I need to write another review because I have to rave about another Dutch employee... I don't think we should only leave reviews when we have bad experiences. We also need to acknowledge the positive ones. We can yesterday and today and had Nico. He was so awesome! He made unique recommendations for us, he has an amazing personality, and he represents Dutch bros perfectly. We ordered chorizo wraps and a myst. The chorizo wrap is a yummy little snack. It's a flower tortilla with a mildly spicy chorizo patty, egg, and melted cheese. It's pretty good. The ambiance is casual and gives Dutch vibes. Definitely check this place out! read more

First time at a Dutch Bros Coffee and it did not disappoint. I got the Annihilator (chocolate macadamia nut) and Golden Eagle (caramel & vanilla), both iced coffee. I didn't taste much of macadamia nut flavor but, I think that's how macadamia typically is. The barista was super on top of things and saw that I had my dog with me offering a pup cup which comes with a dog biscuit. He finished it like a champ! Would definitely come again! read more

I just paid $8.00 for a cup of ice. I ordered a chai but got a gallon of frozen water chips instead. Now I saw the lady added more ice but didn't think anything of it. Then she had to switch the cups because I added for caramel drizzle. Thinking she would scoop the ice out because it was liquid in the 1st cup nope she didn't. Still think maybe I'm mistaken until I got the drink and started drinking it. 2 gulps later and it's done. I'm pissed . Why would I want to pay $8.00 for a cup of ice. I cant even call because there is no # just corp. I will get in touch with corporate because I'm going to save the ice for them. read more

Came at the am shift after dropping off my son & didnt realize we children wrking the morning shift! One of the worst service Ive seen at a Dutch Bros! Waited 10 min for my drink at an empty store listening to kids flirt with eachother. Asked for manager was told Bella was on break then Chloe who said she was shift in charge should be ashamed how your service reflects her leadership! DO BETTER AT THIS LOCATION! Work is for work not for the men cashiers to flirt with every girl cowrker!! read more

Stopped here on my way home because I received an email, to get $3 Medium Rebels after 3. I like the Sugar Free Rebels, so I bought 3, and YES I did indulge in all 3. The wait time was decent, being it was a drive thru line and also customers waiting, when I arrived. read more

Service at window was RUDE!!! My drink was made wrong and had to be remade. The rude young lady had such an attitude. When I received my remade drink it was still wrong but I took it and left. I don't know what the problem was. I ordered a blended golden eagle with oat milk ! The first was made correctly (just not blended). The remake drink was a large cup of blended ice with a DARK coffee color and LOTS of attitude. Thursday September 10 at around 11:30 am. I guess I'll go back to Starbucks where the coffee doesn't taste that great but the service and attitudes are! So sad to leave my favorite coffee spot but I like to order my coffee blended with oat milk and no rudeness! I was only able to drink a little of it because it gave me stomach troubles. I don't know if it was made with oat milk or regular milk read more

Service was excellent. Friendly staff and fast. Tried the coffee for the first time and it didn't disappoint. I like that you can actually customize your drink here (unlike Starbucks), and they nailed it with the perfect amount of sweetness. read more

I didn't catch the girls name who helped me today but she is excellent and hope fully she will see this and know who she is. I couldn't get my phone to work at all must have been a glitch but she was so patient and even came back to the car to check on me. I had a really crappy day and she made remember it was just a day and there a good people out there. Arrived super early in the morning it was only two cars before me. I should have been the next car to order because it was just us there for the longest time, but another car came and the lady went ahead and took the other car before me. Customer Service for me is everything and it's the first time this has happened usually the workers service who is there first unless there is a line then they zig zag. When i asked her if she could take my order because i arrived before the car and already sat for her taking 2 orders so i should be next she told me no and continued to take the other cars order. read more

Went here to try one of the low calorie options and it was just okay. It tasted too healthy to me,hahaha. I guess that's the point. One day when I'm not restricting myself I'll get one of their top sugary drinks. The standout for this trip was definitely the pup cup!!!! First of all the employee was so sweet and energetic, sometimes i don't care for it but his energy was just right. It was literally the cutest pup cup i've ever seen, came in the cutest container, whip cream and even the cutest dog biscuit!! It was the best! Can't wait to try more stuff though in the future. I'm glad it's becoming more popular in CA. read more

