), Psalms Coffee is easy to miss. Establishment is small with few places to sit and once a line gets started it becomes harder to sit, relax and hang out. A long line does form due to the many exercise-related classes offered by many businesses within the plaza. Staff were very nice, patient, and helpful. They answered questions and helped pick my drinks. I ordered the "Bloom Latte" with matcha which was the current special and the "Love" latte in a mug. Both were very delicious and flavorful. Pastries are also available but I believe the earlier the visit the more pastry choices you have. I visited around 4:30 pm and brownies were the only pastry available. My drinks were enjoyable so I definitely will try to go earlier in the day to try something new, and maybe get to choose a pastry. read more
First and foremost I love Jesus, and to see a coffee shop that glorifies our good Lord makes me feel amazing because this is how the gospel is spread. The customer service is great, I'm assuming it's family owned which is also a plus (I need it to stay this way). The coffee shop is so clean the space is open and the ambiance is nice. I love the color scheme. The matcha's and coffees are great. The flavors do not over power each other. I get the taste of the flavor and the coffee/matcha !! 10/10 even though we have to rate a 5/5. Lines do get long but that's because there's quality here. read more

I finally got to try Psalms Coffee in Fontana and ordered the Manna Latte. Aesthetic is a 10/10, I love the vibe in this shop. Very clean and sanitized, no trash at all. Staff is hard working and have positive attitude which is amazing. Long line but the tasty latte made up for it and I would definitely come back again! read more

Love coming across faith based and family owned coffee shops! As being a believer and follower of Christ it's so exciting to witness. The drinks not only taste good but have fun names. Each drink has a balanced taste of sweetness with its base. The aesthetic of the shop feels warm and cozy. I've seen this shop expand and it's so lovely experiencing the light of Jesus and what honoring his word will do. Spreading the gospel is truly what they are doing and doing it well. And it's always clean, and inviting by all associates! Definitely worth the wait if there is a line. read more

I'm so glad I got to try it here yesterday as there was no line because they're always so busy. Their menu is pretty straightforward. It explains what's in each drink & I love the creativity of the names of the drinks. I got "Gentle" which was matcha, vanilla, and cloud foam. I was also intrigued by their display of desserts so I got one to try. I got a pistachio cheesecake. It was too beautiful to eat. Their service was quick as they weren't busy. I waited in the cute little waiting area they had near where you order. Got my drink right away. There's a cute aesthetic wall with their sign. I wanted to take a picture of my drink but it is right by one of the seats & tables. People were sitting there & I didn't want to seem creeper taking my picture there. I had to wait for them to leave which was like 10 minutes. I kinda wish this was somewhere else so it's easy to get your picture or move the seating elsewhere. They also have another table & 2 couches for people to sit & enjoy their drinks. It looks like most people get their drink to go. Definitely a place I would come back to & try the other drinks they have to offer! read more

Psalms Coffee is a small coffee spot inside a gym and a nice little find. I tried the matcha and the matcha art was very impressive. The quality was good and it tasted great. I also had the lemon blueberry muffin and it was amazing. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the and the service was also friendly. read more

I finally got the chance to try this spot! Their hours are sort of limited since I'm not from the immediate area. The cafe is located on Route 66, Foothill. It's in a business park with a prominent Psalms sign. Inside, it's contemporary and neutral, like a blank canvas. There is some white couches and a two tables. It's a small space that's connected to the gym next door. It looks like they are expanding since the other side reads Psalms coffee too. The paper menu is posted on the wall. I chose the Grace latte and my bf the Patience. We walked into the next room to order. There was a steady flow of people always coming in. We waited in line not too long. There is a pastry shelf. The barista was nice and friendly. I asked if the oat milk was gluten free. I realized he didn't ask if we wanted it iced or hot and what size. There is a rewards program where the 10th cup is free! There is seating and merch like bags and sweatshirts with a verse from the bible on it. We did not wait too long for our drinks. I loved my drink! The strawberry and matcha were made so well together. My bfs drink was also pretty good! We enjoyed our drinks inside for a bit before heading out. Thank you! read more
Psalms reminds me of that hip Christian youth pastor who is "not like the others" and motivates the youth with great values haha. Fun fact: it's connected to a sleek gym. When I walked in, I felt transported to a well lit, cave-like coffee shop. It's on the smaller side but it adds to the tranquil ambiance. Their iced Peace latte was up my alley since it's a basically Spanish iced latte with a subtly sweet cream top. Compared to other iced lattes, she was giving smooth and easy to sip. Maybe it was the atmosphere or my drink but felt recharged and at ease during my short time there. read more

