Located next to Urban Iron gym (same door), Psalms Coffee is easy to miss. Establishment is small with few places to sit and once a line gets started it becomes harder to sit, relax and hang out. A long line does form due to the many exercise-related classes offered by many businesses within the plaza. Staff were very nice, patient, and helpful. They answered questions and helped pick my drinks. I ordered the "Bloom Latte" with matcha which was the current special and the "Love" latte in a mug. Both were very delicious and flavorful. Pastries are also available but I believe the earlier the visit the more pastry choices you have. I visited around 4:30 pm and brownies were the only pastry available. My drinks were enjoyable so I definitely will try to go earlier in the day to try something new, and maybe get to choose a pastry. read more

First of the coffee and matcha 10/10 Good strong bold coffee. It's not super sweet compared to new coffee shops but it's the perfect sweetness. The matcha is not watered down it's bold in flavor. Definitely not sweet so ask for sweetness level is you like a sweet matcha. Place is clean, small and cute! Staff is so friendly. They are always sweet and respectful. I accidentally forgot to ask for cold foam and although it was my mistake they didn't want to charge me. I still paid because why not. First and foremost I love Jesus, and to see a coffee shop that glorifies our good Lord makes me feel amazing because this is how the gospel is spread. The customer service is great, I'm assuming it's family owned which is also a plus (I need it to stay this way). The coffee shop is so clean the space is open and the ambiance is nice. I finally got to try Psalms Coffee in Fontana and ordered the Manna Latte. I'm not sure if it's a seasonal drink, but it's banana flavored, and it was honestly one of the best lattes I've had in a while 10/10 with absolutely no complaints! They even topped the cold foam with freeze-dried banana pieces, which was such a nice touch. The latte was incredibly smooth and not overly milky, so you could still taste the espresso, which I really appreciated. The shop itself is very aesthetic inside with music playing, making it a great place to relax while you drink your coffee .The customer service was also really good. I did have to wait a little while for my drink, but they were busy, and after tasting it, I completely understand why. The drinks are definitely worth the wait. I've been putting off my reviews for the year, so. I decided what better place to start than Psalms. I have been on a coffee hunt this year and have been trying different coffee shops all around IE and some LA parts that cross over, Ifykyk. We went to Psalms on a Saturday around noon and the line was out the door. Take in mind this is a small coffee shop, not a lot of seating. Definitely more of a drop by to get coffee and head to do errands sort of day. Surprise.. that's exactly what i did lol I have to first compliment the people working behind the counter because they have their line in order! The are getting the drinks done in a very efficient manner so the wait isn't super long. Definitely a solid 15-20 min wait with the line but if there's no line you'll be out in 5 min. We opted for the gentle matcha and the peace coffee. I believe the gentle is their basic matcha with cloud top (i could have added this i don't recall..) and their peace coffee is essentially a coffee with condensed milk and cinnamon. Their ratios are perfect. Nothing was overly sweet and the coffee i think we got an extra shot. Most places just don't have that strong coffee my husband likes, so we always get an extra shot. I've long gotten over my matcha craze, and i enjoyed their matcha here. Would definitely come back to try out their other drinks. I can see why they're very popular on TikTok. COOL LITTLE SPOT IN FONTANA Stopped in on a whim as a result of a Yelp recommendation on a cloudy noon day looking to try a little something new. There was a few things that stood out as different about this coffee shop - and that is the reason why I stopped in. Initially, I was drawn to the theme and decor of the shop. If you like words of wisdom, this spot may prompt you to stop in and try the coffee also - Psalms Coffee is the place for it. As for the drinks offered... I was able to experience the quality with each sip. I tried the Kindness (iced) and the Cafe de Olla (iced, with oat milk instead of half/half). Both were nice and creamy. Kindness was a lot less sweet compared to the Cafe de Olla; yet, I liked how more of the natural coffee flavors were not overpowered in Kindness. Cafe de Olla had some caramel included in it... it was sweet but not overboard, instant cavity inducing - it was just right! I'm not too impressed by coffee shops these days because I rather make my own at home with my own maker... but I'd more than likely come back to Psalms Coffee. read more

I ordered a matcha with vanilla & oat milk + the cloud foam. I think my fiancé ordered the peace latte which also came with the cloud foam. He said it was a pretty good cup of coffee. I finally got the chance to try this spot! Their hours are sort of limited since I'm not from the immediate area. The cafe is located on Route 66, Foothill. It's in a business park with a prominent Psalms sign. Inside, it's contemporary and neutral, like a blank canvas. There is some white couches and a two tables. It's a small space that's connected to the gym next door. It looks like they are expanding since the other side reads Psalms coffee too. The paper menu is posted on the wall. I chose the Grace latte and my bf the Patience. We walked into the next room to order. There was a steady flow of people always coming in. We waited in line not too long. There is a pastry shelf. The barista was nice and friendly. I asked if the oat milk was gluten free. I realized he didn't ask if we wanted it iced or hot and what size. There is a rewards program where the 10th cup is free! There is seating and merch like bags and sweatshirts with a verse from the bible on it. We did not wait too long for our drinks. I loved my drink! The strawberry and matcha were made so well together. My bfs drink was also pretty good! We enjoyed our drinks inside for a bit before heading out. Thank you! read more