This isn't the first time, but it really sucks when you're looking forward to a good iced coffee and your first sip tastes like watered-down chocolate milk. There was absolutely no coffee flavor whatsoever. I ended up having to come back home and modify my drink myself just to make it drinkable. It's really disappointing to pay for a coffee and have such inconsistent quality. read more

first time at Dutch bros and the girl that helped us today recommended the dream weaver which is on their secret menu - I'm so glad I ordered it because it had the perfect amount of hazelnut & white chocolate! totally recommend it if you like hazelnut. Hubby ordered the annihilator - was a little bit sweeter than what he normally drinks but both were delicious. Both drinks came out to about $12 which I thought was reasonable. Will definitely return again soon for another Dream weaver :) read more

Dutch Bros Coffee is a chain from Oregon and it has made its' way down to California. This location is in Fontana, CA and we happened to pass by on my way back from Big Bear. They have a small window for you to order from or the drive thru. No inside access, no restrooms, no outdoor seating. Meant for the coffee fiends on the go. My boyfriend had a medium Electric Berry Sparkling Soda ($3.85) and I had a medium iced Golden Eagle Dutch Favs Coffee ($5.75) half sweet. They had some hiccups with their tablets when it came to payment, but the quicks were drink fairly quickly soon after. If you are on the go, they have covers upon request to prevent spillage. My boyfriend said his drink just tasted like any super sweet soda. My golden eagle has half vanilla and caramel with caramel drizzle at half sweet was perfect. Thanks to my Yelp Buddy Leonard A. I lucked out and avoided an overly sweet drink. At half sweet it was the perfect sweetness for me. I actually thought the coffee flavor was on the faint side for a coffee specialty spot, but not bad at all. If I was already in the area, I would consider another visit. read more

I love their drinks, staff is always friendly. The only complaint I have is why have 2 drive thru lines when you still have to wait for 5 cars to get thru when you go thru the short line? At that point just make it one lane so I don't have to sit in my car for 10 minutes parked instead of getting in the line to get my drinks. read more

Went Tuesday evening around 5:30 and it took almost 30 min from entering the line to getting 2 drinks. Way too long. The young kid who took our order was friendly and quick, so I don't know where the hang up is. We ordered 2 Annihilators which are supposed to be chocolate macadamia nut breve. Unfortunately there was no chocolate or macadamia flavor at all. It tasted just like coffee and milk, zero sweetness and 3/4 of the cup are ice. read more

This DB's is my favorite. I live by 2 but I wait and get my coffee here closer to work because the staff here is waaaaay better, super nice, efficient and always happy. The drinks are always perfect. I've been here for drop days, sticker days you name it and it's always organized and STILL friendly people. AJ is amazing. Always upbeat, great conversations and I learned today he was the manager. Great staff lead by an even better leader. If you're looking to try Dutch Bros make sure you go to this one. They're the best. Give it a try, I Love my protein milk annihilator and the Dutch 2-0. Waited over 15 minutes and still had not ordered. Employee has walked inside twice and is standing in the same spot waiting for cars to approach him. Not only is the coffee consistently great, but the customer service truly sets this place apart. The team here is hands down one of the best I've ever encountered--and that's coming from someone who worked at Starbucks back when customer service was the cornerstone of the brand. Every visit feels welcoming, and I'm always greeted with kindness. Huge credit to the hiring manager for building such an exceptional team. read more

I have been to this location twice in the past 2 weeks. Both times, I had decently quick service. I remember one girl employee, Annie, was there both of the days. She was very sweet, helpful, with a smile! Annie knows customer service. The outside was super clean. The first time there, I ordered a medium electric Berry rebel for my daughter and an American Eagle for me via drive thru! We were both satisfied! I can't believe how fast I got through. The second time, I ordered at the window and just got my daughter the large 30 oz Electric berry rebel. Of course, she was super happy again!!! This is one of two closest to us until we get the new one in our city, Upland. The people that take our orders walking around are also nice and try to help quickly! Love this place! Highly recommend!!! read more

It was my first time ever trying Dutch bros and my bf and I came across this location as a pit stop to go to the bathroom in the area. I was very intrigued with the menu and was curious what the hype was about. I got a medium black ice tea and the price for it honestly amazed me ONLY $3!!!! I have been coming here to this location since it opened. I have always received great service . They are fast. The only times I have waited has been when they are obviously short staffed or there was an issue with the servers being down. The staff does an amazing job every time, even when I don't know what I want, when my kids don't know what they want. They offer if I don't like something to come back through and they will fix it.
