Straight BS! Came here Saturday at 11:38 and the door was locked. It was a light skinned black girl with curly hair working. I kept knocking on the window and she was acting like she didn't here me, while I could see her at the sink washing dishes. She looks over at me and then just looks away. I'm knocking so hard, that I get the attention of people passing by and they are asking me, "Are they not open?!?" I was like, "They better be, I placed an online order, and I see someone inside". Two minutes later, she unlocks the door...acting as though that incident didn't just happen. No apology or anything! I waited 25 minutes for one drink and an Acai bowl. I know they were busy, however their management skills were very poor. They were very, very unorganized, probably the worst organizational skills I've seen from a business and that was overall what was making the service so slow, not the fact that they were busy. The juices are made well and taste fine. The staff are pleasant. The problem is that this location is ALWAYS understaffed. And OFTEN out of an ingredient or two. Hubby and I have come to the Renaissance center for lunch 2x a week for 3 years. We always give Jamba a chance. And they always fail. It takes 15-20 minutes to get a drink bc they only have 2 or sometimes 1 person working AT NOON. I'm talking between 12-1 pm. This is perhaps the 8th time in the past 18 months. We can have food delivered and be enjoying our meal at any of the surrounding restaurants before we can get a juice from this Jamba. I've been here like 3 times and the juicer is broken. Every time and this has been going on for months. I know they changed the name but before it was called Jamba Juice and some locations still have that name. So it's like going to a donut shop and for months they don't have donuts lol it's crazy. I had a really disappointing experience at this Jamba Juice with Joslyn H. When we walked up to order, the employee literally yelled at us to "hold on," In the middle of our order but then kept talking super quietly the rest of the time -- it was hard to hear anything she said. On top of that, she pulled out her phone and started checking it while we were standing there waiting, which felt super unprofessional. When we finally got our açaí bowls, they barely had any toppings on them. For the price we paid, it was honestly not worth it at all, 45 dollars down the drain . This is the perfect spot for a late night snack, the options are incredibly immense, and super clean. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, there was 2 ladies working the floor. I wasn't sure on what to get so I ask one of the ladies for recommendation, she suggested the Mango-go-go, my partner got an Aloha pineapple. I really liked the Mango-go-go, not to sweet but the perfect taste, the Aloha pineapple it's more on the sour side but still good. Well waiting for my order another persons drink sat in the counter and was never called out then another lady had to wait for 10 minutes just to order. Me and the Hubby decided to drop by before shopping at Grocery bargain outlet. Hubby got a smoothie and I got a Mango bowl. The employee helping us was not rude or friendly. The interior is charming and cute but very small. Super clean and well maintained. Hubby's smoothie was good. Now I have mixed feelings about my mango bowl. It was tasty but very runny almost like soup. I don't think it was suppose to be that consistency. Might return to get another one to see if it is made the same or not. read more

Went in for a drink right around 4pm and the employee told me that she couldn't take my order because she clocked off at 4pm and the other employee that was supposed to come in wasn't there yet. She mentioned that she's not allowed to do overtime and the only way to take my order is to order online then she could make it for me. I obviously wasn't going to make her work off the clock. The employee was very sweet and it was no fault to her own as she is following the rules she was given. I stayed around in the parking lot to see when the next employee would arrive and it was til about 415pm. So that employee had to wait around off the clock probably making online orders until the next employee came on shift without getting paid. As I was waiting I read a couple of other reviews of this place. It's sad. This place needs better management ASAP. read more

Did an online order an 2:10 pm, confirmation stated it would be ready for pick up at 2:20pm, i show up and have to wait until 2:55pm for my drinks to be ready. there was only one person working, it's not her fault but management has to do a better job to help her out, it was a Saturday afternoon, place was full with people. I've been to this location several times both pre Covid and during Covid and I've never had an issue with the employees or service. The place is clean and smaller than most locations and the employees I have encountered, most have been friendly. Today I ordered my regular order which is the greens and ginger with extra ginger and added cayenne. The girl behind the counter was the only one working and she did an excellent job of getting the orders out quickly and with a smile and thanks for coming in. My wait was only about 5 minutes. They are also pretty cool about substitutions. I hate bananas and always sub mangos or pineapples in the drinks with bananas and I've never had a problem. This place is complete trash. Every worker in there moved like they couldn't care less about the establishment. If this is who you guys are hiring to make you money then DO BETTER. I saw five people leave in the matter of an hour that I was there and ended up leaving myself. The woman at the cash register between 12:00pm on Sunday and 1pm when I was there was not professional and showed no sign of urgency. In fact there was so much product left in each blender over HALF that was wasted. You are losing money and either need to train the staff better or just close this place down. Proper training would fix every single issue. They take one order go to the back wash the already dirty blenders take five minutes to chit chat then walk over dragging their heels to make the drink then STARE AT THE BLENDER while it's blending instead of taking new orders in like a well oiled machine. Every order the dude in the back made took him about 30 minutes and came out wrong so he then went back there to make another 30 minute bowl. By the time I got to the front I was infuriated not with the workers because clearly they didn't know any better nor cared about your establishment but I was LIVID that a manager or the owner of this location would see all these reviews and still be able to stay open or not change anything about it. This establishment is GARBAGE. A waste of time and as soon as you walk in you are just greeted with frustration of customers. Meanwhile workers smiling and having a blast. It's a slap in the face when Jamba Juice is already going downhill. To come in and think I was going to be met with the same energy from when Jamba first came around JOKE IS ON US. This is my 1st visit at this one since they opened . I love that they are around the corner in the new shopping center. Kudos for coming over this way.
