Under staffed. Came to this location during lunch time and there was only one person working. Asked for an impossible handwork and it was given to me really sloppy. (Photo included). There was only one other customer when I arrived. Arrived 12:15 order was ready by 12:40. Employee didn't greet us until customers who arrived after us were addressed. I typically receive pleasant service at this location UNTIL today. I was greeted by a girl and she told me she'd be right with me. Instead, Tyler helps us out. My younger sister first ordered a MEDIUM white gummy and substituted pineapple sherbet for raspberry. She realized she didn't have enough money in her gift card so she asked to change it to a small. Tyler then says "Are you really gunna make me void it?" She then apologizes. He goes "It's just a hassle." Very rude. I don't know how Jamba Juice's POS system works, but it should be THAT difficult to change an order before payment. Also, he doesn't fill her cup all the way even though there was plenty of smoothie left in the blender. I tried to give this location my business for the 3rd time. I went at 1:00 and the business was closed for a 30 min break for 1 employee. I took my business to juice it up and found, 3 employees. I got my smoothie within 2 min. Again the owner of this location in Fontana clearly doesn't like to make money. I prefer Jamba juice but when I try to go it's always closed for a break. Service at this location is horrible. Walked in my children needed to use the restroom. The young lady stated that the bathroom was not working and rolled her eyes. This was today June 10 at 12:50 PM. The location smelled it smelled dirty. It smelled like a toilet, whenever I would ask the young lady any questions of the order that I was placing she would sigh and roll her eyes at me like I was an inconvenience for asking her questions, I asked her for granola on the side. My son doesn't like granola and she was offended. I feel bad reviewing during a pandemic, but when there's food involved something still has to be said. My fiancé placed a mobile order here, but it saved us no time at all as they just started making it at the estimated completion time when he was walking in to pick it up. When we got our smoothie bowls they were super watery, it looked like they should've gave us straws instead of spoons. So watered down that all the fruit sunk to the bottom and it wasn't even visible. Like I said.. I understand everyone is trying their best during these crazy times, but you have to at least get the order right. It wasn't a smoothie bowl, it was juice with chunks of fruit. This was what it looked like after I ate a few spoons and it was taken only about 5 minutes after picking it up. They're actual smoothies are thicker than this was. The employees were both smiling and super friendly. And when I told them about my bad experience at their other location just 20 minute before, they proceeded to take my order and give it to me 'ON THE HOUSE' for my trouble. Mind you, I didn't tell them my story to get anything for free. I was just marveling at the stark difference between the caliber of customer service at both locations. But they insisted they wanted to make up for my bad experience. And they absolutely did.
