I have always received a warm hello and greeting from him every time I have taken the short route and cut through the Klatch coffee on my way to the Sprouts deli. He made the perfect recommendations for some lovely beverages the last two times. Loved, loved loved my cappuccino shake. Andrew always followed up to ensure my drink was good. A special shout to the fantastic Jennica as well. She is spunky and just a bundle of energy with great and natural customer service. I was also lucky to meet the Regional Training Manager Candice who sets the tone for this level of excellence. She was magnificent! I love that these coffee encounters have led to some great conversations about driving to NY, the movies( The Obsession) that are playing right now and babysitting. Love these kids. This Klatch location is impeccable and spotless. This team with perpetual smiles gets through the line in a jiffy. One day I came in and she was the only one there because others had called out, and she was still handling everything like a boss. This little gem is in the middle of nowhere Fontana, but came highly recommended. There is a quick and easy drive through, but I opted to go inside. It's very clean and the smell of coffee fills the space. If you're in a rush they have a grab 'n go section of wraps and snacks. Everyone was really friendly. With it being my first visit, the turkey pesto panini (I think) was recommended to me and it was okay. It was legit just pesto and turkey, no cheese, tomato, nothing When it comes to coffee I grabbed a friend an ice vanilla latte and I got the crème brûlée. SO GOOD!! BEWARE: $2 UPCHARGE NO ICE: I've been coming to this location since it first opened and have always ordered the same large drink without ice for $6.75. Recently, the price increased to $8.75. When I asked about the change, I was told they now charge an additional $2 for ordering a drink with no ice. As a longtime customer, this was surprising and disappointing, especially since this has never been the policy before. Charging extra for no ice is unreasonable, particularly since they're the ONLY Klatch that does this. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression for this location. Please check your drink prices if you order drinks without ice. Work Around: There's a beautiful Klatch located at 3840 Sierra Ave. 3 minutes up the street with more food options, they have a drive thru, and they don't charge $2 extra for no ice....smh! read more

This is a brand new location inside Sprouts, conveniently located off Sierra Ave and the 210. The two young ladies working, greeted us and were friendly and helpful. It's a small location, but there is a counter along the windows where you could have your drinks and also a few tables and chairs outside. You can enter the store directly from the parking lot or through the Sprouts store. They sell coffee, teas, pastries, breakfast items, lemonade, shakes, whole bean coffee and more. We ordered two Mocha shakes and a Lychee Berry spritz. The shakes were creamy and flavorful, not too sweet, nice coffee/Mocha flavor. I really enjoyed the Lychee Berry spritz. Cold, lightly carbonated with a nice fruity flavor, it was a refreshing. I think there may have been a hint of rosemary in it? Correct me, if I'm wrong. Maybe someone out there knows? Finally I had the opportunity to come and try this newer coffee shop in the neighborhood. My only wish now after having a taste of their coffee is that they were open at earlier hours. Unfortunately, because they are tied to the sprouts locations their hours have to somewhat online to the stores opening, and I do believe they close before sprouts closing hours. Anyhow, I walked in on New Year's Day after chatting it up with one of the sprouts employees who was so considerate and was purchasing a tea for one of her coworkers. I was surprised that they were opened and immediately walked in for my 2nd coffee for the day. It's not like I needed the caffeine jolt however, the opportunity aligned and I really wanted to try out a drink. The guy that was helping me was very kind. Kind, I mentioned that I had never tried their coffee before. I mentioned to him might go to order at Starbucks and he recommended two drinks. I ended up going for a double espresso over ice with the white chocolate mocha sauce. In the first sip, I immediately knew that this was amazing coffee! It was incredibly smooth, not bitter nor acidic . As a longtime coffee drinker, I have to be very cautious with the type of coffee I am drinking, because it may lead to acid reflux and heart burn. Sorry, TMI, however, #iykyk Being that it was later in the day, I did decide to not finish my drink and brought it home. My daughter also took a sip and she was impressed with how creamy and yummy it tasted! I guess I now have a new spot to visit on the weekends! read more

I never leave reviews or usually care too but recently I left this establishment feeling deeply impacted. Wren is one of those rare people in customer service who makes you feel like a person, not just a transaction. She helped me find a drink I actually love (which is saying something since I'm picky). She's not fake-friendly or over the top how some businesses can be, say Starbucks or Dutch Bros, just genuinely kind and pays attention. Klatch Coffee is definitely in my top five coffee shops in the Inland Empire. They pay attention to detail. All the staff are really friendly. It's a very small straight to the point coffee shop, but it gets the job done. I see this coffee shop is one of the best because of their Quality of coffee. You can genuinely taste the notes in the espresso. They make a really good vanilla latte and have a great sugar-free alternative, sugar-free vanilla latte with honey which is one of my staples if you're in the area check out klatch coffee. It was also my first time trying their strawberry mint spritz 10 out of 10 would recommend if you like strawberry :) read more

This place is a wonderful new addition to Sprouts shopping center. I was able to order a Pumpkin Chai Latte exactly how I wanted it. So yummy. Really brightened my day. The staff was welcoming, patient, and helpful. I also really enjoyed my wrap. Unlike other coffee spots, their wrap was fresh and non greasy. It was very hearty. The salsa was fresh and flavorful with a hint of a kick. I will for sure be back soon. read more

Got the iced crème brûlée latte with oat milk and cut the sweetener by 2 pumps on the large. Highly recommend. Staff was friendly and quick to get the drinks out. Been here twice while shopping at Sprouts. Both times I went in the morning time and had great service. I really like that there is a limited amount of drinks and pastries so it doesn't feel overwhelming. My favorite is the Patio shake. Let me start off by saying this was my first time here because my brother recommended the coffee to me and I was very excited to try it out. I had just got done shopping at sprouts, when I decide to go give this place a try. It's my turn to order, KARINA, doesn't even welcome me, doesn't make eye contact, I had to be the one to say hi first, she was just standing there not even acknowledging me but yet waiting for me to order without even saying hello. So then I say "HI", and she says what can I get you? So then I order a crème brûlée iced coffee & a hot one as well, for my mom. I place the order and still KARINA is being very rude, she seemed like she didn't even wanna be working there. I work with customer service and I know that's definitely horrible customer service on her end. So then my I see my coffee on the counter and I walk to get it, and as I walk over there she had just got done making the hot one I got, and she doesn't even cover it, as she puts it down on the counter, some of it even SPILLS. It wasn't a lot that spilled but the way she puts it down made some come off, so I tell her "Can you please cover it?" (Usually you're suppose to cover the coffee especially when it's hot). And she just points at the coffee covers on the side and says "you do it yourself". And me and my mom were honestly just very disappointed on our experience. Karina isn't a good worker and she made us feel very unwelcome. I will not be returning here ever again. Coffee was good, but the experience was just horrible. I even witnessed her being mean to an older man who was gonna pay with cash and she proceeeded to telling him that they are "cashless" with a very mean tone of voice. Fix your attitude girl. You are gonna push customers away with that nasty attitude of yours. read more