We were driving through the area and saw the name of this café and knew we had to stop. It's small and intimate with only a few tables, but the quiet atmosphere made it feel like a hidden gem that only locals know about. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and our drinks were so tasty and perfectly made. We also loved the biblical theme and how genuinely the love of Jesus was reflected in the space. We will definitely be back such a neat and special spot! Our match and coffee were amazing and they have lots of milk alternatives. read more
Very cute cafe designed well inside. Outdoor sitting is very limited to 2 tables. Love the message behind the name of the coffee shop. The staff were friendly, it was busy for a weekday, but drinks didn't take too long. I would come here again. Hopefully they grow and open a bigger location with more sitting. This spot is a bit hidden so it can easily be missed. They share a space with Urban Iron Gym. The ambiance is very minimalistic and it's quite small so there isn't a lot of seating. I ordered the Peace Latte which has condensed milk, cinnamon, and cloud foam. It was good! The espresso was bold but the cold foam balanced it out. Presentation was great. COME THROUGH! Strong, creamy, delicious coffee. Perfectly mixed, balanced matchas. Holy Spirit all up in here! Pick your fruit of the spirit for the day, aka come get what you need from the menu! The service is fantastic every time. The place is beautiful, and I'll continue to support them here, but I would love to see them get a bigger space to sit and spend time. It's so gorgeous inside, but not a lot of space to sit and chill. I love Psalms!! read more

Had Psalms on my list for sometime to visit, finally got the chance and now I can't wait to go back! Ordered the Kindness Latte Iced, Coffee was smooth and drink creamy! I didn't get to take a pic of my drink bc I was distracted taking photos of everything else lol! Loved every nook of the interior and holiday decor here, it's nice to have these aesthetics out in San Bernardino instead of having to go to LA! Also loved that they had neat scripture merch like a shirt with Fruit of the Spirit on it. The barista was kind and helpful! The location of the shop was in a business plaza but, Parking was easy. They don't have a sign on their building but you'll see a fold out sign where Coffee would be. read more

came in on a sat morning, line out the door but moved quickly! the matcha was ok, the strawberry was very faint and it seemed water down... my friend got the manna latte, was good! there wasn't a lot of seating as hope for but inside was very clean and spacious. maybe I can come back and try something else read more

First of the coffee and matcha 10/10 Good strong bold coffee. It's not super sweet compared to new coffee shops but it's the perfect sweetness. The matcha is not watered down it's bold in flavor. Definitely not sweet so ask for sweetness level is you like a sweet matcha. Place is clean, small and cute! Staff is so friendly. They are always sweet and respectful. I accidentally forgot to ask for cold foam and although it was my mistake they didn't want to charge me. I still paid because why not. This place is a bit far from me but it's definitely on the top of my "if we are near and it's open we going here" list. read more
Aesthetically pleasing coffee! As you can see from the pics, some thought went into presentation. I ordered a hot, "Love," and Iced "Peace." I'm sorry to say that I didn't enjoy my hot latte at all. It turned out to just be a spicy, creamy milk. This was another situation where I could not taste the coffee at all. Now, in all fairness, I will say that not only did I order decaf, but I asked for cold foam as well. Before you say to yourself, "Then of course it was creamy," not true. I've been drinking coffee this way for years, before cold foam became "popular." I've been to several spots, where I order coffee the same way, with a different experience, so, yeah don't come for me. My beverage was disappointing, but the fact that my daughter, who is not a coffee drinker at all, thoroughly enjoyed her iced drink with extra syrup, made the visit worthwhile. I don't drink cold coffee, but I did take a sip, it's just not for me. It's a cute little shop, but if you sneeze, you'll miss it because the sign is very small. I had to park and let my daughter get out and walk out to see if we were in the right location. The service, was, well, let's just say the young lady that took my order, was just present, very tuned in to just taking orders and there's nothing wrong with that. The young man over her shoulder perhaps should have taken her place because he interjected once or twice while we were placing our order, telling me I couldn't have cold foam on my hot drink, only to decide to do it at the last minute, semi-pleasantly rejecting me offering to pay for it because I know its an uncharge at most cafes. Overall, it was a good visit. I do recommend it if you like the "charm" of coffee and want a beverage you can enjoy (I give them a 3.5). read more

Grateful I stopped by here. I'm a believer so automatically I was drawn to the concept of this place. But when I got in I felt good. It was clean, cute and simple. I wish they had more seating because this is definitely a place I could see myself holding Bible study or studying at. However, the coffee was delicious, they had a large menu and I font have to enhance anything at all. read more
A small cute hole in the wall coffee shop located under the Gymko Iron sign. Their drinks come with 2 shots of espresso, and I ordered the Peace latte, half caffeinated, which comes with one of the shots decaf. It's an extra $1.25, so my drink came out to $7.75 before tip. My drink was made right after I ordered and since there wasn't a line, it was a pretty quick process. Would love to come back and try more of the lattes but the cost can be a little prohibitive if you get your drink half decaf. read more