I'm so glad I got to try it here yesterday as there was no line because they're always so busy. Their menu is pretty straightforward. It explains what's in each drink & I love the creativity of the names of the drinks. I got "Gentle" which was matcha, vanilla, and cloud foam. I was also intrigued by their display of desserts so I got one to try. I got a pistachio cheesecake. It was too beautiful to eat. Their service was quick as they weren't busy. I waited in the cute little waiting area they had near where you order. Got my drink right away. There's a cute aesthetic wall with their sign. I wanted to take a picture of my drink but it is right by one of the seats & tables. People were sitting there & I didn't want to seem creeper taking my picture there. I had to wait for them to leave which was like 10 minutes. I kinda wish this was somewhere else so it's easy to get your picture or move the seating elsewhere. Psalms reminds me of that hip Christian youth pastor who is "not like the others" and motivates the youth with great values haha. Fun fact: it's connected to a sleek gym. When I walked in, I felt transported to a well lit, cave-like coffee shop. It's on the smaller side but it adds to the tranquil ambiance. Aesthetically pleasing coffee! As you can see from the pics, some thought went into presentation. I ordered a hot, "Love," and Iced "Peace." I'm sorry to say that I didn't enjoy my hot latte at all. It turned out to just be a spicy, creamy milk. This was another situation where I could not taste the coffee at all. Now, in all fairness, I will say that not only did I order decaf, but I asked for cold foam as well. Before you say to yourself, "Then of course it was creamy," not true. I've been drinking coffee this way for years, before cold foam became "popular." I've been to several spots, where I order coffee the same way, with a different experience, so, yeah don't come for me. My beverage was disappointing, but the fact that my daughter, who is not a coffee drinker at all, thoroughly enjoyed her iced drink with extra syrup, made the visit worthwhile. I don't drink cold coffee, but I did take a sip, it's just not for me. It's a cute little shop, but if you sneeze, you'll miss it because the sign is very small. I had to park and let my daughter get out and walk out to see if we were in the right location. The service, was, well, let's just say the young lady that took my order, was just present, very tuned in to just taking orders and there's nothing wrong with that. The young man over her shoulder perhaps should have taken her place because he interjected once or twice while we were placing our order, telling me I couldn't have cold foam on my hot drink, only to decide to do it at the last minute, semi-pleasantly rejecting me offering to pay for it because I know its an uncharge at most cafes. We were driving through the area and saw the name of this café and knew we had to stop. It's small and intimate with only a few tables, but the quiet atmosphere made it feel like a hidden gem that only locals know about. Their drinks come with 2 shots of espresso, and I ordered the Peace latte, half caffeinated, which comes with one of the shots decaf. It's an extra $1.25, so my drink came out to $7.75 before tip. My drink was made right after I ordered and since there wasn't a line, it was a pretty quick process. Would love to come back and try more of the lattes but the cost can be a little prohibitive if you get your drink half decaf. read more

Shout out to my friend Leonard for telling me about this place! What a great Christian coffeehouse in Fontana! It's a little hard to find because it shares an entrance with a gym. They have a sandwich board out front in the parking lot, which made it easier. I walked in and was greeted by a modern rendition of "It Is Well" being played on the speaker inside. The place is small with some seating in the each room. The decor is minimal and simple, it almost feels like you're walking into a first century ancient home. The barista welcomed me and pointed out the menu on the counter. Each drink is named after the Fruits of the Spirit. I love it! Peace caught my eye, and he said that's their most popular drink. Not sweet enough for my preferences and the foam was a little too thick, to the point it would not mix easily with the coffee, even after being stirred. Other than that the presentation was very good. Customer service was good. Friendly and attentive. There was only one menu available and it was at the register, flat on the counter. Only visible, once you got to the register and ready to order. A larger, more visible menu or menus would be a good idea. Seating is available inside and out. Yet, not many seats available. IDK if there's Wi-Fi. Saw no signage. Overall, the coffee is good enough to return and warrant sampling another choice on the menu. Found this cute little Christian coffee shop in Fontana! Honestly I was super excited to come here, at first I couldn't find the place because it was a little hidden but it is inside a gym. First of all, this ambiance is everything from the layout, the furniture , the paint, lighting and simplicity. 10/10. There isn't signage on the building FYI, there is a sign outside but you won't see it if you're driving by, so just follow your GPS and you'll be fine. The establishment is in a strip mall & is attached to the Urban Rod gym, which you'd think would be a clashing moment but they're separated by a hallway entry & it works out perfectly fine. I didn't know what to get, I'm an iced coffee girly - I had Patience & added oatmilk. Overall, I'd say my drink was a 3/5, I'm open and willing to coming back to try more options and see where I land. This is a nice spot to read and relax , debrief a bit and unplug if able. There was lofi music playing & then a transition to a chill / jazzy Christian song which you wouldn't notice unless truly paying attention.
