I felt this Dutch Bros was due for an updated review. I will say it's becoming my fav Dutch again. The service is great! The broristas are always friendly and sparking conversation. The ambiance is casual and fun. It's truly a vibe and lifestyle. If you have Dutch love you know what I mean. I got to try the bacon egg and cheese slider. Overall, it was decent. It's a little small but it is just a slider. The bread was soft and warm, the cheese was melted, and the eggs were cooked through. The bacon is not crispy and you can tell they're just warmed up. But if you need a quick snack or food on the go, it's ok. read more

Dutch Bros is certainly a fun and exciting coffee spot from the competition. I can't remember the last time a coffee shop service made me feel so welcomed. The folks here are really the sweetest. After pickup The outdoors vibes was chill enough to enjoy my order. I ordered the fresh and delicious chocolate chip muffin top. And this paired really well with my Annihilator iced coffee with the perfect hint of chocolate macadamia flavor. Always impressed with everything Dutch Bros. read more

This place is awesome! Just when I found a viral drink that is the latest craze, I had to do a nearby search to find the nearest location. I was happy to know there was one just down the freeway from me. Now, I just wish there was one closer to me so I can enjoy the drink more often. Customer service is excellent! I get a water with a pump of strawberry and a pump of sugar free peach, sugar free coconut, sugar free strawberry and watermelon. Delicious and cheap! To my dismay, watermelon is not sugar free. The vibes are high here. Very friendly atmosphere. read more

So after hearing so much about Dutch bros we decided to take a shot at it the service was a 10/10 but I won't lie it's all hype I mean maybe we didn't get the right drinks but idk even if I didn't I got one they recommended and it still wasn't good so I atleast thought it should've been a little good I mean I'll try it again but won't be anytime soon at all ! But I mean hey to some this spot is the best but I rather stick to Starbucks sad to say or just my own hole made coffee at home lol read more

First timer best service and the Smoothie was delicious thank you so much for being so nice. I appreciate the service, Great location fast service, the ambiance is nice just too hot out to enjoy! read more

Although the drinks are alright, the drive through system they have is absolutely obnoxious. I got told to wait for an extra car that wasn't even done ordering their drink yet because "that's how it's put into the system" instead of a first come first served. If someone is not done ordering, the car that is should go first. Common sense. read more

I thought this drink was delicious!!! I have been a chocolate milk fan since I was a child so this brings me back memories and keeps me awake for the road. The people were polite and understanding when we first came. And the screens and blue color caused a calm theme. read more

Lately I've had to drive to other locations because this location keeps watering down the drinks. Literally it's like purchasing a cup of water with colorful dye. I've expressed my concerns when ordering my drinks but I just don't understand what happened. It's too bad. Now I just grab a Dutch Bros when I'm in other areas. read more

Love this dutch bros. However tonight was an usual night. I had placed a mobile order about 10 minutes before arriving, when I arrived there were about 3-4 cars waiting for their drink and another car getting their order taken. The car in front of us took about 10 minutes, which we didn't mind (sometimes cars just order for the family and such). When it was our turn to order, a crew member asked the attendant if she needed help because all cars in the drive thru were gone and she was the one holding up the line. The attendant proceeded to say "no it's just that when i get in a conversation i get into it." Which is fine, its the dutch bros motto to be a friend, but this crew member kept referring to my party as babe, love, and other endearing words that weren't really necessary. By the time we got our drinks, our shakes had been watered down, our cup holders had been seeped through, and our iced drinks were missing iced. Not sure if this is because they made them once the order was put in or because the person on the tablet was taking their time with the people in front of us, but this has never happened especially when there is hardly any people in line!! read more

This place is always really packed (any time of the day) but they don't bother with the jibber jabber and get you going through lines quick! This is my preference for sure!! They're friendly but efficient! Drinks are always consistently great. I def don't recommend going where they're doing the freebie items, unless it's sticker weds! Those are the best and not wildly overcrowded. read more

This was my first time trying Dutch Bros and I was thoroughly pleased! Every staff member (which, I just learned, are called Broistas - cute!) was pleasant and so helpful in giving me ideas of what to order. One exceptionally pleasant Broista was Maddie, who was enthusiastic about my unique drink concoction and gave me a sticker AND an ornament - the last in the store! I've had issues with their mobile pickup orders. I've placed orders through the app twice now, and both times the system didn't register my order on their end. I ended up waiting a long time for them to make it along with others as well. The staff is always nice about it, but it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Would love to see the app or order system updated so pickup orders actually show up for the baristas. I'd come more often if it worked the way it's supposed to. read more

If you don't mind waiting in long lines for your drink then this is the place. They have a long list of drinks from coffees, cold brew, energy drinks, shakes, smoothies and even sodas. You can customize your drink in so many different ways. They offer a lot of sugar free options and as a diabetic I appreciate that a lot. Most places only carry one or two. There is limited parking I g he front but if you head to the back of the lot there's more. There's no seating here just keep that in mind. But everyone is always so cheerful and helpful. read more

The girl at the window (the one with the strong blush) was rude to me. She told me to go to the window when I hadn't even ordered yet and then seemed bothered that I was there when I was just listening to her direction. When taking my order, she made it clear that she was unhappy and was snappy with me by interrupting me with "huh???". Since she told me to go to the window (btw she was making eye contact when she did it and was also making a gesture to rush me), it caused a customer to get angry with me since he thought I was trying to cut him. Overall very bad experience because the girl at the window misdirected me. Hopefully the new Dutch Bros hires actually nice employees. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Golden eagle......and the lonely ghost duck! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Rialto, California

The line was so long! They had three or 4 people taking orders, but it seemed like they were focusing on one line since 7 people that pulled up after me had their orders taken first. The order takers did not have menus on them, so you pretty much have to ask lots of questions to get a drink. After forever in line, I get to the window, and a girl asks me.."Are you missing something?" Yes...all my drinks. So she says ok and walks away. Another girl walks up and says, do these look like yours? This went on for a couple of more times. Meanwhile, inside the store, a party is going on. Everyone is hooting and hollering, dancing and singing. I get the let's have fun, but let's focus on getting the drinks out and less Kaos outside. Wasn't worth the headache but was a decent coffee. read more
