I definitely have mixed feelings on this location. I have had a few encounters that haven't been the greatest in regards to customer service, and making sure my order is correct. Of course it pays to review because I've had the owner reach out after my survey I completed and he made up for it which I will give them props for. However, I patronize this location because there aren't many Jambas around anymore. Whatever I order usually comes out great but there is always issues with the app and then it has the audacity to charge 3% service fee when it doesn't even work that well. In my opinion the employees can't or don't answer questions because they either aren't trained well or are lazy at their job. Really pays not to just hire anyone. read more

First time I went to Jamba and only ordered food. I walk in and the employee was making bowls for the customers ahead of me, but she still managed to greet me. Once it's my turn, I tell her I'm there for my mobile order and she starts to prepare it. Thats fine, because I was wanting it hot when I picked it up, especially since I ordered mozzarella bites. The bites are a NO for me and the empanada had an "ok" tasting filling, but the crust, wasn't flaky, wasn't crunchy and had no flavor. It just tasted like a flour crust....no flavor at all! Under staffed. Came to this location during lunch time and there was only one person working. Asked for an impossible handwork and it was given to me really sloppy. (Photo included). There was only one other customer when I arrived. Arrived 12:15 order was ready by 12:40. Employee didn't greet us until customers who arrived after us were addressed. I typically receive pleasant service at this location UNTIL today. I was greeted by a girl and she told me she'd be right with me. Instead, Tyler helps us out. My younger sister first ordered a MEDIUM white gummy and substituted pineapple sherbet for raspberry. She realized she didn't have enough money in her gift card so she asked to change it to a small. Tyler then says "Are you really gunna make me void it?" She then apologizes. He goes "It's just a hassle." Very rude. I tried to give this location my business for the 3rd time. I went at 1:00 and the business was closed for a 30 min break for 1 employee. I took my business to juice it up and found, 3 employees. I got my smoothie within 2 min. Again the owner of this location in Fontana clearly doesn't like to make money. I prefer Jamba juice but when I try to go it's always closed for a break. Service at this location is horrible. Walked in my children needed to use the restroom. The young lady stated that the bathroom was not working and rolled her eyes.
